Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Well, this was a much bigger week for video games than we could have expected, but a solid one still. After SDCC and now the upcoming Gamescom, I was under the impression it was going to be a slower one, between Call Of Duty and Epic Mickey, we had a whole lot drop on us and with massive names in the mix. A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead and Gori: Cuddly Carnage also got a nice highlight out there and then there is the Five Nights At Freddy’s celebration going on add into so much out there. Black Myth The launch of Black Myth: Wukong is almost here and we have a whole lot of new gameplay to get us ready for the release of Black Myth: Wukong It is crazy to think that we are in the final stages before seeing Black Myth: Wukong fully landing on the PS5 and PC. It feels like it was so very long ago that Game Science blew many minds with the original concept and short clips of what they were working on and now, on August 20th, we will get to see it in full. Sorry, to those looking to play Black Myth: Wukong on the Xbox Series X|S, as that still needs to be ironed out. Black Myth New gameplay for Black Myth: Wukong is out to give us a look at a few of the bosses we will see in Black Myth: Wukong when it launches Not too long ago, we had a bunch of gameplay for Black Myth: Wukong drop out there for the Summer Game Fest. As it would seem, Game Science held off on a little bit more to offer up at a later date. that date is now and we not only get to see how two of the boss fights will flow in the game, but also how some of the ray tracing technology will further amplify how Black Myth: Wukong looks. Black Myth The pre-orders are now open for Black Myth: Wukong for those who want to secure more of the physical items that Black Myth will offer With the recent Summer Game Fest, we had a chance to get a little more for Black Myth: Wukong, but the gameplay was not the big showing we had for the game. An odd choice to go with but with the game landing on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on August 20th, I guess it makes more sense that Game Science would want to hype-up the pre-orders for the game. Even if Gamescom 2023 feels like a solid place for Game Science to unleash one more look at the game with still about another year before it is aiming to come into our homes.
