Observer Another new trailer for Observer has dropped and this one makes it know that Observer's story & gameplay will be led by a Cyberpunk legend Cyberpunk seems to be making a huge resurgence lately and Observer looks to be one of the titles that is helping all of this along. At least if it is all done well and Bloober Team delivers again on their horror skills. That and the upcoming Blade Runner 2049 doesn't sour a lot of people. Minecraft We sit down and review Minecraft: Story Mode — Hero In Residence. This is the first episode of Telltale's second take on Mojang's famed Minecraft franchise. Here's our review on how they did It's time to kick off yet another season for Minecraft: Story Mode as the first episode has dropped on the PS4, Xbox One, PC, and mobile devices with it coming soon to the Switch. All of this is something you should have known by now, but none the less Telltale Games is back at it trying to give us a great story set in the universe that Mojang has crafted that only has stories if we so define them. Agents Of Mayhem The latest squad for Agents Of Mayhem has been revealed and they come with all the lack of tact that Agents Of Mayhem should be bringing us all Since Agents Of Mayhem is launching so soon, August 15th still, it is time we rounded out all of those squads and characters that we will get to play here in a few weeks. Night Trap The release date for Night Trap, the 25th anniversary version, has been set and is bringing some extra Night Trap features never before played It's seems that the re-release of Night Trap only missed the initial release window by a short time, but now we know that if you are looking for the game on the PS4 and PC you can look toward August 15th now to get your hands on some of that sweat "retro" gaming action. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This was totally a recovery week in video games for us over here and the industry in whole. Two of the bigger cons for the industry have now wrapped and we have a few more off in the near future and here we site continuing the coverage out of both of those major events. That's not to say that is all we have to cover for video games as we did get to see a whole lot more for Hellblade this week as we head toward the release date for that, but of course there was still a lot from Call Of Duty, Wolfenstein II, and Marvel Vs Capcom fresh out of SDCC and there is still plenty more to come. The Tick While out at SDCC we had a chance to check out The Tick Takeover off-site event. Here's what we experienced for The Tick Takeover at SDCC 2017 Out at San Diego Comic Con there was a huge push for The Tick's new live action TV series and all the bells and whistles that go with that. It makes perfect sense given the source material coming from the pages of the comics, the convention in general, and the fact that Amazon would really want to push to get as many people looking at the new show as possible. That is of course why they took over a large portion of the off-site real estate out there and set up The Tick Takeover for fans new and old to come and experience what the show would be bringing and also give us all kind of a real world video game to play in the mix. Call Of Duty The Nazi Zombies mode for Call Of Duty: WWII was fully shown off at SDCC and a whole lot of new Call Of Duty: WWII information came with it Unless you've been hiding under a rock and skipped all of the Call Of Duty: WWII news from last week, then you most likely saw the officially announcement of the Nazi Zombies mode that will be coming to the game when it launches on November 3rd. The trailer was leaked and Sledgehammer Games asked everyone to wait for the official reveal. Marvel Vs Capcom New gameplay for Marvel Vs Capcom: Infinite was shown during SDCC as well as a new level for Marvel Vs Capcom and new fighters Not the biggest of surprises out of SDCC this year was another announcement for Marvel Vs Capcom: Infinite in terms of characters, levels, and Infinity Stones that we will get to use in the game. I say it wasn't much of a surprise given the fact that both Capcom and Marvel are well known to be at the convention every year and have such a strong presence that it would have been a letdown for there to be nothing. With Marvel Vs Capcom: Infinite still launching on September 19th for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One, they still have a way to go in terms of showing it all off so it would make perfect sense we'd see some new characters, levels, and stones here. The Evil Within A new bit of gameplay for The Evil Within 2 has been released as well as the pre-order bonuses for The Evil Within 2 to help us along It looks as if all of the teasing for The Evil Within 2 has been put off and now we are going to get some solid new looks at the game as we head toward October 13th here. At least for now as it looks like Bethesda has for us a new look at the work that Tango Gameworks has done with a new gameplay trailer. Well, in-game trailer as it doesn't look like much of the mechanics of The Evil Within 2 are being shown here but more of the general look and feel of some of the actions to be taken in the game. Spider-Man A new behind the scenes video for the next Spider-Man game has been released and it shows us more of the kind of Spider-Man we will get to play Another huge title that we are all anxiously waiting for is Spider-Man and after a great showing at E3 this year, it looks like there was a little more to be handed out but saved for D23. That is at least that Insomniac Games was able to show the world a bit more of the behind the scenes look of the game during that event and also dive into a little more of the story on where we are in the game. Marvel Vs Capcom Another character has been added to the Marvel Vs Capcom: Infinite roster and now Jedah is joining in the Marvel Vs Capcom: Infinite fun Here we go with yet another character added into Marvel Vs Capcom: Infinite straight out of EVO 2017. Not only that, but a lot of new gameplay for some other characters that Capcom has yet to give us; even in the demo that is currently out there. This means three more of the characters that Volition have been working on for this over-the-top title here. Some of which have been seen a little bit in the past for Agents Of Mayhem but more or less are just here to show off just a bit more of the twelve character cast we will have.
