Head Into Cyberspace With The Are Of Gore For System Shock
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 14th of September 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
System Shock Two new looks at the upcoming System Shock remake have joined the list to show off a few more aspects of System Shock getting revamped We are finally back with more for System Shock’s Remake here to take in and this time we are heading into Cyberspace. Technically we are already there based on how we are reading this, but this will be the new version of it all that Nightdive Studios is dropping into the game for us to fly around in. That is how it feels here with the new gameplay where we will be shooting down all of those bugs and viruses in the space to do what we have to do. Something that also feels like it is more in line with the look of the original System Shock than the rest of this remake, and I know I will take it and love it for now. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of September 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Prince Of Persia The Prince Of Persia is coming back again with the announcement of the Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time next year The rumors look like they were true and we are officially getting a Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time Remake for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC on January 21st. Sure, it was being talked about that Ubisoft was working on a remaster instead, but it looks like it will be a full remake of the game instead. Something that could be good given how long-ago Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time came out but a hefty task to undertake to get it right. Read More...

Final Fantasy The final trailer for Final Fantasy VII Remake is here as players can start to pre-load Final Fantasy VII Remake for the big day We are a week out from Final Fantasy VII Remake hitting the PS4 and now we have the final trailer they are going to officially drop for it all before then. That would be the assumption as this latest one offers up a whole lot of minor spoilers for the game. Something that is a bit shocking from Square Enix to do when they asked everyone to not share spoilers if they received the game early. Read More...

Final Fantasy VII Remake’s Combat Is Going To Feel New But Also Nostalgic
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 1st of April 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy The next developer diary for Final Fantasy VII Remake is here to show us how the combat and action has evolved since the first outing for Final Fantasy VII Here we go with another, and most likely one of the last, developer diary for Final Fantasy VII Remake and this one is all about the combat and action in the game. This is something that has been a hot topic since Square Enix first let people outside the company play the game. Many will remember the original Final Fantasy VII used a turn-based and command-based system, which not exactly what we are all going to get here on April 10th when it hits the PS4. Read More...

Resident Evil 3’s Is More On The Forefront & Heading To Resistance Too
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 27th of March 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Resident Evil The latest trailer for Resident Evil 3 is here to show off a bit more of Jill and give us a look at her join Resident Evil Resistance at a later date We all know that Resident Evil 3 is going to feature Jill in the forefront and how she will be surviving the events of the game. We are, at least, assuming she is going to survive as she is one of the protagonists and Capcom has already set her up in the story cannon as surviving to other games. They could just be slowly doing a reboot to the whole story with these things given that they are rewriting things in Resident Evil 3 to make the story of this title better than before. I highly doubt that will be changed, but could you imagine if they did and the rest of the titles are getting remade in secret? Read More...

Final Fantasy VII Remake Is Almost Here & Here’s A Bit On How It Was Made
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 16th of March 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy The first of the behind the scenes videos for Final Fantasy VII Remake is here to take us into just how this Final Fantasy title came to be It has been a long and hard road, it seems, to get to the point where we are for the Final Fantasy VII Remake. Something that started out as a project Square Enix said would never happen and now we are just under a month out from the first part of it all hitting us. The first big Midgar part for those fans of the original version and a much larger event than newer fans have seen in the recent demo. Given that it takes a whole lot of work and thought to do what they are doing for Final Fantasy VII here, it is time to look back on just how it all came to be and what the team has reimagined for it all. Resident Evil 3 Is Getting A Demo This Week For Added Fears
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 16th of March 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Resident Evil A demo is coming for Resident Evil 3 this week to give us all a small taste of this new Resident Evil just before it fully launches in under a month The long-rumored demo for Resident Evil 3 is going to be a thing and it will be said thing this week (March 19th). Yes, it looks like Capcom is stepping up to give us all a bit more entertainment to take in with all of the worries of an outbreak and pandemic out there. What better way to pass the time than sitting around and trying to survive a virtual one but with zombies instead of a flu-like virus? All vastly different things are needed to survive here than in the real world and such. Read More...

Resident Evil 3 Looks Vastly Improved Over The 1999 Version
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 6th of March 2020 - 10:00 PM ]
Resident Evil A new comparison for Resident Evil 3 is here to give a better feel for how Resident Evil 3 has changed over the last twenty years Earlier in the week, we had a good look at some actual gameplay from the upcoming Resident Evil 3. April 3rd cannot get here fast enough for me on this one. That is why I am glad to see that we have a bit more gameplay to take in and enjoy from Capcom. More so when we get to see how the new version of the game will compare to the original Resident Evil 3: Nemesis from over twenty years ago. Read More...

Take A Stroll Around Raccoon City In New Gameplay For Resident Evil 3
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 4th of March 2020 - 10:00 PM ]
Resident Evil A new Resident Evil 3 gameplay stream has taken place to give us all a better look at how some of the basic Resident Evil 3 gameplay will flow The teasing of gameplay for Resident Evil 3 is mostly over, as we had the chance to actually see some of the game in motion here today. Well, almost anyone out there that had a chance to check in on the stream that Capcom held today had the same chance. That does not mean that we are not going to take a look at it all again and show it off to more of the Resident Evil fans out there that may have missed it. More so as they took great care to not show off anything that would truly spoil the game before it launches on April 3rd for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Read More...

Summon More Of The Cuteness Into Final Fantasy VII Remake
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 19th of February 2020 - 06:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy The DLC summons for Final Fantasy VII Remake have a new look to take in and see how they will further add to the Final Fantasy VII experience Unless you have not been on the internet recently, we have seen a few images of the summons that are coming to Final Fantasy VII Remake. Some of them are the core ones that we all know and love and others are summons that Square Enix has crafted for us to entice us to pre-order the game. All of which will most likely be DLC at a later date, but there are three that can only be picked up if you pre-order Final Fantasy VII Remake and buy specific versions of the game. All of which on the PS4 and, thankfully, not limited to a specific store. Read More...

Final Fantasy The opening cinematic for Final Fantasy VII Remake has been released for us to enjoy and relive Final Fantasy VII in all the ways we need Even though Final Fantasy VII Remake should have been launching in a few weeks and we still need to wait until April 10th still, we have a new look at another big moment from the game today. That is, it looks like Square Enix has given us a look at the opening cinematic for the game to look at and relive those moments from when we first dropped the first disc into our PlayStation so long ago now. Final Fantasy VII Remake’s Theme Song Comes Along With New Footage
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 31st of January 2020 - 06:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy The music for Final Fantasy VII Remake is unveiled a bit here and we get a solid look at more characters coming back in this version of Final Fantasy VII Given the name we have for the Final Fantasy VII Remake, it would make sense that we would be getting some new songs and some updates to the older ones. You know, all the way to make it all fit the new look and feel and also the state of video games right now. It would be cool to be able to replay with some of the classic music instead, as an option, but I have a feeling that would ruin some of the scenes and tone that Square Enix is going for in the game.
