by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 12th of June 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Spider-Man The next big Spider-Man story for the video game universe is now set down with the announcement of Spider-Man: Miles Morales for the PS5 It felt like it was almost a given that we were going to see this on the PS5, but it is official that Spider-Man: Miles Morales is on its way to the console around the same time as launch. Well, that and it is officially announced from Insomniac Games to be another expansion for the PS4 title in the same universe. So, do not think we have a sequel on our hands but more of an expansion to it all with the focus on the Miles Morales Spider-Man and not the core one we knew from that game. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 12th of June 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Resident Evil The next title in the Resident Evil franchise has been announced and the ever-rumored Resident Evil Village is going to be that title We can finally put most of those rumors to bed, as Resident Evil Village is officially announced and heading to the PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC in 2021. This would be the eighth full title, even if the numbering is a bit obfuscated, to come to the franchise from Capcom and now we can see what part of those rumors were true or false. Having been able to play a very early slice of Resident Evil Village a while back, I am glad to see what has made it into the game and what might have been left on the floor. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 11th of June 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Hellsinger A new rhythm-shooter, Metal: Hellsinger, is announced with Hellsinger mixing up the FPS and Rhythm genre to keep the blood pounding in our ears It is not like it has not been done before, but the rhythm genre and the FPS genre do not always seem like a go-to when thinking about a game, but here we are with the announcement for Metal: Hellsinger. This would be the next attempt at this style of game from The Outsiders and Funcom slated to hit the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC sometime next year. As the name kind of describes, Metal: Hellsinger is going to focus more on the heavy metal side of the music as we run ourselves through a hellish landscape slaying demons and devils to the beat of some amazing guitar licks and brutal screams. Godfall Will Ask Us To Ascend With A Nice Little Eclipse
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 10th of June 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Godfall A new teaser for Godfall has dropped to give off a very small bit more for the world of Godfall still yet to come There has been a huge lack of news for Godfall over the past few months with only minor bits being released here and there. Maybe this is because Counterplay Games is holding off for some big reveal here with a different show or maybe it is because Gearbox Publishing is trying to build some kind of hype with it all. No matter the case, there has been very little officially out there for Godfall and now we can add slightly more to it all. Slightly in terms of another thirty-second spot that gives us a look at a basic weapon in the game. Read More...

Here Is A Look At The Dead Island 2 That Is Yet To Be
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 8th of June 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Dead Island 2 A leaked version of Dead Island 2 made it out into the world and we can now see where Dead Island 2 could have been taking us in terms of gameplay To say that Dead Island 2 has had a rocky development would feel like an understatement at this point. More so as the last bit of news anyone had out there for the game was that Deep Silver was moving along to a third developer after being originally announced over five years ago at this point. It feels so weird as I fully remember going to media events and sitting through demos for Dead Island 2 so long ago, but at this point, there is no word on if it will ever hit the PS4, Xbox One, or PC. Well, maybe we can mark the PC part out of that given that we now have a leaked version of the game out on the web for some to play and post gameplay videos for. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 8th of June 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Iron Man A new behind the scenes video for Marvel’s Iron Man VR gives us a little more insight on how the team is making this Iron Man game fly Some of us out there have a burning desire to know how Marvel’s Iron Man VR is being built and a little more of the process the team went through to get the game to where it is. It will not be for everyone here, but Camouflaj is here to offer up more of that information and fun to keep us looking forward to July 3rd to finally get here. I know I am excited to become Iron Man on the PSVR when that rolls around, but it was also interesting to learn here that it almost never came to be as we see here. Read More...

Review — Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 5th of June 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat We sit down and review Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath. A new story expansion for Mortal Kombat 11 with other updates. Here is our review it all There have been a whole lot of updates and DLC for Mortal Kombat 11 so far since it first dropped on the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC. Most of which have been character add ons and then the normal tweaks that NetherRealm Studios has to do so they can keep the game balanced and accessible to all fans as things march forward. Most of the time, this is for the multiplayer aspect of the game and not for those that play for the story and lore. The team has done wonders to push that forward in the genre and franchise so far. There is no specific date as of yet from Rogue Factor for it all, but at least we have something to see and get ready for here. The Last Of Us The next developer diary for The Last Of Us Part II is out there and it shows more for the different factions and enemies added into The Last Of Us Just when we thought we were only going to be getting a TV spot this week for The Last Of Us Part II, we are back with the next developer diary for the game. Some of us forgot that Naughty Dog was going to be doing these all the way up to the launch on June 19th to give us a little more on what is going on in the game. This time around, it is a bit more on the world built for The Last Of Us Part II here and how it is still using many things from before but advancing as people would in these situations. Read More...
