We sit down and review Call Of Cthulhu. Another tabletop RPG is bringing its fun into the digital side. Here is our review of Call Of Cthulhu Horror games this year seemed to be few and far between when it came to Halloween this year, but thankfully we have Call Of Cthulhu to look for and possibly bring all of those thrills and chills for the holiday. Not only that, but also show off how much work Cyanide Studios put into bringing this tabletop game to life in a digital world. Something we have seen a few times in the past even if they did not pan out as well as we would all hope. Read More...

The special costumes for the Deluxe Edition of the Resident Evil 2 Remake are being shown off and one of them is an unused character from the original Resident Evil It looks like all of the wonder of what the Deluxe and Collector’s Edition costumes for Resident Evil 2 Remake will now be put to rest. It is not like it was some huge secret that Capcom was holding onto for the launch of the game as it is. We just now have a nice look at them in the Resident Evil 2 Remake with and without some of the extra filters we can run while playing the game. Read More...

A new rundown of features for Hitman 2 shows us how it has evolved the franchise to one of the best in Hitman history From what we have been shown and told so far from IO Interactive and Warner Bros., Hitman 2 is shaping up to be the height of perfection for the franchise to date. A lofty claim to make given where gaming is at the moment but it is most likely part of the hype train to get us all pre-ordering before November 13th. It could also be the fact that the team has put in a lot of work and added in some new features to give us all that perfect murder sim we have been waiting for. Nonetheless, it is the claim we have to examine here for Hitman 2 in the latest trailer for the game. Read More...

A new trailer for Fallout 76 is here to take us into more of the look and feel of the Fallout world with no new gameplay to go on By now you have had your taste of Fallout 76 and/or are looking for more. You may have also missed out on that whole B.E.T.A. thing too for whatever reason as well, but there is more from Bethesda for the game as we wait just a bit longer for November 14th to finally roll on in. Not too much longer and we can play a final-ish version of Fallout 76 on the PC, Xbox One, and PS4 and to help us hold over until that time…we have a new live action trailer for the game… Yes, a live-action trailer to get us hyped up for a video game instead of actual gameplay footage. Obviously you can have a look at this new video for Fallout 76 down below, but it does not hold all too much for us outside of trying to remind us that it is still coming. Read More...

The full list of PlayStation Classic titles have been set down now and you can see what PlayStation games you can play this holiday season Some of you may have been holding out to pre-order the PlayStation Classic before December 3rd here and that makes a bit of sense as we had so few titles actually announced for the system. There was the guarantee of twenty titles when it was announced in general and now we have the full list besides the five big titles Sony was trying to grab our attention with. They were some rather solid PlayStation titles, sure, but given how gamers are we need to see it all before we throw our cash. Read More...

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Such a busy week for video games but we already knew that was coming. Not on the true news and update side of things, but definitely on the release side as Red Dead Redemption 2 is finally here while everyone needs to choose between it and the many other games out there right now. Not to miss the fact that we have video games like Hitman 2 on its way soon and Call Of Cthulhu as well. Or titles like Pathfinder: Kingmaker out there and demanding attention as well. Read More...

The briefcase is back in for Hitman 2 and this time it offers up new things to help take down Hitman 2’s first elusive target It may seem like it was a no-brainer but Hitman 2 will be bringing the briefcase back into the mix. Not only that, but IO Interactive is offering a few more ways to use it in the game besides just dropping hardware out in the map for 47's use. That is still an option Hitman 2, of course, it just comes with a whole lot of other uses that a briefcase can be used for in the game. Things like distractions, having others smuggle items into locations for you, and beating someone into unconsciousness to leave a crime scene unnoticed. Read More...

