Life Is Strange: True Colors Is Opening Up With Alex
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 22nd of April 2021 - 07:00 PM ]
Life Is Strange The opening scene for Life Is Strange: True Colors’ Alex is here to watch as we get a little deeper into this character for the Life Is Strange universe There are still a whole lot of unknowns for Life Is Strange: True Colors since it was first revealed that we were going to be getting this sequel to the line that Deck Nine Games is going down. The IP has always been an amazing journey for the story and bits of gameplay when they weave in the supernatural elements too. Not to mention the fact that Life Is Strange has always been one of the fancier and artsier titles in the Square Enix tool belt for us all. Read More...

So Many More Things Have Dropped Out There For Resident Evil Village
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 20th of April 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
Resident Evil Fresh after the Resident Evil Showcase, we have new gameplay and modes announced for Resident Evil Village when it launches for us all It has been a little bit of time since the most recent Resident Evil Showcase we had last week, but we needed a bit to be able to take in everything that seemed to have dropped out of all of that. There was quite a bit and still much more that Capcom has under wraps until the May 7th release date but that does not mean we do not have a whole lot more to dive into. We just received a whole lot of new gameplay and story elements for Resident Evil Village and the various little spin-offs from that and we have word of a classic mode making its way back into it all. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 19th of April 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
The Forgotten City The Forgotten City is now set to release this summer and it looks like The Forgotten City will also be hitting some new platforms too It feels like that time loop in The Forgotten City is going on in the real world at this point, with the game now getting a Summer release out there for us all. Those keeping a close eye on what Modern Storyteller was setting up would know that the original plan was to drop the game in the Winter of 2020. That has well come and gone with no one out there having the chance and time to play The Forgotten City now. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 15th of April 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
Resident Evil The Resident Evil showcase is about to air and you can join us in watching to see what new footage we will have for Resident Evil Village The time is almost here for the Resident Evil showcase that we had teased last week and a few little bits from Capcom already, but in a short time from this posting we will have it all. All to help build some hype before May 7th and the release of Resident Evil Village but it sounds like there could be a few other things in the mix too. My guess is that there will be some things for the coming shows and film in addition to the hype of the upcoming bigger title. Read More...

Returnal Has A Whole New Batch Of Hostiles Stalking The Lands Out There
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 14th of April 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
Returnal Returnal will have a whole lot of creative hostiles in the world when Returnal launches here soon There have been a few of the enemies shown over the last few videos for Returnal but none of them have truly felt like a big enemy that will halt us in our paths. Most of them have felt like the smaller minions of annoyances that will slow us down as we explore the world and story Housemarque has for us. With April 30th coming fast and our PS5s hungry for some new exclusive titles, it would be great to see that Returnal will house something much darker and horrifying for us to take on along the way. Hence why we are back with more to share for the game in the way of some of the bigger hostile threats we will see stalking us in the world. Read More...

Here Is Just How Far Advanced The Mass Effect: Legendary Edition Is
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 13th of April 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
Mass Effect A new comparison video for the Mass Effect: Legendary Edition is here to show how far we have come from the original Mass Effect It should come as no surprise that the Mass Effect: Legendary Edition is going to look, visually, superior to the original version of it all. That is kind of the whole reason that we are getting this new version of the game from BioWare so we can experience the way our brains remember it all and not the way it actually was. Yes, this is a slam to not only Mass Effect but all of those games from years ago we remember were "groundbreaking" in the visual department and not just the gameplay ones. All of which is something I can already feel my future self thinking as we all look back at how our current titles look. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 12th of April 2021 - 07:00 PM ]
WWE The announcement for WWE 2K22 is here to give all of those WWE one more glimmer of hope to the IP that has had a rough go lately After seeing last year's entry to the IP cancelled, we now have the official teaser for WWE 2K22 and that the game is coming. Okay, the whole of the IP was not cancelled last year by 2K but that game we did get was not the next in the line of titles that Visual Concepts has put out over the years. Now we have a whole new title to follow the yearly release announced right during one of the WWE's biggest events of the year. That would be WrestleMania for those that clicked in on this by accident. Read More...

Compare Some Of The Gameplay Coming For Diablo II Resurrected
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 9th of April 2021 - 07:00 PM ]
Diablo Some new gameplay for Diablo II Resurrected is out there from the alpha and it shows off how it has been upgraded from Diablo II original With some of the more recent remasters and upgrades we have seen for some older titles; it can be understood why some gamers out there might be a little worried for Diablo II Resurrected. It is a remaster of one of the more beloved titles that Blizzard has put out there and they have not fully shown they can be the masters at this form of gaming too. That is why I am glad to be able to offer up some new alpha gameplay that we have out there that shows off how this version will be standing out over the original Diablo II in terms of visuals and other basic mechanics. Deathloop Will Now Be Launching In September Instead Of May
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 9th of April 2021 - 05:00 PM ]
Deathloop A delay has hit Deathloop pushing the official launch of Deathloop to September to ensure we get the best version of it all At this point it should not be too shocking to hear, but we have another delay to talk about and this one is for Deathloop. It is something that none of us thought or saw to happen even though we might have done so if we were in the time loop that we have in the game itself. That would be a whole different thing to experience, and I am glad that is not the case, but we now know that Deathloop will no longer be hitting us in May. This all comes from the latest announcement from Arkane Lyon that it will now hit the PS5 and PC on September 14th of this year. Read More...

New Teases & Gameplay Is On The Way For Resident Evil Village
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 8th of April 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
Resident Evil A tease for the next Resident Evil Showcase is here to give us just a little more for Resident Evil Village before next week It may not be a massive update but it is a bit of an update for Resident Evil Village with things set down for the next big showcase. Sadly, this is an announcement for an announcement that Capcom and others like to do, but it does give us something to look forward to for next week. Those things being some new gameplay for Resident Evil Village and the continuing beta for the RE:Verse part that is currently firing off. I have a feeling we will have more from the Beta than in the actual showcase, but we will know for certain on April 15th when this all kicks off at 3 pm PST. Read More...

This Upcoming Exclusive Is Going To Make You Feel Very Abandoned
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 8th of April 2021 - 07:00 PM ]
Abandoned A new first-person survival game, Abandoned, has been announced to give us all a harrowing experience of being Abandoned Get ready to be left alone out there in the world with the announcement of the upcoming Abandoned coming exclusively for the PS5 by the end of this year. That sounds a little odd to say, but this is the title of the coming title that Blue Box Game Studios has been working on to give us some new looks at the world and how we will use some new gaming features to give us all a deeper and more harrowing story to experience. Well, that is if all of the features we have announced for Abandoned pay off and add to this first-person survival shooter of a game. That is a whole lot to take in for this title but it could pay off with all of the hardware features the PS5 does offer the team to use out there. Read More...
