Fire In The Sky For Marvel Vs. Capcom 3
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of June 2010 - 09:10 PM ]
Awesome. Yet another title with an E3 trailer coming out before next week. Seriously?!? What is there going to be to see or talk about next week? Everyone will have already seen it all by then. All we need now is gameplay to be thrown out there and there will be no need for the huge event. Anyways, the next video to come out a week in advance is a new trailer for Marvel Vs. Capcom 3. Nothing to ground breaking either. Read More...

[Rumor] PlayStation 4? Is This For Real?
by Binh Nguyen [ Wednesday, 9th of June 2010 - 11:23 PM ]
Yesterday I reported about a video that was “leaked” in regards if Sony is going to be announcing a new console or working on 3D gaming with the current PlayStation 3. Today we have the second “leaked” video for your viewing pleasure. In this video you will see a man sitting in his chair staring at the screen while two Japanese lab workers asking if he was ready. After he puts on headphones and a pair of what appears to be cheap 3D glasses, they turn on a machine and the fun begins. Images start to show and the man looks like he is seeing the images up close and personal. Read More...

Looks like just before E3, like many other games, we are all going to get a good look at what is going on with the story of Kane and Lynch 2. Well maybe not so much a good look, but at least some of the reasons these two mad men are going through the crap storm they are. This time around, surprise, it is for a piece of tail. This should be a lesson to all you ladies out there. Men will go through pretty much Tartarus for you or to keep you safe. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 9th of June 2010 - 01:30 PM ]
Here we go with another "E3 video" brought to the public a week early. I swear there will be nothing new for us media and industry types to look at on the floor. Everything is getting out like Sony's 2009 E3 big announcements. You remember that? In any instance, here is a new look at Enslaved from Namco and Ninja Theory. A nice video letting us know what is going on and why in 150 years from now society is running around a post-apocalyptic world. Let me give you the run down. Read More...

Spider-Man 2099 Officially A Dimension
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 8th of June 2010 - 08:54 PM ]
Well my bubble is now busted. What I thought was a Judge Dread meets Todd McFarlane dimension has finally been confirmed as not to be. But instead called something stupid like Spider-Man 2099. Yea, The E3 video below confirms our worst nightmares. Oh wait... What..? Not our worst dreams but something we were hoping for. That's what I meant. Although you have to admit a Spider-Man/Spawn/Judge Dread cross over dimension would have been awesome to play through. Read More...

A look at how the world might look in 2027 from Eidos Montreal and Square Enix in the form of the new trailer for Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Gaming In The Clouds
by Corey Dockendorf [ Wednesday, 26th of May 2010 - 11:19 PM ]
The Cloud. You've heard about it. You've probably use it in forms such as DropBox, Gmail, or the hundreds of other programs out there hosting your files so that no matter where you are, they are available at the click of a mouse. Just stick your files into Cyberspace, and worry about them later. With supercomputers and data centers hosting Peta-Bytes worth of data, it seems kind of silly that you have to install your favorite game onto your computer, or every computer that you want to play it on. You can do it with video, why not video games? Think about it for a sec, why fill up your hard drive with titles dependent on your computers hardware, and every time the newest Crysis inception is released you have to upgrade that hardware? They have created a “Win a Trip to E3 2010” contest and all they want you to do is create an open letter video to Kevin Butler, you know everyone favorite fictional Playstation VP in the commercials. Here is the guideline: Each video should begin with the phrase “Dear Playstation” Include your take on Kevin Butler's ever-changing title Make sure you include your own name and title (e.g John Smith, Desperate Fan) Keep your submissions brief and to the point (30 seconds or less) Video can be about anything Playstation related All content must be original – no copyrighted music, video, pictures, etc. Read More...

EA Announces Skate 3, Releases Trailer
by Brian Bentley [ Tuesday, 15th of September 2009 - 08:18 PM ]
Today Electronic Arts announced another sequel to their immensely popular Skate series. Originally built as a competitor to Activision's Tony Hawk series, the Skate series won immediate recognition from critics and fans alike. Today's announcement says that co-op and team building will be of great importance in this newest title. This seemingly includes online and offline co-op, along with team challenges and battles that smell MMO-ish to me. Of course, the possibility of a persistent online skateboarding world is not half as frightening as how the time between releases is shrinking. Read More...
