by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 2nd of March 2021 - 10:00 PM ]
The first character class for Hood: Outlaws & Legends is here and it is the tradition Robin Hood class for it all It is always good to see when games based on lore, as Hood: Outlaws & Legends is, try to stick closer to the source in general. Given that this is going to be a multiplayer heist game, it makes sense from the start, but also when you look at the various character classes Sumo Newcastle is offering up there will be some expectation. This is where the latest video series for the game comes in to give us a look at the classes with the first being the Ranger. A class that is that of Robin Hood in the game. Read More…

Deathloop Is Further Explained With More Gameplay To Enjoy
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 2nd of March 2021 - 08:00 PM ]
The gameplay loop for Deathloop has some more footage and explanation to gear us up to enter the insanity that will be Deathloop It feels like we keep getting more and more to talk about for Deathloop as the wait still carries on as we wait until it hits the PC and PS5. I say this, as it feels like we already know the basics of it all but Arkane want to keep dropping more on us so we can better plan on how to be this assassin caught in a time loop. In fact, it is something we get to hear multiple times in the latest we have for Deathloop out of the State of Play event and just in general as we have another breakdown on how the game will flow. All of which feels like we are living in our own time…loop…I think I see what they are doing here now… All joking aside for now, we do have a bit of new gameplay to look at for Deathloop here that shows us different angles of the same things we have seen before. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 2nd of March 2021 - 06:00 PM ]
The announcement for Aliens: Fireteam is here and looks to bring us back into the action of the Alien franchise yet again Talk about an announcement I did not see coming, as we now have the official announcement here for Aliens: Fireteam that is heading to us this Summer. Do not think that this is going to be something that is going to keep the survival horror aspect of the game we saw in the last title. It looks like Cold Iron Studios is taking us back into the action of it all as we have to face off with the titular Alien out there from the film franchise. All in the role of a Colonial Marine in a third-person shooter on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. Read More…

The release date for Kena: Bridge Of Spirits is now set with a little more gameplay to show off just what is coming with Kena During the PlayStation State of Play last week, we had a nice little update for Kena: Bridge Of Spirits. This would be the title that is flowing out of Ember Lab on the PS4, PS5, and PC in the near future. A title that looks a whole lot like we will be able to play a Pixar movie in the best of ways here. A title that has somehow missed the attentions over here for a while. Read More…

Review — Pumpkin Jack
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 24th of February 2021 - 08:00 PM ]
We sit down and review Pumpkin Jack. A spooky action-platformer that feels a little familiar. Here is our review of Pumpkin Jack While Pumpkin Jack may have been released a few months ago on the various other platforms, it did not get to try to shine on the PS4 until now. Yes, this game is currently out on the consoles here and it looks as if Headup Games was trying to take the time to make sure it worked well here. That can be a bit of a benefit for those looking to have a game on their system of choice while others vet out any bugs that could be there. Now we have Pumpkin Jack on this new platform and we are diving in with a review of the game. Read More…
