Night Book The release date for Night Book is now set down with Night Book hitting us all before the end of this July It was first teased during this year's E3 and there was no release in site at all, but here we are with the announcement that Night Book will be hitting us in July. That is this month for those following along and while there are many days in it, Wales Interactive has set it down to give us the date of July 27th for when it will be hitting us on all of those platforms out there. That is quite an impressive turnaround from the announcement to the launch for Night Book, and it could pay off extremely well. Moss The sequel to Moss is announced with Moss: Book II coming to us in the future for more of the VR fun to be had We are being called upon to help out Quill once again with the official announcement that Moss: Book II is going to be a thing and hitting the PSVR platform in the future. When in the future? That is too soon to tell, as Polyarc just made the announcement during the recent State of Play but it is coming for us. Night Book A new FMV game, Night Book, was teased during this year's E3 with Night Book showing off what remote work can accomplish Here we go with another one of the great FMV style video games getting teased and poised to hit us with Night Book. This would be one of the next titles that Wales Interactive and Good Gate Media will be bringing to us on all of the platforms out there when it does hit. Book Of Demons A release date for Book Of Demons is now listed as the game leaves Early Access and plans for Book Of Demons to hit many platforms continues It looks like Book Of Demons will be coming out of Early Access here soon and everyone can get in on it this December 13th. That is if you have not already been helping Thing Trunk with the game by playing in the EA already and seen what this hack-n-slash title will be bringing to the PC. At least on that date as it does look like Book Of Demons will be heading over to the Xbox One at some point in the future. A new behind the scenes look at Powers has been released to show us just why we need to be excited for the first PlayStation original show We only have a few more weeks now until Powers debuts on the PSN. All of you PS+ members around the world with your PS4s, PS3s, or access to the PlayStation website will be able to watch the first season starting on March 10th. Well at least the first three episodes and then a new one each Tuesday from then on. The release date for the first three episodes of Powers, the first original live-action series for PSN, have been announced Powers was announced a back in June of last year at E3. Then we received a tease for it during the New York Comic Con. It was supposed to launch sometime during the Holidays of 2014 but as of the PlayStation Experience where Powers was a relative no show, pun intended, the PSN Live Action show had not been shown yet. In fact, it wasn't until I logged into PlayStation Plus later in that month to see that the release date for the show had been altered to sometime in 2015. The first trailer for Powers, the PSN TV adaption of the comic book, was shown at NYCC and we have it here for you Powers, the show, was announced at E3 during Sony's huge press event and it was received with mixed feelings from all. If you were lucky enough to be at NYCC over the weekend and were able to sit in on Sony's panel you may have been treated to seeing the first footage and trailer for the show. There have been a few stills floating around as of late but the trailer shows just how Powers is going to run for all of those PlayStation Plus subscribers out there. Ubisoft has announced an eBook sequel story to the events of Watch_Dogs slated to come out around the game's launch. Watch_Dogs is still about a month out from launch and there is already a talk about a sequel to the game's story. This isn't another quick turnaround for another game in the new franchise but an eBook titled Watch_Dogs //n/Dark Clouds. Kind of an interesting way to go about it there but it does fit into Ubisoft's want for all IPs to be able to have a franchise built around it. From what has been stated so far don't expect it to be just a continuation of the story in Watch_Dogs the game but a whole new story in the same universe written by John Shirley. Read More...

Facebook is set to purchase Oculus for around two billion dollars. What does this exactly mean though? It was announced yesterday that Facebook has reached an agreement to purchase Oculus VR, the makers of the Oculus Rift headset, for about two billion dollars. Not all in cash mind you. Only $400 million of that will be in "cash" the rest of the $1.6 billion in Facebook stock. That is all upfront as well as $300 million more is offered if Oculus VR can hit certain milestones that are still yet to be defined at the writing of this article. Read More...

Here's some interesting news for the gaming world here. It looks like there is a novel being written for the Darksiders franchise. The interesting part is that it doesn't seem to be linked to the story of the current games, which is Darksiders and Darksiders II, outside of the characters.
