Just like Microsoft's press event, EA had their event at a non-gamer time for those not living in Europe or night owls; 1 a.m. here on the west coast of North America. Just like the Microsoft event it should be no surprise that most of us gamers may have slept through or played through the huge event that EA put on at Gamescom in their booth. Luckily, like yesterday, we were able to get the event's full stream for all of us who were late to the game to catch up. Or at least see everything they had to offer outside of the trailers making the rounds already.
As and FYI for you before you dig into the hour and a half of video, it is not all sports games and The SIMS 4. In the mix here we get a really nice look at Dragon Age: Inquisition, a new CGI trailer for Titanfall, a bit on the updates for Star Wars: The Old Republic, and the confirmation of Shadow Realms. Yea, all those teases were for a new Online RPG for the PC from BioWare; as most of us had assumed already. Although I have to admit it looks downright awesome but nothing compared to what was shown for Battlefield: Hardline.
I'll stop ruining the fun for you though and let you dig into the EA conference for yourself. It is just another thing to keep the Gamescom fun rolling after the Metal gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain preview event that just ended. Why does it feel like there is so much more coming from Gamescom than E3? I mean seriously?
