The World Is About To Go Black With Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 24th of September 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
A new trailer for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 is here to try to show how it is going to be the best Call Of Duty to launch to date The time we are going to have to wait for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 is quickly coming to an end with only a few more weeks to go now. There has been a lot of excitement for the game and quite a few reservations held with Treyarch going with a multiplayer heavy option for the game. It seems like an odd choice to go there, I am a single-player fan after all, but we will see if it all pans out and makes huge profits for the studio and Activision. I have minor doubts about that as it is a Call Of Duty title and even when gamers complain about it, they still will gobble the game up on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC until they can complain about the next one. Walk Through Some Of Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice’s Environments & Mini-Bosses
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 24th of September 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
New gameplay for Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is here to show off what some may have missed in the recent demo for Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice It looks like there was even more to look at for Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice out of this year's TGS as we have almost twenty more minutes of gameplay to look at and get a better feel for what FromSoftware is aiming to bring us. We will still need to wait until March 22nd to get the true feel for it all, but for now we can look at some of the demo that Activision had out there and let gamers play. Some of which housed some never before seen locations for Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice as well as a hidden boss fight for those who were able to make it down to it alive and try to stay that way. Death Stranding Adds Another Voice To The List With Little Else To Go On
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 24th of September 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Another confusing trailer for Death Stranding is here from TGS and it looks like Troy Baker will have his voice in Death Stranding to destroy us In no huge surprise, Death Stranding had a small showing out at TGS and it also brought with us a listen to Troy Baker as he is now part of the project. Not the biggest of shocks that Kojima Productions would add his voice in given how many games he is in for VO and the connection with Sony for their other PS4 titles. It was only a matter of time, but what is interesting here is that it seems to be his voice only for Death Stranding so far and not the full body renders we have seen for the rest of the cast in the game. New gameplay for Devil May Cry 5 is here as well as a look at what will come with the Deluxe Edition of Devil May Cry 5 The headline more or less says it all here; we have new gameplay for Devil May Cry 5 fresh out of TGS and it offers up all of the fun we could expect and then a bit more. Specifically how has yet to be detailed from Capcom, but I have a feeling it will flow in well. Read More…

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 21st of September 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
The latest developer diary is here for Control and this one goes into detail on Control’s Protagonist, Jesse Faden, and how she was formed The next installment of Control’s ongoing developer diaries is now here. This time we get to go for a ride through the process of how Remedy has tackled the creation of their latest protagonist Jesse Faden for the game. I know you have seen her in all of the past videos for Control, but now it is time to put a face to the voice and motion capture as well as look at how the team came up with her look. Something that also dives into the personality and past of the character when you start to get into the nitty-gritty. Read More…
Start Planning On How To Create Your Character For Pathfinder: Kingmaker
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 21st of September 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
A new look at the character creation process for Pathfinder: Kingmaker is here and we get to see how replayable this version of Pathfinder can be The day is almost here and we can all take a shot at the Pathfinder: Kingmaker adventure path in its new virtual form. This has been a title I have been keeping a close eye on for some time now and September 25th is almost here. Now we have a look at how we are going to be crafting our Pathfinder character here and it truly looks like Owlcat Games has taken their time to make sure we have the same feel as if we were sitting around a table with friends. Even if we do not get the full array of options that we would if we went pen and paper. Read More…
The Cleansing Must Be Complete Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 Zombies’ IX
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 20th of September 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
New footage for one of Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 Zombies’ experiences has crawled up featuring more from a Call Of Duty franchise musical veteran When I first saw that the new Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 Zombies mode was going to be messing around with time, I was a little concerned. I understood what Treyarch was aiming for, but I was not completely certain that it could work out as well given that it was many different eras and not just one new one as we have seen in the past. Now we jump forward to today as Activision has pumped out a new trailer for the Call Of Duty mode, and I think I am a bit more sold on it. Read More…
The Story For Resident Evil 2 Seems To Change In The Remake
