by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 4th of November 2014 - 06:00 PM ]
We have our first good glimpse at the story for Far Cry 4 and a few explanations why we are murdering up the mountain If you haven't been following along with much of Far Cry 4 outside of the fun looking game mechanics and killing that will take place in the game on November 18th then you might be a bit behind on why all said killing is going on. Yes it is well known that there is some guy named Pagan Min shitting all over Kyrat and all that jazz but why? Also why should we care is another great question to ask when digging into Far Cry 4. Have A Crisper Look At Resident Evil: Revelations 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 3rd of November 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
We have some new Resident Evil: Revelations 2 gameplay footage that shows off a bit more on the characters and enemies of the game We've had some early and odd looks at Resident Evil: Revelations 2 so far and if you are like me you want to see a bit more to be able to pass the proper judgment before shelling out the cash. While Resident Evil: Revelations 2 is set to be episodic in nature, there is nothing worse than getting partially involved only to see the game tank part way through. The only bonus is that you don't have to pay for the whole thing up front and can slowly pay for Resident Evil: Revelations 2 on the PS3, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, or PC as you wish. Read More...

Assassin's Creed Unity Is Playing With Time Travel
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 30th of October 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
A new Assassin's Creed Unity trailer has been released and it shows off what Ubisoft is calling 'time anomalies.' No, the above image isn't some new skin for Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare or something alike. It is from the most recent Assassin's Creed Unity trailer that you can see just a bit lower on the page. It looks like Ubisoft has decided to show off how their new 'time anomaly' system is going to shake up Assassin's Creed Unity when we actually get our hands on it. The only thing is this new feature looks to add quite a bit of time travel into the mix… Of course this has been no big deal in titles of the past. Read More...

Dying Light Is Now A Console Exclusive…A Next Gen Console Exclusive
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 29th of October 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
Dying Light will no longer be hitting the PS3 or Xbox 360 and it is too intensive for them to run the game If you were planning on picking up Dying Light on the PS3 or Xbox 360 this coming January you will need to reevaluate that life choice there. Techland and Warner Bros. are no longer bringing Dying Light to those consoles and making the game exclusive to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. This announcement came from Techland's Facebook page where there was a long explanation that boils down to that the older consoles just couldn't run the game and keep the amazing look and feel that the other systems could. Here's what Techland had to say directly about this update for Dying Light: Dear Gamers, As you probably know, we’re wrapping up the development of Dying Light, our biggest and most ambitious project to date. Time To See How Evolve Has Evolved Into What We Have Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 28th of October 2014 - 07:00 PM ]
Just before the big alpha for Evolve on Halloween we have a nice long look at how the game evolved from the minds of Turtle Rock Studios Only a few more days until we all get to hop into the big Evolve alpha on Halloween. That is of course if you aren't out scaring humans or helping the little ones hunt down tasty treats. I digress though as this is all news we've heard or seen before and what we have here is a good look at how Evolve has evolved into the game we will all be playing on our PS4s, Xbox Ones, and PCs this coming weekend. So let us see how many times we can run that pun into the ground… Just as he did for The Evil Within it looks like Adam Sessler is giving Evolve the same 'behind the scenes' treatment only with many more months to pump out all of the content. Hopefully by now you've had a chance to experience Outlast on the Xbox One, PS4, or PC by now. If not then you may not get the excitement. Read More...

The Black Glove Is Now Coming To The PS4
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 27th of October 2014 - 09:00 PM ]
A new trailer for The Black Glove and PS4 support has been announced from the former Irrational Games devs Looks like there has been another huge update to The Black Glove even though the Kickstarter campaign is still about $400,000 short of being funded. It looks like enough people have asked for it and The Black Glove is also slated for a PS4 release on top of the PC release already stated. Of course that is if they get funded or find some kind of outside funding if the campaign fails. I guess all of those people excited for The Black Glove better get funding the project or better get hoping that Day For Night Games can get the project complete without the high asking price.
