by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 22nd of October 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat The next DLC character for Mortal Kombat 11 is shown off with Rambo taking to the hunt for all of the Mortal Kombat characters out there Here we go with a look at the guest fighter coming to Mortal Kombat 11 here in the next Kombat Pack and update for the game. John Rambo is out there in the jungle doing what he does best and that is shooting and stabbing everything that is perceived as an enemy. That means that everyone is going to be shot and stabbed given how Mortal Kombat normally goes. Not that it is a knock or anything out there, but it is what is to be expected and what we get to see in the latest gameplay video we have. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 15th of October 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat New Mortal Kombat 11 gameplay is here to show off how Rain will be back in the Mortal Kombat fighting rings Here we go with some actual gameplay for the upcoming Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate edition and one of the new characters that will be flowing into the fights again. It is a character that has not been fully seen in the franchise for a while and with only a few cameos in the past. With the Son of Argus fighting his way in, it is nice to finally see what he will be adding into Mortal Kombat 11 when the update and DLC comes. Even if it feels like the Kombat Pack 2 feels like it might be light on the characters and such this time around. Read More...

Review — Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 5th of June 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat We sit down and review Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath. A new story expansion for Mortal Kombat 11 with other updates. Here is our review it all There have been a whole lot of updates and DLC for Mortal Kombat 11 so far since it first dropped on the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC. Most of which have been character add ons and then the normal tweaks that NetherRealm Studios has to do so they can keep the game balanced and accessible to all fans as things march forward. Most of the time, this is for the multiplayer aspect of the game and not for those that play for the story and lore. The team has done wonders to push that forward in the genre and franchise so far. Gather Up All Those Friendships For Mortal Kombat 11
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 18th of May 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat The klassic Mortal Kombat finishers are coming back for Mortal Kombat 11 and here is a montage of some of them We had news that Mortal Kombat 11 was going to get an update to add in a bunch of things that have been missing over the last few years. Most of which have been thing that have been left on the cutting room floor by NetherRealm Studios to keep the game a little more gritty instead of fun and silly. Sure, there is room in the Mortal Kombat for some of the funnier stuff but the recent titles have been focusing on the other stuff. Now on May 26th we are going to see many of those stages, stage fatalities, and Friendships back on the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC. Read More...

Forge A New History With Mortal Kombat 11: Afterlife
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 6th of May 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat The story of Mortal Kombat 11 is continuing with the Mortal Kombat 11: Afterlife expansion bringing back a whole lot of friendly things The story for Mortal Kombat 11 is not over it would seem, as we have a new expansion coming for the game to continue the story on a bit more. How much more, that is not fully explained by NetherRealm Studios here but given that we are looking at a $39.99 USD price tag it should be beefy. That would be the hope at least. Read More...

Comic Review — Injustice: Gods Among Us
by Julia Schoebel [ Tuesday, 31st of March 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Injustice Needing to give yourself a break from Netflix and Games for a minute? Try reading the Injustice: Gods Among Us comics The Injustice series was written by Tom Taylor and Brian Buccellato, and illustrated by a number of artists, including Jheremy Raapack, Mike S. Miller, Bruno Redondo, and Tom Derenick just to name a few. Though, most comics based on video games tend to be shameless sell-outs for cash, Injustice: Gods Among Us is well written and illustrated. It has defiantly been binge-worthy, there are plenty of issues to read as well. Read More...

Mortal Kombat Gameplay for Mortal Kombat 11’s version of Spawn is here and we have dates on when we can expect the Hellspawn to join the Mortal Kombat 11 roster The DLC that many of us have been waiting for when it comes to Mortal Kombat 11 is almost here. It could just be me, but I know Spawn is the one character I have been waiting for some time now to just come to the franchise and I was over the moon when it was announced he was finally coming. Now it looks like NetherRealm Studios is ready to give us the Hellspawn on March 24th. March 17th for those who picked up the Kombat Pack for Mortal Kombat 11 already on the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, or PC though. Read More...

Mortal Kombat 11’s Version Of Spawn May Have Been Revealed
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 31st of January 2020 - 08:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat Just before Spawn is to be shown off in Mortal Kombat 11, we have a slight look for the toy version of the character and how he will look in the Mortal Kombat universe There is still a whole lot of time before we are going to get the Spawn DLC in Mortal Kombat 11, but that does not mean we will not be able to see him before March. Not in any other form, but specifically the version of the character that might be NetherRealm Studios' take specifically for the fighting game. There is already a timeline for the first trailer we will see him in but I like to get the full view of the character instead of just from the torso up as the splash images for Mortal Kombat 11 have already shown. The Joker Is Here To Bring ‘Friendships’ Back To Mortal Kombat 11
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 16th of January 2020 - 06:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat The official trailer for The Joker in Mortal Kombat 11 is here and he brings a bit more to Mortal Kombat 11 than some of us may have thought We had a fun little tease of The Joker for Mortal Kombat 11 a little while back and now that he will be joining the game in the next DLC on January 28th it is time to have a solid look at the character. It is not like we have not seen The Joker a few times over from NetherRealm Studios, but here is a wholly new one to take in and with a whole slew of different combat tactics mixed in. I know I was hoping for a different DLC character here for this Mortal Kombat, but I will say this version of The Joker does look like he will be a bit of fun to play as we wait for the bigger character I am waiting for. Our First Real Look At The Joker For Mortal Kombat 11 Is Here
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 13th of December 2019 - 06:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat Have a little tease of the Joker for Mortal Kombat 11 just before the time when he will officially join the roster for Mortal Kombat 11 next year There was never any confusion on if the Joker was going to head over to Mortal Kombat 11 at some point as he has been part of the DLC list for a while now. Not many seemed to be overly thrilled about it, but it was one of the characters that it seemed NetherRealm Studios has been amped about for a while so he was included while others were left out. Now, fresh from The Game Awards, we have our first little tease of the character to take in. Read More...
