Hitman's World Of Assassination Expands For The Summer
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 25th of July 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Two new mini-episodes for Hitman have been added into the mix to expand the world of Hitman just a bit more for the summer It was certainly looking like we were going to be getting a new episode of Hitman each month since its launch as we have since. Sadly, it looks like Io Interactive has fallen a bit behind on that schedule or that was just the assumption we all had since we saw a new one by the end of each month until now. Whatever the case may be, it looks like we are getting a few new bits of gameplay as well as some new missions in Hitman for this Summer. There is no word out of Square Enix if this will be what we get for the summer and nothing else but it looks like there is a bit more of the game to be played on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC as of right now. New Details For The Walking Dead Season Three & Screenshots
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 25th of July 2016 - 03:00 PM ]
A few new tidbits for The Walking Dead season three from Telltale have come out of SDCC as well as some new screenshots for The Walking Dead's third season It was stated that we would get some more on the third season of Telltale Games' The Walking Dead during San Diego Comic Con and fans were not let down. At least not let down outside of the fact that we were still left with a whole lot to wonder on as we head toward the new season's release and just what has gone on in the game's world since then. Especially since most of it is all cannon for The Walking Dead franchise and not just some extra fluff. Read More…

Review â Minecraft: Story Mode â A Portal To Mystery
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 25th of July 2016 - 01:00 PM ]
We sit down and review Minecraft: Story Mode — A Portal To Mystery. This is the sixth episode of Telltale's take on Mojang's famed franchise. Here's our review on how they did The story continues for Minecraft: Story Mode as we have the first episode in the expanded adventure and the sixth episode in the epic tale of Jesse and his crew as they do what is apparently done in Mojang's world. If you are somehow still behind the times though this also expands on the story that Telltale Games has been building up for us over pretty much a year now. I'm still confused as to why they didn't go a solid second season and just have all of this is part of it but they didn't Now let us dig into this new episode of Minecraft: Story Mode before we get bogged down with even more of their great stories and such. The Seventh Episode Of Minecraft: Story Mode Is Coming Into Control
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 19th of July 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
The release date for Minecraft: Story Mode's seventh episode has been set and it looks like the world of Minecraft is getting the Tron and Borg treatment The seventh episode of Minecraft: Story Mode, or second in the adventure pass, has a release date set and it looks like it will be July 26th here. On this date we will get to see how much further down the rabbit hole Telltale Games is going to take us into their take on the famed Mojang IP that has a few hits and misses in my eyes. Especially the one where they didn't split this into a second season of Minecraft: Story Mode instead of just making it all an add-on. Read More…

Friday The 13th: The Game's Jason Room Is Now Open For Scares
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 19th of July 2016 - 03:00 PM ]
A new update to Friday The 13th: The Game's digital cabin has been made and we get more to see for Friday The 13th's big bad Jason in the game It hasn't been that long since the Friday The 13th: The Game digital cabin came online and fans who backed or are still banking the game had a chance to check out the "safe area" in the game where we can check out all of our collected gear and items. Illfonic and Gun Media put this together early but it will be in the final game so you can see everything you want out side of a match. Sadly, when it first launched it was just an icon cabin from the Friday The 13th series and game with little more than a few developer diaries and music to check out from the game. Read More…

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 19th of July 2016 - 01:00 PM ]
The next big elusive target for Hitman has been selected and it looks like Hitman fans will be hunting down Gary Busey for some reason It looks like the Hitman fans have spoken and they have voted for their next elusive target to go live this week. This one won't be some made up character or villain from Io Interactive but instead it looks like it will be some Hollywood big-hitter in the cross-hairs of Agent 47's gun. The next big target for Hitman is…Gary Busey and we get to put an end to all of his antics. You know, because nothing says fun like a huge group of gamers getting around and debating who they should have to kill in a game with all of the other death that is going on in the world. Read More…

Concept Art For Visceral's Star Wars Have Come Out As Well As An Update
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 18th of July 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
During London's Star Wars celebration event we received a few new bits of concept are for the Star Wars Visceral is working for us We all know that EA is holding onto that Star Wars IP with an iron grip and forcing pretty much all of their development studios to work on the IP in some way or another. One of which would be Visceral Games that we all know for the Dead Space titles and the most recent Battlefield Hardline title; also they are the studio who picked up Amy Hennig of Uncharted fame. Of course it makes sense that they would have them working on another Star Wars addition into the video game world and it looks like we have a bit of an update and some pieces of concept art to work with as we wait and see. This Week In Video Games 7/11/16 â 7/15/16
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 15th of July 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games This week seemed to drag on but luckily we had all kinds of video games and all their news to keep us entertained and moving forward. That isn't to say that we didn't have some cool things come out like the new stuff for No Man's Sky and Call Of Duty. Then we had the flip flop on the Batman franchise although both of the video games in question there were from different developers. I guess it's best to get all of that out before SDCC this year as that kicks off next week and I am sure we're going to see a whole lot more out there during that event. Read More…

Star Wars Battlefront Is Going Offline But Not In The Way You Think
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 15th of July 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
A new mode for Star Wars Battlefront has been announced, is coming next week, and will be giving Star Wars Battlefront an offline mode of play It's been almost half a year since Star Wars Battlefront came out and we already know of another title in the franchise in the work. One could assume that DICE was letting the game fall to the side as they work on other projects but EA just isn't going to let that happen. Especially since there are gamers out there whom have purchased the season pass for Star Wars Battlefront and need more content. Or at least want more content and it looks like the PS4, Xbox One, and PC versions of the game will be getting a new mode this coming week. Read More…

Batman: The Telltale Series Has A Release Window Digitally & Date Physically
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 15th of July 2016 - 04:00 PM ]
The release window for Batman: The Telltale Series digital has been revealed as well as when Batman will be getting a physical version from Warner Bros. As I assumed we would be seeing more of Batman: The Telltale Series as we got closer to SDCC and here we go. It isn't a trailer as Telltale Games has stated that they will be showing us that next week during the big event and when they do their play through of the first episode live. But for now it looks like we only have news that Batman is coming to the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC, and mobile devices digitally sometime in August. I'm going to guess during the first week of August given their normal schedule. Read More…
