Shenmue III Is Delayed By A Few More Months Now
by Jana Lass [ Monday, 3rd of June 2019 - 09:00 PM ]
Shenmue The release date for Shenmue III has been pushed out placing Shenmue III to release this coming November It looks like the wait is going to continue for Shenmue III as it has been delayed until November now. It feels like so long ago that the game was announced as coming and the Kickstarter started up by Ys Net and was completely funded shortly after. Thankfully, this delay is only by a few months as Shenmue III was slated for an August 27th release on the PS4 and PC, and is now set for a November 19th date for the same platforms. Not the biggest of delays if you get past the initial wait for this one to be announced in the first place. Read More...

New Screenshots Are Here To Tease Us A Bit More For Control
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 3rd of June 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Control New screenshots for Control are here just before E3 to give us another look at what we can expect for Control after the event In just over a week, we will all have a media blitz with E3 and it looks like it may be starting earlier, as usual, with Control. That is, we have a load of new screenshots for the game before it is shown off in a final form by Remedy out at the event. It still is releasing on August 27th, so there is still plenty of time to be teased with new gameplay videos and the other bizarreness we have seen in the past. For now, we will focus on some of the new images for Control and see if there is much that we can glean from them all. Read More...

Shang Tsung & Others Are Coming Very Soon As DLC For Mortal Kombat 11
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 3rd of June 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat The first few fighters of Mortal Kombat 11's Kombat Pack have been announced with more classic Mortal Kombat fighters showing back up Before Mortal Kombat 11 launched we knew we were going to be seeing Shang Tsung back in action and using the likeness and voice of Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa from the film. It was a nice treat to have back then when NetherRealm Studios was getting us all hyped up for the game and now we know when we will be able to add that character to our rosters. That would be June 18th for those that shelled out for the ability to have Early Access to the Kombat Pack for Mortal Kombat 11. Read More...

Here we go with another title in the franchise as Bubsy: Paws On Fire! is out there and we need to be ready to jump, slide, and fly our way through the world. You know, the basics of a platforming game and about what Choice Provisions has put together for us in the game. Lovecraft Meets Cyberpunk With The Tease Of Transient
by Julia Schoebel [ Friday, 31st of May 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Transient A new thriller title, Transient, is teased out there where Transient will mix together themes from the Cyberpunk and Lovecraft genres Add one more tease for us all as Transient is the latest game to do just that with very little to work with. Given that Iceberg Interactive has placed it out there and will be launching in 2020 for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One, I guess it makes some kind of sense to just tease us. Although, when you drop things like Transient will be a mixture of the Cyberpunk and Lovecraft genres from Stormling Studios, it feels like we deserve more for it all. That could just be me and wanting more than the short little video we have announcing all of this. Read More...

It’s Time To Go Dark With Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 30th of May 2019 - 09:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty The next Call Of Duty title is officially announced and it looks like it will indeed be Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare The time is finally here and it is time to reveal what this year's Call Of Duty will be, and it will be…Modern Warfare. Yes, it looks like all of the rumors are true and Infinity Ward will be back bringing us a reboot to the Modern Warfare line of the franchise. It messes up the numbering, sure, but at least we are set to get back on track with a single-player campaign and some over-the-top visuals as you can see in the trailer that released with this announcement. All of which brings some interesting and new things for Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare that you may not have expected for its October 25th release date. Read More...

Get Ready For More Horror To Come Your Way With The Announcement Of Monstrum II
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 29th of May 2019 - 09:00 PM ]
Monstrum Monstrum II has been officially announced and will be carrying on everything from the original Monstrum into the next generation It feels like it was not that long ago that we were here talking about the original Monstrum making its way out for the PS4 and Xbox One, and now we are here with the announcement for Monstrum II. To my knowledge, the prior is still in the works from Junkfish, but that will not change the fact that we are getting the sequel here by the end of next year. At least for the PC gamers. Read More...

The Madness Is Coming With The Malkavians In Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 29th of May 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
Bloodlines 2 The final core clan for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 is announced with the Malkavians spreading their chaos in Bloodlines 2 The fifth and final full clan for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 is announced and it looks like we are all going to be mad. Not in the angry sense of the term but in the insane version of the term as Hardsuit Labs is going with the Malkavian clan as the other option we can have. At least in the core version of Bloodlines 2 with the other clans a possibility via free updates. Something I am hoping will actually happen as my true favorite ones do not seem to be in the core game, but at least we have the Malkavians mixed in now. Read More...

World War Z The first Big and Free DLC for World War Z is coming in June and looks to add much more replay value to World War Z than before We are quickly coming to the end of May and some of you out there may still be questioning when that DLC for World War Z was going to hit us all. Fear not, as we now know that we will see that mission and many other updates coming to World War Z for free on June 3rd. Just outside of the original proposed "sometime in May," but still not too far off to be upset about. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 28th of May 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
Wolfenstein A new short gameplay trailer for Wolfenstein: Youngblood is here to show off how this Wolfenstein will look with the GeForce RTX card It may not be the biggest update for Wolfenstein: Youngblood, but it is a short little bit of gameplay we can take in and enjoy as we wait for July 26th to finally roll up on us. Take that as you will, but we do have some new 4K gameplay from Machine Games here and that is always a good thing. Read More...

Brothers: A Tale Of Two Sons Is Almost Here For The Switch
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 24th of May 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Brothers Brothers: A Tale Of Two Sons is heading to the Switch next week and there is still time and reasons to pre-order Brothers before then If you have been missing out as of late, it looks like Brothers: A Tale Of Two Sons is finally making the jump over to the Switch next week. The game has been out there in the wild for quite some time for various other platforms and now it looks like Turn Me Up Games is bringing it over to the mobile platform with a few little extras. Not that Brothers needed them, but I guess you need to throw something out there to entice people to buy a game they have already had many years to experience already. It cannot just be for the new crowd, can it? Read More...

Control Takes Us Behind The Sounds Of The Game Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 24th of May 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
Control A new developer diary for Control is here and takes us behind how the sounds of Control have been put together and will always feel new Slowly, but surely, we are getting new information for Control to give us a better idea of what to expect in the game. We have been getting developer diaries for a while now, but none of them have really done a deep dive into what Remedy will have for us when August 27th rolls around. Not exactly at least. We have had a good insight into how Control is being made, and here we are again with more on that and less on the how it will actually play side of things. Read More...

Mutant Year Zero The date is set for the upcoming expansion for Mutant Year Zero: Road To Eden and with it comes hours of new gameplay and a new stalker for Mutant Year Zero We got our first look and note that Mutant Year Zero: Road To Eden was getting its latest expansion sometime around now all the way back at GDC this year. It is also where we got the word that The Bearded Ladies were bringing the game over to the Switch so they could dominate there as well as on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
