This Week In Video Games 10/27/25 — 10/31/25
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 31st of October 2025 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week The day for all of the horror video games to be played is here, Halloween, and it also happens to cap off the week for so many out there. Some of us actually get the day off to do all of that and try to lean into the hobbies more than work for the day. Hence why we had so much during the week and up until the end, when we are going to be digging further into all of those spooky things. Like the horrors of Beneath, or watching more for Resident Evil Requiem. Read More...

Resident Evil Requiem Walks Us Down The Road That Brought Us To The Latest Game
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 30th of October 2025 - 07:00 PM ]
Resident Evil A new look at the Resident Evil history is out there to get us to the point where we can preorder Resident Evil Requiem The road to get to Resident Evil Requiem has been a wild one, and we are talking mostly in the path that the IP has taken to get here after thirty years. We still have months until the game hits the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PC, but Capcom wants to make sure that we all have a chance to go down the memory lane of it all. To see where the Resident Evil story all started and, maybe, guess where it is all going to end with the ninth core game in the story. That and to make sure we are ready for February 27th, 2026, when the game launches out there. Read More...

There’s No Escaping Your Destiny In Resident Evil Requiem
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 12th of September 2025 - 07:00 PM ]
Resident Evil A new look at Resident Evil Requiem takes us deeper into the world, and shows us that Resident Evil Requiem is coming to the Switch The nightmare truly is for the living, as we finally have more to look at for Resident Evil Requiem. Enough to keep us going, but also just not enough that Capcom is truly spoiling much out there. At least beyond the fact of who we will be playing as in the game and that we will be exploring more of the amazing locations we have seen in Resident Evil before now. We are going to need something to keep going until it launches on February 27th, 2026, for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PC. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 27th of June 2025 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Let us put the week in a box and kick it away, but still focus on all of the video games we did get to check out during the week. So many fun titles had some updates, and some just basic teases, but still a fairly solid week of things out there. From more on Invincible VS and Cronos: The New Dawn, down to Resident Evil Requiem and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4, we were all over the place. Not to mention that things for SDCC have started to flow out there, and we had a whole lot of fun talking TV shows on the latest AggroCast. Read More...

It Is A Nightmare For The Living In Resident Evil Requiem
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 27th of June 2025 - 05:00 PM ]
Resident Evil A new look at Resident Evil Requiem is here to show off how the team is trying to keep the fear of Resident Evil going There was the big reveal for Resident Evil Requiem just recently, but it only gave us all so much for the game. Like the fact that Capcom was making another in the ongoing series and not another remake, as well as it would be hitting the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on February 27th. Also, a little bit on who we will be playing as, and that we will be heading back to Raccoon City once more. Something to delight all of the Resident Evil fans out there after the past thirty years. This Week In Video Games 6/9/25 — 6/13/25
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 13th of June 2025 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Well, the week has ended, and just as we thought, we had so many video games slide out there along with so many other announcements we have been struggling to keep up. A good problem to have in the industry, even if it does mean that we are going to have a few slow weeks now that we know Resident Evil Requiem, Call Of Duty: Black Ops 7, and Atomic Heart 2 are on the way. Not to mention the sneak announcement that a Silent Hill Remake is in the works too. Read More...

Resident Evil Requiem Is Aiming To Bring Us All A New Era Of Horror In 2026
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 9th of June 2025 - 05:00 PM ]
Resident Evil The ninth main Resident Evil title has been revealed with Resident Evil Requiem on the way and coming much sooner than expected We made it through villages and various other remakes out there, and now we are back with the official reveal for Resident Evil Requiem. This is going to be the ninth official title in the mainline of the IP that Capcom has been bringing us for decades now. Something truly new, even if it looks like we will go back to a few places from the past in the Resident Evil story. Not a terrible thing at all, but worth noting so we can get an idea as to what is going in out there. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 30th of October 2023 - 07:00 PM ]
Resident Evil The iOS release for Resident Evil Village is here to give those looking to play Resident Evil on their mobile devices a chance It would not be a good Halloween season if we did not get a good update or entry into the Resident Evil realm again. Sometimes it is through full titles, sometimes it is through DLC, and in this instance, it is through a port over to a new platform from Capcom. Not that it is a surprise, but here we go with the launch of Resident Evil Village on the iOS systems out there. Well, at least those that are running on the M1 chip or later in the cycle. Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week The end of the week is here and we can focus back in on some of those video games we have had to put off to do most of the work for this week. As long as you are one of those gamers out there that still can take the weekends to play those games. We do have a lot to look forward to with Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League, the Resident Evil 4 Remake, and Dead Island 2 all making their ways to us rather soon. It will give us something to focus on as we wait for other video games like The Wolf Among Us 2 to finally launch. Read More...