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 20th of September 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
A new story trailer for the Resident Evil 2 Remake is here and we can see some of the changes coming from the original version of Resident Evil 2 There have been quite a few good looks at the Resident Evil 2 Remake since it was first announced and I am sure we will have many more before the January 25th release date that is set for it all. We still have a few more conventions and shows out there for Capcom to show things off at and they have done just that again out at TGS. This time it is a bit more than just basic gameplay but a look at how the story for the remake will play out a bit different than most will remember from Resident Evil 2 so long ago. Read More…
Delve Deeper Down The Path Of Madness With Call Of Cthulhu
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 20th of September 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
New gameplay for Call Of Cthulhu has sprung up to show us some of the darker sides of Call Of Cthulhu as well as some of the true horrors that wait If you have been hoping for new gameplay for Call Of Cthulhu, then we are here to offer it up. It is also not the same rehashing of the same footage but actually some new gameplay that Cyanide Studios put together to show off some of the true horrors that the game will house. At least as true horror in terms of the elder gods that we can get in video game form. I mean, it does look like they are playing well with the sanity portion of Call Of Cthulhu, but there is no real way to get that point across without forcing the human to truly go mad. Read More…
Be Ready To Dance With Raphael As He Joins SoulCalibur VI
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 19th of September 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Another character for SoulCalibur VI is here and we are seeing Raphael back in the SoulCalibur mix bringing along his fencing style Time to add one more to the roster of SoulCalibur VI as it looks like Raphael is back in the mix here and bringing that fencing style we all knew from the past. Yes, this is yet another old character that Bandai Namco is tapping for us to join in the fight, but it does further expand out the roster so we cannot truly complain. I mean, we could but seeing as SoulCalibur VI is only a month out from launch at this point I do not think it is going to do all too much. Read More…
Red Dead Redemption 2 Will Be Going Online Shortly After Launch
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 19th of September 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
An online mode for Red Dead Redemption 2 is coming and will be going into full beta mode shortly after Red Dead Redemption 2 launches It is all something we figured would be coming to Red Dead Redemption 2 and now it is officially coming. That is, Red Dead Online will be heading to the game and Rockstar Games has finally given us the most basic of details on it all. Given how their other online systems have worked for their other titles, I will not say I am shocked. I am excited though as they can take what they have learned from their other avenues into the system and perfect it more for Red Dead Redemption 2. Read More…
A PlayStation Classic Is Now Coming Just In Time For The Holiday Season
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 19th of September 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
A PlayStation Classic has now been announced and will be bringing us a bunch of original PlayStation titles with the nostalgia It was truly only a matter of time before we caught wind of a PlayStation Classic actually coming to market and it looks like today is that day. Not that it is coming to market, we will have to wait until December 3rd for that, but it has been announced and we can no look forward to playing all of those old titles from the PS1 days again. All on a console that is about 45% smaller than the original PlayStation and with two controllers. That is some of the basics that will be coming with the hardware as well as the usual HDMI and USB cables that will be needed to see and power the system. Read More…
Get Ready For The First Spartan Smart Assistant Out Of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 18th of September 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Another bit of hype is here for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, as we will have a new Alexa skill added to the list to go right along with Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Add another video game out there that will have some form of Alexa integration as Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is adding this to the skill tree of the device. Nothing that will be fully linked or needed to play the game, but something that will allow for Ubisoft to market the game a bit more and offer up other options to get some of that in-game information. Also, it will add a bit more humor to the overall Assassin’s Creed universe as who would not want Alexios the Spartan yelling the responses back at you? Read More…
Bridges Are Going To Burn In The Next Episode Of The Council
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 18th of September 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
New screenshots for the fourth episode of The Council are here and it looks like the story of The Council is taking a darker turn The next episode of The Council is almost upon us as September 25th is the date we will be able to continue this story of alternate history and intrigue. Not only the next episode, but the fourth (will not use that specific word) one from Big Bad Wolf as they expand on all of this to even greater heights. Some heights that have been placed way up there in terms of the episodic storytelling genre that The Council is in and many other needs to borrow from. At least in my own opinion as the RPG elements of it all definitely keep things going where other would have a massive lull. Read More…
