Dead Rising 2 is only a few weeks out from launch. Wouldn't it be nice to have a solid feel for what is going into the game? With the new iteration of the Batman: Arkham [Insert Location Here] franchise, a new look will emerge.  The technology and graphics capability have been expanded on and it would be irresponsible for the developers over at Rocksteady to not utilize these changes. Even just textures and character models would generally be enough to satisfy the ever-expanding needs and wants of gamers. Team 17 has been busy lately. On the heels of their recent release of the Steam title, Alien Syndrome, Team 17 returns to its roots to bring us Worms Reloaded. Worms Reloaded will be released on the Steam platform, and from the looks of the video below, we are getting a revved up version of the 2D classic. Worms Reloaded will feature a number of new weapons, tactics and features, along with some classics like the Holy Hand Grenade and rope swinging. Looks like today is day for everything Fable 3. First pumping news and trailers, now we have information on pre-order content. Microsoft announced today the 'Fable 3 Villager Maker.' Players that pre-order the game will be able to build and import your own character into the game, along with some other interesting features. "Your custom in-game villager will deliver to your hero a thrilling new quest and 1,000 gold fortune, and then continue to interact with you on your journey to become ruler of Albion." Microsoft is boasting that there are more that 2,000 combinations players can take advantage of - including back story, personality traits, gender, clothing, accent, hair and geographic origin (where in the world of Albion your character came from). Peter Molyneux's popular title Fable 3 is being released in October. This week we got a full opening cinematic that would make Colonel Sanders giddy with excitement. Although the main character is created by the player, this cinematic follows the adventures of everyone's favorite feathered football, the chicken. Fable 3 takes place during an age of industry and we see a lot of that highlighted in this trailer. It has been only a little over a month after we first brought you our thoughts on Dead Space 2 from E3. So what new can we bring you about DS2 that we haven't already talked about? Well, actually getting to take the reins of the demo they showed in the back rooms at E3 for one. At E3 2009 Konami showed a trailer, for the first time, for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow. Needless to say, it took nearly everyone by surprised. A year later Konami showcased the game with a playable demo. I wasn't able to play the full length of the game but I still played long enough to talk about what I played. The demo started off in the rainy village, where Gabriel has come to find leads about the whereabouts of a powerful unnamed entity. Hidden in the back corner, deep within the confines of the EA booth was a small Church of Unitology. Within the church was a plethora of wooden pews with "hymn" books placed before them. So apparently, waiting was not on the agenda in the days prior to E3 opening.  What I mean by that is just the other day on Spike TV - they had their pre-E3 show where they showed a lot of the new trailers that previously, we would have had to wait until the actual show to see these trailers. You can also see the art at the bottom of this post. About a year and a half ago ago I bought the first Dead Space used in the bargain bin, looking to kill some time. I wasn't expecting to, but I personally really enjoyed the first Dead Space.
