Go Into The Urban Jungle With Battlefield: Hardline
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 6th of June 2014 - 09:01 PM ]
EA and Visceral Games have made Battlefield: Hardline official and here is the trailer for the game to prove it I guess it only took a few 'leaks' of Battlefield: Hardline before EA and Visceral decided to let the secret out into the wild. It is sad that all of these other 'reputable' and 'deserving of early footage' outlets have decided to ruin the fun and excitement that I am sure EA was looking for at E3 but what is done is done. We can now be certain that Battlefield: Hardline is coming and that we will hopefully be getting a nice long look at it on the show floor and moving forward in the coming months leading up to the full launch of the game. October 21st for those who may be wondering and haven't just jumped down to the trailer already. Read More...

No Kingdom Hearts III At E3 But We Have A Small Teaser None The Less
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 6th of June 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
It's been reported that Kingdom Hearts III won't be focused on at E3 but the latest Kingdom Hearts 2.5 ReMIX trailer has a nice little tease for us all It is starting to shape up that this E3 is going to be filled with a lot of good news followed with bad news as Kingdom Hearts III has fallen into that arena here. Reports are coming out that the game is going to be a no-show to little-show at E3 here next week. That means there is just about as much to know about Kingdom Hearts III as we know from last year's event where a short trailer was shown off at the PlayStation press conference. Read More...

Looks Like We Get To Go Through 'The Creepy Door' In The Wolf Among Us
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 22nd of May 2014 - 09:00 PM ]
The trailer for The Wolf Among Us episode four — In Sheep's Clothing has been released along with the release dates. I guess I spoke a bit too early on Tuesday when it came to The Wolf Among Us' next episode release. Either that or Telltale is trying to mash as much into the week of E3 as possible. No matter the case it looks like In Sheep's Clothing will be hitting the digital streets as early as next Tuesday (5/27). We also have a nice little trailer to showcase this off for you as well as a bit of what to expect in the next episode of The Wolf Among Us. Read More...

Looks Like Some Of The Far Cry 4 Story Has 'Leaked'
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 20th of May 2014 - 07:00 PM ]
A pre-order page for Far Cry 4 has let loose some details surrounding the story of the game. Well that didn't take too long before something was 'leaked' for Far Cry 4. Granted it isn't much but at least it is safe to assume that it is accurate and not a rumor considering the source. The source being the pre-order page on the uPlay website for Far Cry 4. Can't get any more solid than that unless this is all one big Ubisoft troll to promote Watch_Dogs. I wouldn't put it past them to state that the site was "hacked" as part of a promotion but seeing as you can only view the below content on a cached version of the site I think that may be a bit far-fetched. New Screen Shots For The Wolf Among Us Ep 4 Means Two Weeks Until The New Episode
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 20th of May 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
New screen shots for episode four of The Wolf Among Us have been released. That should mean the episode release is on its way. Lookie there, we have some new screen shots for The Wolf Among Us' episode four. An episode titled In Sheep's Clothing. That should mean, if my Telltale clock is working right, that we should most likely see the new episode in about two weeks. Also we should be seeing a trailer for said episode by the end of the week or early next week. That is about how clockwork they usually have been with The Wolf Among Us and The Walking Dead. Apparently This Is Everything You Need To Know About Destiny
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 19th of May 2014 - 09:08 PM ]
There is a new developer diary type video for Destiny showing off what you need to know for the new FPS from Bungie. It may sound like I am joking here about seeing everything you need to know about Destiny here. I am. I highly doubt that this new two minute video is going to show you everything you need to know about Bungie's upcoming FPS title but the title of the video says it does. So given that then we will continue to go off this and that there is nothing else to know about Destiny. So what there is to know about Destiny is that it's an FPS (not new) from Bungie (not new). The Best Viral Marketing Award Goes To Watch_Dogs And Ubisoft
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 19th of May 2014 - 07:00 PM ]
Ubisoft set out to give real people the real world experience of Watch_Dogs in their latest marketing campaign. I think the headline here covers exactly what is going on with this latest bit of marketing for Watch_Dogs. In this latest bit I think we can all agree would be the most game selling experience if anyone ever experienced it and didn't even know that Watch_Dogs existed. Yes, this is that cool. What happened here? Read More...

New Trailer For Transformers: Rise Of The Dark Spark
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 19th of May 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
A new trailer for Transformers: Rise Of The Dark Spark has hit the web showing off quite a bit of fun gameplay. Do you know how close we are to the launch of Transformers: Rise Of The Dark Spark? About a month away now and the game was only officially announced back in February. I am sure that Edge Of Reality, the new studio working on the franchise, has been working long and hard before that but it is still crazy to think that the game is coming out on June 24th already and there is still so little to know about Transformers: Rise Of The Dark Spark outside of it taking place in the same War For Cybertron setting. I just hope that Activision hasn't turned the somewhat decent franchise into a full on movie tie-in kind of thing. Let's watch the new trailer for Transformers: Rise Of The Dark Spark and see. Far Cry 4 Has Been Announced And Slated For Release This Year
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 15th of May 2014 - 09:00 PM ]
Ubisoft has announced that Far Cry 4 is coming and coming as soon as November this year. So we've had The Division delayed but now we have the announcement of Far Cry 4 to pick up the slack this year. Maybe this is what was meant by not wanting to compromise quality for The Division? None the less though it looks like Far Cry fans will have the next installment of the franchise to look forward to on November 18th 2014 on their PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, or PC. If Ubisoft had their way there would be an 'and' instead of the 'or' as you would be picking up Far Cry 4 on multiple platforms. Outside of the announcement there is very little else beside the following piece of art and the location that Far Cry 4 will be taking place in. Read More...

Delays Strike Again And This Time It Is For The Division
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 15th of May 2014 - 07:00 PM ]
The Dev Team for The Division has just announced that the game will be delayed until 2015 now. Looks like we are going to have to wait even longer for The Division as it has been delayed until 2015 now. The reason behind this is…well not fully defined. If you look at the official statement about the delay below you will see that they claim that it is not to compromise quality of the game but there is no real definition there either. Not even the generic "it needs more polish" kind of excuse. All that is known is that we will not be seeing The Division until sometime in 2015. Read More...

Dragon Age Inquisition Has Some Beautiful Looking Environments Incoming
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 12th of May 2014 - 07:00 PM ]
A batch of new screen shots for Dragon Age Inquisition have been released showing off the environments of the game. Alright all you who are excited for Dragon Age Inquisition. We have quite a few more screen shots for the game and this time it looks like they are focused more on the environments of the game more than anything. I guess if you also want to get a bit technical too it looks like there is somewhat of a season cycle as well to look at here as well. Main because there is a batch that looks to take place in some frozen landscapes and another set in a more hospitable climate. Read More...
