Silent Hill: Townfall Takes Us Home With Some New Compositions
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 7th of April 2026 - 09:00 PM ]
Silent Hill Hear the music coming to Silent Hill: Townfall with a little look around the lands we will walk in this Silent Hill title If there is one IP that is well-known for its score and haunting music, it is this one, and that means that Silent Hill: Townfall has a lot to live up to. I cannot think of many gamers out there who would not know the game based on one or two of the songs played in it. That is why, I am sure, that Screen Burn and Konami reached out to Pilotpriest to help compose the music for the game and take us all back into the world of Silent Hill. Even if this one does seem to take place away from the original town we all wandered in. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 2/17/26 — 2/20/26
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 21st of February 2026 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week That puts another week in the bag around here, and one where we made it mostly through the week with so many video games in tow. Even if it did seem as if we had a few rough weeks in the past, we were back with Resident Evil Requiem, Silent Hill: Townfall, and a new John Wick Game to talk about to catch us all back up. That only scratches the surface of the video games we had to talk about this week, since we also had to play catch-up with Poppy Playtime: Chapter 5 and 007 First Light after having so many things drop out there in the mix. Even though we had a slowdown, it feels like we are back up to speed. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 17th of February 2026 - 10:00 PM ]
Silent Hill The world of Silent Hill is further expanding, with the official reveal we have for Silent Hill: Townfall What was once just announced as a name is finally here with the full reveal for Silent Hill: Townfall. A new entry into the IP to keep it all alive, with Screen Burn taking the IP for a spin and heading further into the world. Not just in terms of sales for the IP on the PS5 and PC for Konami, but further into the world than just the lonely little American town. This is not the first time we have seen something like this in Silent Hill, but this one is taking the themes to the other side of the ocean of space and time. Read More...

Welcome To Our New Home As We All Return To Silent Hill
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 24th of November 2025 - 08:00 PM ]
Silent Hill The official trailer for Return To Silent Hill is here to get us all ready for our final home in Silent Hill It certainly feels like we have seen more teasers and behind-the-scenes videos for Return To Silent Hill, but we are finally here with the first official look at the film. It is still a tease of sorts, as this is just a trailer for the film, but it is something to give us a better feel for what will be hitting theaters on January 26th, 2026. That and to get a better feel for how the team is bringing the look and feel of Silent Hill 2 to life in the film form. Not a direct retelling, so we have been told so far, but something that has truly inspired the film to give fans of the game something deeper to look out for. Read More...

Return To Silent Hill Takes Us Into The Creepy Sounds To Haunt Us
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 15th of October 2025 - 07:00 PM ]
Silent Hill Go behind the scenes for Return To Silent Hill, and hear how the sound mixing will play into this film, along with the classic Silent Hill films It would not be a good Halloween season if we did not have a good bit of horror film updates, and that is kind of what we have for Return To Silent Hill now. A new Behind-The-Scenes look at how the film is being made and the sound mixing that will feel familiar to fans, and creep out those who will be coming into the IP for the first time with this film. At least, that is the hope as the original director of Silent Hill wants, as well as the person behind the audio for the original games. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 22nd of September 2025 - 05:00 PM ]
Silent Hill The launch for Silent Hill f is almost here, with us all getting ready to wander back into the world of Silent Hill The world is getting a little creepier out there soon, with the launch we have coming for Silent Hill f. September 25th just seemed to sneak up on us like all of the horrors that NeoBards Entertainment has placed into the game, but that is all an amazing thing. At least for those looking to have a solid Silent Hill experience before, during, and after the Halloween season on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. I mean, as long as the game is good and builds into the IP in such a way that fans are going to demand more. Read More...

Return To Silent Hill Teases Us All With Some Extra Levels Of Darkness
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 27th of August 2025 - 07:00 PM ]
Silent Hill Get ready to Return To Silent Hill, as the film now has a release date and we have a new look at the foggy Silent Hill It has been such a while since we had the first little tease that Return To Silent Hill was on the way to theatres and taking fans back into the foggy nightmare. Not that we have not had some great video games to do the same, as Konami holds onto that IP so very strongly. But, not everyone out there is a gamer, and some want to have that Silent Hill experience that they have had a bit of already with a few other films out there. Which is why it is fun to announce that we have something new for the film to look at as we all gear up to see it in theaters on January 26th, 2026. Read More...

Silent Hill f Welcomes In The English Voice To The Horrors
by Juliet Meyer [ Wednesday, 20th of August 2025 - 09:00 PM ]
Silent Hill The English voice actors for Silent Hill f are on display, along with a bit more of the story in this Silent Hill title Talk about cutting it down to the wire here for Silent Hill f, as many have been waiting to hear the English voice cast for the game. Not only the voices, but also to get some of the story for those who are not fluent in Japanese already. NeoBards Entertainment is making a Japanese horror game, so it makes sense that it would be mostly performed in the language to start. Konami, though, does like to sell their titles to as many markets as possible, and many Westerners don't speak more than one language. Read More...

Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. With Summer Games Fest, IGN Live, and Steam Next Fest going down, we are going to have loads to talk about. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 5th of June 2025 - 07:00 PM ]
Silent Hill The release date for Silent Hill f is now set down and fans of the IP can head back into Silent Hill just before spooky season starts I hope you are ready for some true dread to come our way this coming September, as Silent Hill f now has a release date set down to land on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. One of the many projects that Konami greenlit for the IP out there and now NeoBards Entertainment are heading towards the finish line to give us something fitting of the IP as well as to keep us locked in our homes just a bit more this Halloween season. If that is your thing, at least. Read More...

Silent Hill f Shows Off How Friends Will Betray You Eventually
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 14th of March 2025 - 07:00 PM ]
Silent Hill The next Silent Hill reveal is in full swing with another look at the acts of friendship in Silent Hill f It has been over two years since we had our first tease for Silent Hill f, and now we are here with the official reveal of what it is all going to be about. At least as much of a reveal that NeoBards Entertainment and Konami are willing to offer up while keeping things fully obfuscated for even longer now. The bigger part being that we have a new Silent Hill story on the way to us for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC when all is said and done. A story that looks to still be taking place in a 1960s era Japan and using more of those elements to draw out the horror of it all. Read More...
