Metro
A new breakdown for the weapons of Metro Exodus is here as well as a slight look at just how the crafting of them will work in Metro Exodus
The fun weapons have always been a staple of this franchise and it is more the case here in Metro Exodus. At least as I have seen it in the past but also in the latest breakdown that we have out of 4A Games to show off the distinct types of weapons that we will have at the base and just how they will evolve through the game. We are looking at a post-apocalyptic world here so not all the weapons we know will be readily available and some need to be crafted. Just as we will get to do in Metro Exodus when we kick the game off. You see how we are doing all of this today? Sure you do.
Anyways, we have a new video for Metro Exodus that dives right into the weapons we will get to handle in the game. They all get to start off with some form of a base unit and then the crafting system will allow us to modify and alter as we need to. Given that Artyom will have the "workbench" all the time in his backpack, we should be able to have something to fit our play style as well as the location as needed. You can see it all get a bit more broken down in the video, but Metro Exodus will more or less have pistols, shotguns, rifles, and a few "special" weapons to work with. At least as the base models go for the game.
Metro Exodus — Weapons
Packed with brand new footage and stunning tear-downs of the iconic hand-made guns of post-apocalyptic Russia, this trailer reveals the devastating arsenal of weapons used by Artyom and his band of Spartans as they journey across Russia.
How are you liking the options you can have for your weapons in Metro Exodus? Do you like having the few base models with all of the modifications truly changing things up? Do you like having the option to change on the fly or would you have preferred to have a dedicated location to craft and modify? Let us all know down in the comments and then feel free to discuss. As more for Metro Exodus comes out, we will have it here. With the game still launching on February 15th, I would expect to see a whole lot more in the coming days.
