Gears Of War The release date for Gears Of War 4 has been set in stone for later this year and Gears Of War fans will also be able to take part in a multiplayer beta The curtain has been pulled back and now Gears Of War 4 has a solid release date other than Holiday 2016. It looks like The Coalition is wrapping things up nicely and we will be seeing the game on October 11th as of right now. Of course things could change between now and then but it looks like all you gear-heads will be getting another Gears Of War fix in October. Paragon Another 'hero' for Paragon has been shown off and is now available for play if you are already in with Paragon's Founder’s Pack Here we go with another hero added to the list of characters for Paragon. This time we get a good look at a Grim Reaper style of character that Epic Games has put together for us in the way of Sevarog. Yes, that is the name and if you wear it out then Sevarog will come right along and suck your soul out. Battleborn The start date for Battleborn's open beta have been set and we have the details of what parts of Battleborn we will get to experience when it goes live We are not that far off from Battleborn's official release of May 3rd and we knew that there was an open beta in the works to make sure all of the server bugs were stamped out. Now we have those dates for said beta and it looks like Gearbox is giving those PS4 players a little bit extra over the PC and Xbox One fans. Mirror's Edge Catalyst The story and world of Mirror's Edge Catalyst has been expanded yet again as we get a look at the factions in Mirror's Edge Catalyst's city of glass It looks like some more Mirror's Edge Catalyst new slid right by almost undetected. It seems that EA has updated the official website without huge word and they have detailed out more on the factions that are changing the game's world. By the looks of things DICE is putting a lot more thought into the story of Mirror's Edge Catalyst than just "these people are bad because we say so" as the last title had. Red Dead Redemption 2 Rumors about Red Dead Redemption 2 being in production have popped up again and claim we could hear about Red Dead Redemption 2 being official at E3 Here we are six years after the first title launched and we have more Red Dead Redemption 2 rumors popping up. In fact it is pretty much the same rumor we had last year that Rockstar Games never let pan out but yet again we are seeing we are seeing it. For the most part my gripes about it were on the nitpick side of things and the big issue I had was that I had to wait to play episode two. Thief The rights to do a Thief movie have been claimed and it looks like we are on the path to actually see Thief on the silver screen Rumors and murmured words have been flying around lately that we are going to be getting a Thief movie. That would be a film based on the video game franchise that Eidos-Montréal has crafted and not another movie about random people stealing things for fun. Well I guess a Thief movie would fall into that vein of thinking but that isn't the goal here.
