The Game Awards Have Been Announced Because We Need Another One…
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 10th of November 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
Geoff Keighley has announced that it is time for The Game Awards show, another awards show just for video games I was thinking the other day "Why don't we have another awards show for video games?" Looks like someone was reading my mind as it looks like we have The Game Awards just announced by Geoff Keighley coming our way to celebrate the video game industry. If the VGX and other award shows of the past weren't proof enough that most gamers out there don't care for an awards show then I don't know what else will. Although to be honest after hearing a bit more on The Game Awards show some doubts could be put aside as it doesn't sound like one network's way to grab some quick cash using our beloved subculture. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 6th of November 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
Another look at Dragon Age: Inquisition as BioWare and EA show off just how all of your choices will/could have game changing consequences We're so close to having Dragon Age: Inquisition to experience and alter the game's world to our whims. That is what a good Dragon Age game is all about right? Being able to change and alter the game's world and narrative as some kind of overseeing god? Did you not know that was part of Dragon Age: Inquisition? I hope so as you are reading on the topic right now and would most likely be lost by now or by watching the below trailer showing off how all of you choices will affect Dragon Age: Inquisition. Check Out More Of The 150+ Characters Of LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 5th of November 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
A new developer diary and more characters are shown off for LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham in the latest video released for our amusement If you thought that the upcoming Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice was cramming in an obscene amount of characters then you just have not been keeping up with LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham. It really does seem the DC way now-a-days to cram as many of their IPs into one product and see which hits home with fans so they can then exploit that one. Then again it is no strange news that we are up there with TT Games' LEGO Batman 3 as that was kind of the goal without changing the game's title to be LEGO DC Universe or LEGO Justice League. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 4th of November 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
IGN has shown off the new trapper for Evolve named Abe and he has a couple of game breaking features I loathe needing to link out to other sites that are all about being paid support video games but that is the only way we are going to get any further Evolve updates now. Looks like IGN has locked that up but that won't stop us from bringing our look and opinion as now we have Abe the new Trapper for Evolve. Now we are up to three different Trappers and two of everything else as the Big Alpha wound down on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Glad that we all get to miss out on the new stuff for the click bait. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 4th of November 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
A new PS4, Xbox One, and PC exclusive feature for Grand Theft Auto V has been shown off and it is first person mode Grand Theft Auto V is coming to the 'next-gen' consoles and PC which is no big shocker to anyone who has not been without their phone or the internet. There were also a few exclusive updates for Grand Theft Auto V that will be coming to these versions of the game but they have been nothing that wasn't expected given the power offered from the newer systems. Luckily those were not the only perks to waiting for GTAV to hit this November as it looks like those hold outs are getting the chance to play the game in First Person mode. All because this is something that everyone wanted or something like that. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 4th of November 2014 - 06:00 PM ]
We have our first good glimpse at the story for Far Cry 4 and a few explanations why we are murdering up the mountain If you haven't been following along with much of Far Cry 4 outside of the fun looking game mechanics and killing that will take place in the game on November 18th then you might be a bit behind on why all said killing is going on. Yes it is well known that there is some guy named Pagan Min shitting all over Kyrat and all that jazz but why? Also why should we care is another great question to ask when digging into Far Cry 4. Have A Crisper Look At Resident Evil: Revelations 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 3rd of November 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
We have some new Resident Evil: Revelations 2 gameplay footage that shows off a bit more on the characters and enemies of the game We've had some early and odd looks at Resident Evil: Revelations 2 so far and if you are like me you want to see a bit more to be able to pass the proper judgment before shelling out the cash. While Resident Evil: Revelations 2 is set to be episodic in nature, there is nothing worse than getting partially involved only to see the game tank part way through. The only bonus is that you don't have to pay for the whole thing up front and can slowly pay for Resident Evil: Revelations 2 on the PS3, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, or PC as you wish. Read More...

Assassin's Creed Unity Is Playing With Time Travel
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 30th of October 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
A new Assassin's Creed Unity trailer has been released and it shows off what Ubisoft is calling 'time anomalies.' No, the above image isn't some new skin for Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare or something alike. It is from the most recent Assassin's Creed Unity trailer that you can see just a bit lower on the page. It looks like Ubisoft has decided to show off how their new 'time anomaly' system is going to shake up Assassin's Creed Unity when we actually get our hands on it. The only thing is this new feature looks to add quite a bit of time travel into the mix… Of course this has been no big deal in titles of the past. Read More...
