Review — Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 20th of November 2020 - 10:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty We sit down and review Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. The next in the line will take us to a time that feels redacted. Here is our review of this Call Of Duty It is that time of year again, and I am not talking about the over-indulging of foodstuffs time, but it is time for the next Call Of Duty title to come out here and keep us all in the hands of Activision just a bit longer. As long as they and the developer of the cycle, Treyarch this time, keep bringing us quality gameplay we will keep playing it all. Now we get to dive back into a version of the game that comes with all of the multiplayer gameplay as usual, but also a solid campaign that will take us into an era that generally is quiet in entertainment. Just about two more weeks until the PS5 and Xbox Series X is out there, and thus the plethora of new titles that will come with it. That or titles like Call Of Duty and Assassin’s Creed that we know will be dropping about the same time as the new systems. Sadly, we do have to wait a bit longer for a few other video games and sadly Cyberpunk 2077 was one of those titles now. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 9/28/20 — 10/2/20
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 2nd of October 2020 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Just like every other week here in 2020, it has been one hells of a week for everything with all of the video games included too. It was not as dramatic as other events in the world, but we had some great looks at all of the fun distractions we will have out there instead. Even if we have to wait a bit for Black Ops Cold War, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and Cyberpunk 2077. It could be worse than the short month or so we have but that is why we get those free video games as we do for the Xbox One and PS4 next week. Read More...

The Zombies Are Now Loose For Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 30th of September 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty Our first look at Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War’s zombies is here to show how it will evolve over the past versions of it in the Call Of Duty franchise Here we go with the first look at the upcoming zombies mode in for Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. For those out of the loop, somehow, this is the multiplayer mode that has us fighting and gunning down waves of the undead in the timeline of part of the game. Usually a mode that has us fighting and dying over and overall so we can get bits of a story out of Treyarch on where it is all going here. That has been my experience with zombies in the past Call Of Duty titles at least. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 9/21/20 — 9/25/20
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 25th of September 2020 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This really did feel like a lighter week for video games but still a fun one indeed. That could be due to the fact that the TGS is going on right now and everyone was holding their big announcements and showings until then. I mean, Resident Evil Village had something but not to the level some expected. Then there were some of the smaller titles like Ghostrunner and Twin Mirror that head their time to shine this week. Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week There we go with one of the shorts weeks of video games that we have not had in some time. Mostly it was due to the fact that there was the American holiday but that was not to say we did not have a lot to go over this week. We had the Call Of Duty multiplayer and the latest announcements for Watch Dogs: Legion to handle. Then we also had some new stuff for Crash Bandicoot and Prince Of Persia to go over. Read More...

Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War’s Multiplayer Is Coming Hard
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 10th of September 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty The first showing for Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War’s multiplayer is here and brings with it all the usual Call Of Duty multiplayer fun Even though we all knew it was coming, here we go with the reveal for the multiplayer aspect of Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War that will be coming with the game. It sounds odd to state that we need a reveal for this as it is kind of the staple of the franchise, but here we go. I see how someone can take it as a reveal that Treyarch is giving us a look at what will be in the multiplayer for this Call Of Duty, but it does not truly go into much of that. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 20th of August 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty The next Call Of Duty is announced with history repeating itself with Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War to be revealed soon Get ready for a bit of a history lesson with the announcement of Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War that will take us back into events that slightly happened in the real world. That is how I usually take it when you hear or see that something is "Inspired By True Events." Not to say that Treyarch is not going to do a great job of things here, it is just something I go to as sometimes the real events do not make for great entertainment. Read More...
