A New Look At The Vast Empty Of Everybody's Gone To The Rapture
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 17th of April 2015 - 05:01 PM ]
Thirteen more minutes of gameplay for Everybody's Gone To The Rapture have been released to show off the vastness of the game's world and AI Yesterday we had a nice little look at the tone of Everybody's Gone To The Rapture as well as a bit more to the soundtrack of the game. Santa Monica Studios and The Chinese Room are really hitting that loneliness angle home here as even the gameplay we have only shows how big the game's world will be and how empty it will be. You know, because Everybody's Gone To The Rapture. Read More...

EA has finally shown the world the new Star Wars Battlefront and it has a release date along with it If there has been one game I've heard people begging for over the last gods-known-how-long it has been for something on the new Star Wars Battlefront. The Beautiful Chaos Of Blood Bowl 2 In Action
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 16th of April 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
We have a new gameplay trailer for Blood Bowl 2 and it shows how the Chaos All-Stars could play a game of football… Until now I have not been completely sold on Blood Bowl 2. It just looked like one of those games that were really targeted toward a very small subgroup of gamers. Most likely not the truth but that is how it has come across to me since the game was first announced by Focus Home. Read More...

Time To Join The Trans-Galactic Tournament A F2P MOBA On PS4
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 16th of April 2015 - 03:01 PM ]
We now have our first look at Trans-Galactic Tournament, a free to play MOBA coming for the PS4 from Kiz Studios I can hear the groans already coming for Trans-Galactic Tournament as we have the words Free-To-Play and MOBA being thrown around for this new PS4 game. If you can try to look past all of that for a moment you may be able to see the game that Kiz Studios is working that should really be labeled "What if the Star Wars cantina starred in an 80’s cartoon, which suddenly broke out into a football match, which suddenly broke out into WrestleMania?" I only really see a little of any of that in the following gameplay trailer for Trans-Galactic Tournament but maybe I am already jaded by the original label that comes with the stigma for free. Everyone Will Now Achieve Ascendance In Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 15th of April 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
The second DLC pack for Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare will be hitting PS3, PS4, and PC at the end of April If all of you non-Xbox Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare players out there were feeling a little left out with the second DLC pack that is part of your Season Pass, now is the time to know you won't have to wait much longer for the pack to hit the PS3, PS4, and PC versions of the game. You will know now but still will have to wait until April 30th as that is when the pack will be available for you to download and enjoy in all of the new features, maps, and Exo Zombie fun that the Xbox 360 and Xbox One players have had for a month already. I guess it is nice that the multiplayer servers don't go cross platform as that would be one hell of an advantage that they would have from day one. Read More...

A Few More Reasons To Look Forward To Wolfenstein: The Old Blood
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 15th of April 2015 - 03:01 PM ]
Over on their blog, Bethesda has given us all a few more reasons to look forward to Machine Games' Wolfenstein: The Old Blood prequel DLC If Wolfenstein: The New Order wasn't enough to get you excited for Wolfenstein: The Old Blood then it looks like Bethesda and Machine Games have a bit more to make that May 5th release date seem so very far away now. Yes it is a bit of the usual screenshot fare but also, as they mentioned on their blog, there are even more things outside of that. Now the launch for it on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC seem even further away than before with just that one sentence. Read More...

You Can Now Create Your Own Missions For Dying Light On PC
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 14th of April 2015 - 03:00 PM ]
The developer tools for Dying Light have been released on Steam for all to make their own creations in the game's engine A short while ago it was mentioned that Techland was going to be giving PC gamers access to the Dying Light developer tools. Originally there wasn't much listed as to what would be coming when these tools came to the public. It was mostly thought to be nothing too extensive by some but it looks like those people would be wrong as the Dying Light developer tools are going to allow for complete game altering events. Following yesterday's tease, Activision and FreeStyleGames have announced Guitar Hero Live to be the next reboot to the popular franchise Hot off the tease from yesterday we now officially have Guitar Hero Live and it is looking to reboot the franchise with some new features and a new peripheral for the game. We'll dig into all of that in a moment but here we have it; Guitar Hero Live is coming to the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii U, Android, and iOS platforms sometime later this year. My money would be on late October or early November to compete with Rock Band 4 as well as get all of those holiday sales a little bit early. Read More...

New Teases & Rumors Aim At A New Guitar Hero From Activision
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 13th of April 2015 - 01:00 PM ]
A new teaser video for an announcement tomorrow strongly implies we are going to be seeing another Guitar Hero game soon Last month there was a whole lot of speculation flying around that Rock Band and Guitar Hero may be getting a revitalization. Then all of that was followed up by Harmonix actually announcing Rock Band 4 is on the way and it was looking like it would have no competition on the market. That is of course if the latest teaser video placed out by Activision does end up being an announcement for a new Guitar Hero. Read More...