A new flyby video for Just Cause 4 is here to show off the splendor of Just Cause 4’s world and 4K visuals in the mix I hope you have not seen too much of the world of Just Cause 4 as we have more to take in and in a new way here for the game. It really is starting to feel more and more like this is what Avalanche Studios wants to focus on instead of all of the chaos we can cause in the game's world, but I know I will take every little bit extra we can get for the game. More so as it looks like this is also the video that Square Enix is showing off for Just Cause 4 out at Paris Games Week on a nice and wide 4K screen. Something many of us may not have before December 4th to hook up to our PS4, Xbox One, and/or PC, but at least we have ways to look at it outside of all of that. Read More...

A new trailer for Call Of Cthulhu is here to give us all another deeper look at the madness Call Of Cthulhu will bring soon Can you feel the madness rising as we get ever so closer to the release of Call Of Cthulhu? Yes? No? It does not matter as we have a new trailer to look at for the game that shows off more of the insanity that Cyanide Studios has put in this version of the pen and paper game it is all based on. Not to say we have not had some great showing of all of this in the past from Focus Home Interactive, but who can turn down more Call Of Cthulhu without the worry of spoiling too much more of the game in general. That is always a concern when it comes to things like this but we only have to wait a few more days until it releases on October 30th. Read More...

Some of the first gameplay for Red Dead Redemption 2 is flowing out there just before launch and you can now spoil the opening to Red Dead Redemption 2 too There are only a few hours left, as of this original posting, before Red Dead Redemption 2 hits the PS4 and Xbox One for everyone out there. The reviews are starting to pour out there and so many other things to get us further amped for Rockstar Games' next title in the franchise here. As if we were not hyped up for Red Dead Redemption 2 already, here we go with some new gameplay to take in and get us ready for the adventure. Read More...

A new announcement for Layers Of Fear 2 is here as we finally get to see what a true sequel to Layers Of Fear will actually take on Not that I am surprised by this at all, but it looks like we are officially getting a Layers Of Fear 2 here in the not too distant future. Yes, it looks like Bloober Team is hopping back in the saddle with their horror IP and this time we have Gun Media guiding the way. Another team of people who know how to bring us horror in our video games. Not a bad duo to be on board for Layers Of Fear 2 here with the pun fully intended as you will get as you read further along. Read More...

The final release date for Jump Force has now been set and we get to see a new stage and two new characters for Jump Force As the headline here states, we now have a release date for Jump Force fresh out of Paris Games Week. The further good news for those looking to get into this new fighting game, Bandai Namco has opted to put in a time where there are no other games in its genre dropping and that would be February 15th. You know, right in the middle of all of those other larger games getting their releases too. I am sure there is a reason for it, but that is now when we can expect to be able to play Jump Force on our PS4, Xbox One, and/or PC. Read More...

We sit down and review Pathfinder: Kingmaker. Can they bring the tabletop RPG into a digital world? Here is our review of Pathfinder: Kingmaker It is not the first time, and most likely not the last, that a tabletop game like Pathfinder: Kingmaker has been optioned to head toward a video game side of things. Something that Owlcat Games went out of their way to get funded, started, and then published on the PC. From Kickstarter to landing Deep Silver publishing the game, we are finally at a place where we can play Pathfinder: Kingmaker all by ourselves and not need to schedule a full table to play. New technology is coming to GTFO that will allow for a virtual director to control the shots and angles of what is streamed while playing GTFO It is always nice to see emerging technologies coming out for video games and in general and now we have one more in the works with GTFO spearheading it when it releases. The game that is and not just the tech as it looks like 10 Chambers Collective is only the first to be using the new feature of the Unity engine with other soon to follow I am assuming. Especially after they see how a novice can make a pretty solid looking game match stream look in GTFO using the CineCast option in the game. Read More...

After a long stint in beta, Gwent: The Witcher Card Game is now officially released and everyone can enjoy the final form of Gwent on their PC The time has come and now Gwent: The Witcher Card Game is officially launching out there on the PC and will be in beta no more. It is hard to think that it has been in this situation for so long, but it looks like CD Projekt RED has found their game to be ready for the free market out there. Even after so many professional Gwent events that have been run while still in its beta form. I will not knock it, but it seems a bit odd in general. Read More...
