Come As You Are For New Quantum Break Footage
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of March 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
Quantum Break A new cinematic trailer for Quantum Break has been released and it adds some darker tones to Quantum Break with a cover of Nirvana If for some reason you didn't have a good grasp on how the theme of Quantum Break will feel then it is time to see yet another cinematic trailer for the game. I swear Remedy wants to pump out more of these then any real gameplay but seeing as Quantum Break is using a very life like structure for the characters what you are about to see could quite easily be gameplay and we just don't know it. Of course this isn't the only thing to take away from this latest trailer for the game. Read More...

Time For The Incursion Into Battleborn's New Mode
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 10th of March 2016 - 10:00 PM ]
Battleborn A new video for Battleborn has been released to show off the new Incursion mode for Battleborn that will have players slaying all over the place Here we go with yet another mode for Battleborn here. All of the heroes are out there so it looks like this is going to be what we get from here on out from Gearbox but that is perfectly fine with me. They do need to pad the media and updates for Battleborn to make sure it all lasts until May 3rd to keep us all interested. As if the badasses of the game weren't enough. Read More...

New Mirror's Edge Catalyst Developer Diary Shows Off Enhancements
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 10th of March 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
Mirror's Edge Catalyst A new Mirror's Edge Catalyst developer diary has been released showing all of the basics but also new gameplay for Mirror's Edge Catalyst and how it has all evolved Another developer diary for Mirror’s Edge Catalyst has been released and it does what most of them do; titillate without any substance. I'll never understand when companies like DICE do this but there is something new to watch for the game. Of course this could all be On EA's side of holding back information until we get closer to launch but seeing as Mirror's Edge Catalyst is a ways off with its May 24th release date I think we all need something more to tide us over. Dead Island 2 Has A New Developer Taking The Charge
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 10th of March 2016 - 06:00 PM ]
Dead Island 2 Dead Island 2 has a new developer and looks to be back in full swing without any of the compromises listed for the original Dead Island 2 developers being used Maybe you remember last July when it was announced that Dead Island 2 was losing its developer. All over creative differences and compromises that Deep Silver didn't want to make to the franchise that YAGER couldn't get around. Since then there hasn't been much word on the status of Dead Island 2 and all we've seen recently is that Dead Island and Riptide are getting the HD move to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Thankfully today I get to inform you that Sumo Digital has stepped up to make DI2 a reality. Read More...

Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 Is Expanding The Battle Further
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 7th of March 2016 - 06:00 PM ]
Plants Vs Zombies The first free content update for Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 is coming and it looks to bring much more to the Plants Vs Zombies world and gameplay Barely a few weeks out from the original launch of Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 and it looks like we are getting our first big update for the game. Just like the game before is looks like PopCap Games is still churning out all of new content we could ever want. Well that is a bit of a stretch as I am sure EA won't fund everything that would ever want but at least Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 is getting a new big drop of content here on March 8th and for the low price of Free. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 5th of March 2016 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games There goes another fun week in video games in the bag now. Again it had its high and its lows but we made it through. Of course that did mean that we had to watch as Uncharted 4 got hit with yet another delay and only a few sparse details for Vampyr. It did also mean that we got to see more cool kills for Friday The 13th: The Game and a huge collector's edition for Homefront: the Revolution get announced. Like I said, it had its highs and it had its lows. Read More...

Paragon Will Be Going Into 'Early Access' Real Soon
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 4th of March 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
Paragon Paragon is heading to an early access stage and players can give Paragon or pay to make sure they keep all of their progress when the game fully launches The beta for Paragon is still going strong but it looks like there is a need for more players to access and help shape the game into what they want. Due to the latter there is looks like Epic Games is now taking Paragon into and 'Early Access' state where players will be able to pay to gain access but the bonus being that they won't lose anything when all is said and done. That and they will gain a whole lot of little extras to show off that they helped make this the MOBA to play on the PC and PS4. Read More...

The Battleborn Cast Is All Here Now With Last 2 Badasses
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 4th of March 2016 - 06:00 PM ]
Battleborn The last two characters for Battleborn have been revealed and now we know the full launch roster of heroes coming to Battleborn and their moves The final two characters for Battleborn have now been revealed and we can take in all of the 25 launch badasses coming to the game. Of course we finish off with these two as they are described as the most absurd that Gearbox has put together for the game. A luchador and an old robotics genius who is too lazy to do a thing. Sounds about right for Battleborn given all of the other characters in there already. Read More...

Mirror's Edge Catalyst Shows Off How To Hit & Move
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 3rd of March 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
Mirror's Edge Two more gameplay trailers for Mirror's Edge Catalyst have been release and the both emphasize on the huge improvements from Mirror's Edge on combat and movement More gameplay for Mirror’s Edge Catalyst has seeped out into the world and is ready for our digestion. This time we get to see how DICE perfected the combat and movement aspects of the game from where they once were. Not that there was a huge issue on any of the in my book but as long as EA is paying for it they might as well make some improvements. We wouldn't want to pay for something that we already had right?
