From Fort Tarsis To The Hidden Depths Of Anthem
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 17th of January 2019 - 10:00 PM ]
Anthem More footage for Anthem is out there again, with a little bit of all the different gameplay we can expect in Anthem at launch The month of Anthem is still rolling out there as we fly toward the February 22nd release date and now we have a look at something other than shooting things with weird energy. That has been most of what BioWare has shown us since the game we first announced and I am sure that EA had something to do with that, but now we have a look at more for the game than just that. We do have more of the shooting and blowing things up we can expect in Anthem, but we also have a look at how the dialog will play out and how we will have some impact on it all as we go. Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week There we go with another week of video games in the bag. There was sure a whole hells of a lot for Metro Exodus this week huh? Not to be outshined by Resident Evil 2 or Anthem but it sure took the highlight quite often. All during CES week at that something that should have had more for us and our video games, but seemed to be a bit on the lighter side for those not looking for a new screen or expensive PC parts. That is at least my hot and fast takeaway on that. Read More...

Intercept The Storm With The Javelins Of Anthem
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of January 2019 - 06:00 PM ]
Anthem Two new videos for Anthem are out there detailing two of the main javelins in Anthem with some different loadouts Earlier in the week we saw how good Anthem could potentially look if you are willing to buy all the latest and greatest hardware out there. It is what they seem to be pushing out at CES this year more than anything. That does not always sell games though so we are back with more from BioWare for the game so we can at least see how it could play in our hands. February 22nd is getting ever closer and I know I want to see how each of the javelins in Anthem will handle or differ. Read More...

New Gameplay Shows Off How Amazing Anthem Could Look
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 7th of January 2019 - 08:00 PM ]
Anthem During the NVIDIA CES 2019 keynote, new Anthem gameplay was revealed that shows just how good Anthem could look if you are willing to go PC CES 2019 has kicked off and that means we will start seeing all kinds of videos and trailers showing off the new tech coming just as we have here for Anthem. We have a new bit of gameplay to look at here but the bigger news here is that DLSS is coming to the PC version of the game for those who use an NVIDIA card to drive their games. I am sure that EA would like you to remember that Anthem is coming and that you should pre-order it now, but that would outshine the news that you can get it bundled in with your new GeForce RTX graphics card, laptops, or PCs. Anthem Will Let You Tell Your Story In Their World
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 3rd of September 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Anthem Two new concepts for Anthem have been shown off in terms of story choices in the world of Anthem as you play out the designed story New gameplay for Anthem is here and this new bit shows off the two new elements of the game that BioWare is working hard on to expand the game further than a space-age shooter. In their true manner, it looks like we are going to be able to craft our own story in the game now and expand out their world. This is at least as it sounds here even though it more or less equates to Anthem having a branching narrative with our choices have consequences along the way. Read More...

The Only Good Bug Is A Dead Bug In The Anthem E3 Demo
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 6th of July 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Anthem The E3 demo for Anthem has made its way online for us all to see and dig into, as there may have been things in Anthem you missed before This year at E3, Anthem was one of the larger titles many were talking about and getting hyped up for even with as little as there had been before the show started. It is always weird to see a whole lot of hype build up with such little information before, but this is another BioWare title so I guess fans will be fans. That all said, EA had Anthem down around the show for fans to try to get some hands-on time with or just see what they were getting all hyped up about. Read More...
