A new teaser for Doctor Who: The Edge Of Time is here to show off a bit more of the amazing TARDIS of Doctor Who fame If you are still not able to wait for Doctor Who: The Edge Of Time to have its good showing out at SDCC this year, we have one more teaser video to give you a feel for the game just a bit more. Sadly, it is not anything in terms of gameplay but it is a look at the TARDIS we will get to play in when we jump into the game. Something Maze Theory is taking their time to make look and feel as we would expect from all of the shows. Read More…

This Week In Video Games 7/8/19 — 7/12/19
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 12th of July 2019 - 11:00 PM ]
A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week One more week in the bag and onward to the next and what wonders it may hold for our video games. My guess is that it will have a light load for next week given that it is SDCC and most of it will be rehashed versions of things from E3. I just hope we get more of the positive news for our video games instead of the delays for Psychonauts 2 and very little for Shenmue III we had this week. Given how close Control is to launch, it would make sense that we see something else coming. Read More…

A new sci-fi FPS, Disintegration, is announced and we will know more for Disintegration next month during its bigger Gamescom reveal A new first-person shooter is on the way as we have the announcement for Disintegration today. Well, more of a pre-announcement as we now have word that V1 Interactive and Private Division is working on this title, but we will need to wait until Gamescom to actually see what it is all about. Unless you want to speculate that Disintegration is a weird FPS where we are a spaceship of some sorts. That would be an easy takeaway based on the short little video we have here. Read More…

by Jana Lass [ Wednesday, 10th of July 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
A new trailer and set of screenshots for Shenmue III have been released to keep all of the Shenmue fans excited after the game getting pushed out Even though there was a recent delay for Shenmue III, which does not mean that we will not be seeing more for the game before Deep Silver places it out there on August 27th. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 10th of July 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
A new edit of the Moons Of Madness gameplay from E3 is here to show off more of the horror Moons Of Madness has in the wings for us Right after E3 we had a good look at some of the gameplay that was out there for Moons Of Madness and the horrors it could contain. It may have been a good look for some of you out there, but there was some commentary from Rock Pocket Games that played over the dialog and sound in that video. Some of you may have been pulled out of the immersion of Moons Of Madness due to this. For those who felt that way, we have another cut of the gameplay from the floor to place you back in the horror of the game and possibly dying on Mars due to some cosmic horrors. Read More…

Cuphead Is Getting Its Own Animated Netflix Show
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 9th of July 2019 - 09:00 PM ]
A new Cuphead animated show is on its way to Netflix in the way of The Cuphead Show! using everything we loved about the game It feels like we are going back in time to a point where every video game needed a TV show tie-in as it looks like Cuphead will be getting the treatment now. Not exactly the title I am sure many of you were expecting to hear about, but it would seem that Studio MDHR selling over four million copies of the game would grab the eye of Netflix to try to set something up. On top of the classic animation style Cuphead already holds, I can see why they would want to snatch this one up and ride the success. Even as we all wait for that sweet DLC to still come out after the game being out for years already. Read More…

Flythrough More Of The World Of Remnant: From The Ashes
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 9th of July 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
More of the areas in Remnant: From The Ashes are here for us to take in, as the world seems to expand even further for Remnant We have another flyby attack for Remnant: From The Ashes in terms of more of the game's world to explore. I am sure you gathered that from the title there, but it is still the case for what Gunfire Games has been working on and what we should be expecting for the game. It would be a bit of a letdown if all we had was the last one and then had to wait until August 20th to finally see more for Remnant: From The Ashes. It would also just be poor marketing for the game. Read More…
