by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 16th of July 2021 - 11:00 PM ]
A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Finally, we are back to having an average week of things with all of these video games and their announcements. Not that we do not enjoy being bombarded with news and updates, it is hard to appreciate them all and see smaller titles like MADiSON and Chernobylite have a chance to shine. It also gave us that well-needed time to get those reviews for Ragnaröck and Minute Of Islands out to you. Both are vastly different video games, indeed, and worth some time to check them out on the site to see if they will be your jam. Read More…

Not in the way of the end of times, I know this joke gets old, but in the way of the latest Rhythm VR title that is out there from WanadevStudio for the PC platforms out there. Aragami 2 Will Offer Up More Stealth Options Than Before
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 15th of July 2021 - 07:00 PM ]
A new developer video for Aragami 2 is here to show off how we will sneak just a bit better than we did in the original Aragami Here we go with even more gameplay to digest for Aragami 2 and this time we are getting to the core aspect of the game. That would be the stealth mechanics and how Lince Works have kicked things up a bit for the game since so many fell in love with it the first time around. That and now we are going to be taking our Aragami into some real fights this time around, if we fail to be sneaky, and we are going to need to be better at all of that too. That would be another great thing that we have highlighted here for the game as we get closer to that September 17th date when the game will hit the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. One more trailer for Chernobylite has dropped to give us all a little more insight into who Chernobylite’s Igor is The PC launch is almost here for Chernobylite and I know there are still many out there that have little idea about the game and even the protagonist of it all. Review — Minute Of Islands
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 13th of July 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
We sit down and review Minute Of Islands. A new platformer with a dark story to tell. Here is our review of Minute Of Islands It has been a whirlwind of events and things here recently and one of those things that fell through the cracks for some was the launch of Minute Of Islands. This is that latest title to come out of Studio Fizbin and Mixtvision for all the consoles and PC out there. Minute Of Islands had the timing to launch during some rough times for making sure it did not fall into obscurity out there, but that does not mean we did not take notice. Read More…

Night Book Will Be Telling Its Story Before The End Of The Month
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 13th of July 2021 - 07:00 PM ]
The release date for Night Book is now set down with Night Book hitting us all before the end of this July It was first teased during this year's E3 and there was no release in site at all, but here we are with the announcement that Night Book will be hitting us in July. That is this month for those following along and while there are many days in it, Wales Interactive has set it down to give us the date of July 27th for when it will be hitting us on all of those platforms out there. That is quite an impressive turnaround from the announcement to the launch for Night Book, and it could pay off extremely well. I mean, as far as anticipation and waiting are concerned but not so much in the hype building and promotion for the indie FMV game that could be another home run for the developer and publisher here. A New Type Of Horror Is Coming For Us With The Announcement For MADiSON
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 12th of July 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
Psychological horror title MADiSON has been announced and with it, it looks like MADiSON will have us doing some dark and horrible things The horrors keep coming, as we have an announcement for another title in the PC mix by the way of MADiSON. This would be a new psychological horror title coming out of the minds over at Nosebleed Games for us to partake in and it looks like it will be hitting many of the more recent notes that our horror games have been hitting. Things like walking alone in a dark house, having many different jump scares, and the inevitable creature in the darkness that will show up when we do not want it to. That is not to say that MADiSON does not look interesting, but it will be capturing some of the steps that we have seen in various other horror titles out there already. Read More…
