I am sure we all remember back when Dead Island was first announced and the trailer that came with it. I am sure you do. Seems that Dead Island: Riptide is taking its turn at trying to hit you in the gut just like before. Below you can see the new CGI trailer for Riptide. While not an announcement trailer, as it has been announced already, it is the first promotional video showcasing the horrors that may lay in wait for us in the game. Read More...

by Matt Waitt [ Tuesday, 11th of September 2012 - 10:33 PM ]
There have been a couple games that seem to have fallen off the face of the earth due to huge triple-A title, half assed updates and leaky faucet info dumps. So I thought it would be a good idea to refresh your memory on some games that might have fallen off of your radar. First up we got what seems to be a love letter personally sent to me. Overstrike Is Now Fuse
by Matt Waitt [ Tuesday, 11th of September 2012 - 06:30 PM ]
Overstrike, a four player co-op game developed by Insomniac Games and Published by EA has had its name changed recently. Yep, Overstrike is now called Fuse, with a recently released teaser trailer that gives an extremely dark vibe over the funny, light hearted trailer released at last year's E3. I'm not too concerned with the darker trailer simply because it's a teaser. If it was a full length trailer that had eliminated all of the light stuff and was completely serious, then I would have had an issue. I guess I am just experiencing shooter fatigue because just about every FPS and Action game that has come out recently has been super serious. Read More...

Review: The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim - Hearthfire
by Irene Collazo [ Monday, 10th of September 2012 - 10:00 PM ]
I gave Skyrim's Hearthfire DLC approximately 25 hours of my life this past weekend. Considering all of the not-so-sure attitudes towards it, I gave it a try. Once I started my game I did a bit of running around Skyrim. Finally, an 80% naked courier approached me to propose a message from the Jarl of Farkreath stating that I could buy land in that area. There are a total of three plots of land you can purchase from Farkreath, Dawnstar, or Morthal. You can get all three if you would like. Read More...

With Comikaze Expo coming up here soon we can expect more about Deadpool to be coming to the public. So before that, let's go over a bit that has been released so far as well as a few more screens showing what Deadpool does best. Bring on the guns. Bring on the katanas. Bring on the best super power ever, Common Sense. So as is to be expected, the combat will blend a mix of sword and gun play. Just as the trailers and screens have implied, expect a spinning whirlwind of death and (bang) explosions. Read More...

Grand Theft Auto V New Screenshots
by Greg Tatterfield [ Thursday, 23rd of August 2012 - 05:19 PM ]
Rockstar has reveled some new screenshots for their next big crime epic Grand Theft Auto V. Very little is known about the game relating to story details and characters. What we do know though is the game takes place in Los Santos which is a fictional version of Los Angeles. If you all remember this was one city that was featured in 2004's San Andreas. Los Santos was also accompanied by fictional versions of San Francisco and Las Vegas though it is unknown at this point if they will be returning in Grand Theft Auto V. Rockstar has been keeping Grand Theft Auto V information scarce since the games announcement and has not even given a release date. Read More...
