Symmetra's Name Sounds Off But She Looks Great In Overwatch
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 2nd of June 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
Another gameplay video for Overwatch has been released and this time we get to see Symmetra in action for Overwatch It wouldn't be another week in gaming news without yet another Overwatch gameplay video it would seem. This of course means that Blizzard has released yet another look at a character for the game and this time it is in the terms of Symmetra. That seriously sounds like a name that would be used for GWAR but as they have yet to claim affiliation with Overwatch we'll just go with a happy coincidence here. Weird name or not we have yet more gameplay for the game and the new character to have a look at. Read More...

Discover The Legends Within Rise Of The Tomb Raider With A Tease
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 1st of June 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
A new teaser trailer for Rise Of The Tomb Raider has been released to get us all pumped up for what Microsoft will be showing for the game at E3 All last week we were teased with something new for Rise Of The Tomb Raider and here we have it. It's…another tease for Rise Of The Tomb Raider. All along the same veins as the DOOM tease we had from Bethesda a few weeks ago, it looks like Crystal Dynamics has given us pretty much the same thing. Only in this case the tease doesn't look to show any gameplay for Rise Of The Tomb Raider and is all hype to make sure we are all going to be watching the Microsoft press conference at E3. As if we wouldn't be already to see what else will be coming to the Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Read More...

Have A Look At All The Batmobile Gadgets In Batman: Arkham Knight
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 1st of June 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
A new Batman: Arkham Insider was released and this time it shows off all the upgrades the Batmobile has in Batman: Arkham Knight to help take down the Arkham Knight We've seen bits and pieces of Batman: Arkham Knight's version of the Batmobile in action already but of course Rocksteady hasn't shown off all of the bells and whistles for the machine that we will be tearing up Gotham with. Not only that but we also get a new look at the Riddler Caves in the game and how they work a bit. These would be what look to be race tracks in Batman: Arkham Knight but as we will find out soon they are way more than just that as it really wouldn't fit the character if they were that basic. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 29th of May 2015 - 11:00 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games This week seemed to fly right by but that doesn't mean there wasn't a whole lot to cover in the world of video games by any means. We had a bunch of release date announcements for SOMA, Until Dawn and Wander. We had some new games announced in the way of Perception and What Remains Of Edith Finch. Then a whole mess of new video and information for Batman: Arkham Knight. Like I said, short week but way too much going on in the world of video games. Read More...

Calm Down All…The Calvary Has Made It To Overwatch
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 28th of May 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
Another gameplay video for Overwatch has been released and this time we have a great highlight for Overwatch's Tracer We have yet another look at Overwatch and again this is another look at one of the characters. This time we have a nice new look at that sassy character named Tracer we have seen in videos past. Blizzard has created a fun looking new character with Tracer and I'll admit she was one of the few that I have been looking forward to for Overwatch. That is why I am glad to be able to show off the following new footage for the game. Read More...

Horror Games Are All About Perception…Or At Least This One Is
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 27th of May 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
A new horror game has been announced, Perception, from some of the former Irrational Games developers under the name of The Deep End Games Good news everyone as we might be able to add yet another horror title to our gaming collection in the way of Perception. At least if we can all get up and help out The Deep End Games with their Kickstarter campaign to get the game made. Haven't heard of that team yet? Well just like Day For Night Games they are another group of ex-Irrational Games developers looking to keep the lights on by doing what they do best: make video games. Read More...

Batman: Arkham Knight On PS4 Gets The Exclusive Nightmare This Time
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 27th of May 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
A new trailer for Batman: Arkham Knight has been released to show what will be coming to the PS4 version of Arkham Knight before the other platforms Nothing gets me all choked up than hearing that there will be console exclusive items like we just heard about for Batman: Arkham Knight. Choked up in the worst way and it kind of bothers me that Rocksteady and Warner Bros. are doing it again. Almost exactly how it was done with Arkham Asylum only this time around it is the PS4 getting the exclusives over the Xbox One and PC versions of Batman: Arkham Knight. Read More...

Rumor: Batman Arkham Remaster Could Be On The Way
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 26th of May 2015 - 11:00 PM ]
A new survey online may be pointing more to Batman Arkham Remaster being a real thing to bring Rocksteady's Batman Arkham franchise to the next gen systems This isn't the first time and I am sure it won't be the last until we get complete confirmation that Batman Arkham Remaster is not going to be a thing…but there are new rumors that claim it is true. This would be a next gen collection of the titles Rocksteady put out, Batman Arkham Asylum and Batman Arkham City, all bundled up and with better visuals. Just as all remastered collections would go and why not the Batman Arkham franchise here as there are so many doing the same thing? Read More...

Finally The Story Behind What Remains Of Edith Finch Begins
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 26th of May 2015 - 08:00 PM ]
The first trailer for What Remains Of Edith Finch has been released and shows off the main location for the game: The House Back at the PlayStation Experience What Remains Of Edith Finch was announced by Giant Sparrow and Santa Monica Studios. You may have missed it as it wasn't a huge deal back when it happened and there wasn't all too much to show and talk about outside of the new game coming to the PS4. Game announcements go like that mostly and What Remains Of Edith Finch has had little to nothing to show until now. Now being that we have a look at the first location for the game as the core mechanics of What Remains Of Edith Finch makes it difficult to show off much more without getting into gameplay demos and such. Let The People Know & Blood Flow For Mad Max's Savage Road
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 26th of May 2015 - 07:02 PM ]
There is a new Mad Max trailer that shows off a bit more on the game's story with hints of being linked to Mad Max: Fury Road By now I am sure most people have seen Mad Max: Fury Road and are familiar with the story of the Mad Max universe. Sure you could have had a nice filler from the original films and lore but now we can say everyone born after the 80's should know about Mad Max. Not that Avalanche Studios version of the game is directly linked but we can easily see how one influenced the other in the most recent story trailer for Mad Max. That being the film's new look and feel moving into the video game's look and feel. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 22nd of May 2015 - 11:00 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games Thus we wrap yet another week in video game news and updates. Nothing to insane outside of our first look at DOOM and a bit more proof that Fallout 4 is just around the corner. Just around the corner hopefully being E3 but this is the world of video games and we all know how that all works. It never works like we have planned or thought. If only we could all be Batman like is shown in the recent Arkham Knight videos and then we would all be able to know and see what is coming well in advance. Read More...

The VR Zombie Apocalypse Starts With Arizona Sunshine
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 22nd of May 2015 - 10:00 PM ]
Arizona Sunshine has been announced and is looking to bring us all into our first major zombie survival experience utilizing VR technology It had to come sometime and just like the inevitable zombie apocalypse we all are hoping for Arizona Sunshine is doing just that only in a virtual way. More virtual than any of the other zombie outbreak titles in the past as Arizona Sunshine is utilizing SteamVR on the HTC Vive. Yes it is going to be a PC zombie game where you will have to survive being in the mix of things and not safely on your couch. Well at least not AS safely on your couch as Arizona Sunshine is still a video game and not a true zombie outbreak. Read More...
