Review: #killallzombies
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 11th of November 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
We Sit Down And Review #killallzombies. How does this PS4 isometric shooter hold up? Does it use Twitch to its full extent? There are many developers out there trying to make something unique using zombies and Beatshapers is trying just that with #killallzombies. #killallzombies being an isometric shooter that ties into your personal Twitch or YouTube stream to allow others to not only watch but to interact with the game directly. It is a fast paced, zombie killing title but is it worth your time and money? Let me give you a break down in our review of #killallzombies. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 10/27/14 — 10/31/14
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 31st of October 2014 - 11:00 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games Happy Halloween and happy end of the week in video games news. It's time to get a butt load of candy, fatter, diabetes, and have some time to kick back and play some of our favorite video games of the horror theme. All of this is to lead into the next month where we get to do it all again. Of course this is mostly directed at all of those American readers here as most other countries don't have the same holidays and look at us as the degenerate freaks that we are. Even if it isn't proclaimed all over the internet in much of a public face. Read More...

Arena shooter #KillAllZombies is launching this week and we have some new gameplay footage to show for it You may remember a few months back when we first heard about #KillAllZombies. Yes? No? Either way it looks like Beatshapers is gearing up for the launch of #KillAllZombies on the PS4 here for tomorrow. That is at least for the North American region as the EU release date has still yet to be finalized or announced. Given the concept behind #KillAllZombies though that still won't lock them out of the fun of the game. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 24th of October 2014 - 11:00 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games I am glad this week in video games is over. Not for any particular reason outside of getting to play all those video games that we've been writing about and covering her eon the site. Even though the review for Styx: Master Of Shadows went live this week I see myself diving back in just for fun and trophy clean up. Need to get as many of those as I can before the PlayStation Experience hits and all. I want to be able to have a higher level to brag about while mixing it up with everyone else who will be attending. Read More...

A comparison video for the PS3 and PS4 versions of LittleBigPlanet 3 have been uploaded to help us choose the platform we will be buying it on LittleBigPlanet 3 is coming out for both the PS3 and PS4. This we should already know from the announcement of the game back at E3 and all the promo videos, gameplay, and all that jazz up until know. You've been under a rock if you missed all that. The big thing that hasn't really been shown off though is how different each version of the game is going to look or if Sumo Digital took their time to make the game equal all around. Read More...

Time To Meet LittleBigPlanet 3's Toggle
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 20th of October 2014 - 07:00 PM ]
New and fun details bout LittleBigPlanet 3's new character named Toggle have been handed out and we have them below To be honest I think we all got to meet this new character for LittleBigPlanet 3 back at E3. At least to some extent but for some that may not be enough. Seeing as Sumo Digital and Sony PlayStation have taken their time to get intricate with Toggle for the PS3 and PS4 release of LittleBigPlanet 3 it makes sense that they would want us to know he is more than just a ne character that can get big and small on command. Toggle is more than just a cog in the puzzle machine and has a personality full of all kinds of things. These personality traits for Toggle have been recently detailed on the UK PlayStation Blog and brought over here for your reading pleasure. Read More...

The Next Major Update For The PS4 Firmware Is Bring So Much More
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 17th of October 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
More features for the PS4's 2.0 firmware have been announced and detailed with more on the way It was mentioned and slightly detailed back at E3 but it looks like the 2.0 update to the PS4's firmware is about to be released and it looks like there is a lot more to it than we thought. Some of these updates have been something I was hoping to have on my PlayStation since its launch back in 2013 but it looks like Sony has finally had the time to get around to them. I know I have been waiting for the YouTube addition for some time now but it looks like as of now my want for Media streaming, outside of Music, is still amiss. You can read more about these updates on the PlayStation Blog but we have a nice break down with images here for you. Read More...

The first trailer for Powers, the PSN TV adaption of the comic book, was shown at NYCC and we have it here for you Powers, the show, was announced at E3 during Sony's huge press event and it was received with mixed feelings from all. There have been a few stills floating around as of late but the trailer shows just how Powers is going to run for all of those PlayStation Plus subscribers out there. A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games That was another fun week in catching all the news for the video games industry was it not? Have A Good Look At Lara Croft And The Temple Of Osiris
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 8th of October 2014 - 09:00 PM ]
A new developer diary for Lara Croft And The Temple Of Osiris has been released from Crystal Dynamics and Square Enix to better explain the game If you are still upset that Rise Of The Tomb Raider will only be hitting one console next year then let's have a good look at Lara Croft And The Temple Of Osiris as that is supposed to be the alternative set up for PS4 and PC players in the interim. While not exclusive to those platforms, Lara Croft And The Temple Of Osiris is coming to Xbox One too, it is something for all non-Xbox players to dig into and help fund other versions of Rise Of The Tomb Raider. I'm still not sure how that makes any economical bonuses but it is something that we are all going to have to live with. Read More...

With that we can expect to see a whole bunch of new video footage of the game as users trudge through to help From Software perfect Bloodborne for its February 6th 2015 release date. All Those Wonderful Toys Of The Order: 1886
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 23rd of September 2014 - 09:00 PM ]
A new developer diary for The Order: 1886 has been released from Ready At Dawn to show off all the cool weapons and gadgets for the game We've seen some the cool guns in action for The Order: 1886 in the past so it is high time that we see how they came to be. I'm not talking about in the real world during the design of The Order: 1886 but also during the core of the game from Nikola Tesla and others. That is just what we have in the following video from Ready At Dawn and it is quite an interesting watch if I do say so myself. I won't go into all the details here as that would defeat the purpose of watching the video below but it looks like most of the gear in The Order: 1886 is based on, closely and loosely, the real world state of affairs at the time.
