Mortal Kombat The next invasion in Mortal Kombat 1 is underway with the Mortal Kombat universe getting a nice dusting of snow and ice It is winter time and there is snowfall, so that means that we need to have all of that reflected in our games like Mortal Kombat 1. Just in time for us to have some snow days, get a copy of the game as a gift, and then carry it well into the new year. Read More...

Mortal Kombat The first guest fighter for Mortal Kombat 1 is flying in soon with Omni-Man entering the Mortal Kombat universe finally We all knew Omni-Man was coming to Mortal Kombat 1, and now we get to see just what that means. All to get us ready for the first of the DLC to drop in the game and for NetherRealm Studios to have another of the superhero IPs crossover again. Even if this would be a character that should be able to destroy pretty much every character in the Mortal Kombat universe with some level of ease. Mortal Kombat Mortal Kombat 1 is ready to show us all how Van Damme is going to look so we can bring Mortal Kombat full circle further It only took the team at NetherRealm Studios thirty years to get here, but here we are with Mortal Kombat 1 and Jean-Claude Van Damme actually being in the game. Not as a full fighter, sadly, but as a full skin for Johnny Cage in the game. This is nothing new for the announcement as it was let loose a while ago, but now we have some solid gameplay to see and hear how the actor will be in Mortal Kombat 1. Read More...

Mortal Kombat 1 Will Have Even More Blood Flowing In The Game Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 7th of September 2023 - 05:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat One more blast from the Mortal Kombat past is here to expand the roster of Mortal Kombat 1 just a bit more This seems to be a big week for vampires, as now we have the announcement that Nitara is coming in with Mortal Kombat 1 on September 19th. You read that correctly. NetherRealm Studios is dropping the Outworld Vampire into the fight from so long ago and with all manner of updates that we should be looking for. Although, at this point, it feels like they were just looking to remake Mortal Kombat: Deception for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC instead. I jest, but it does feel like the roster is mostly coming from that title and various others that were not all that well-received. Read More...

A nice little bit that could potentially hype us all up for what NetherRealm Studios is working on or spoil some of the game for us. To this, we are talking about having the opening cinematic for Mortal Kombat 1 that will lead us into the first main fight in the story. Read More...

What we did not know, and was shown off during Gamescom 2023, is that we are going to see more of the original power players of Mortal Kombat back in the mix and doing all manner of terrible things again. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 7th of August 2023 - 05:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat Three more fighters are here for Mortal Kombat 1 and we get one more Mortal Kombat deep cut for another Kameo fighter The fighters are coming out in droves for Mortal Kombat 1 with three more banished into the realm and one more showing up as the next hot Kameo spot. Most of them also some deep dives into the games from NetherRealm Studios that some fans might see these as new characters if they do not have their lore all the way up to date. There have been a massive amount of characters in the run for Mortal Kombat, so that makes sense. Now, though, we get to see as Reptile is back, along with Ashrah, Havik, and Sareena. Read More...

A new fighter for this entry but one that NetherRealm Studios has already given to us before. Here we go with Geras coming back from Mortal Kombat 11 to show more of what he is made of as well as make sure Lui Kang is keeping the peace as was dictated in some off-screen conversation. That is the long and short of what we have in the story here for this before the game hits the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC on September 19th. Read More...

More Characters Are In Our Blood Out Of SDCC For Mortal Kombat 1
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 25th of July 2023 - 05:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat More characters for Mortal Kombat 1 have been announced out of SDCC along with more guest characters coming in for Mortal Kombat 1 In general, SDCC does not feel like the place where new information for Mortal Kombat 1 would have been dropped out there, but gods did we have a massive drop of information out there this year. Quite a bit of stuff that feels like NetherRealm Studios would have given us if the more traditional video game conventions would have been happening, but had to wait until they could pack a room with fans. Not only that, but to make sure we were all excited for that September 19th release of Mortal Kombat 1 on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. Read More...
