So being as the VGAs have kind of moved away from being an awards show and are now just another way to sell ad space for gaming companies, you would think they would try to do something to bring gamers' interest back. Am I right? I mean you had the Brütal Legend hour-long ad when Jack Black hosted in 2008. World of Warcraft Breaks Record Sales...Again

Looks like Blizzard did it again. World of Warcraft: Cataclysm, the latest expansion in the World of Warcraft series sold 3.3 million copies in the first 24 hours of its release. Ghost Busters Heading Even Deeper Into A Sanctum Of Slime

Last Week we brought you the first look at the new Ghost Busters game that is being produced for spring 2011. Let's just say they were a bit unimpressive. In fact mixed with the news that none of the original cast where attached to the project, there is a lot of doubt cast on Sanctum Of Slime. Another God Fighting In Mortal Kombat

I thought it was called Mortal Kombat because it was suppose to be mortals fighting other mortals for the pleasure of the higher beings all in an attempt to save their worlds/universes/whatever. Shocking News! Thor's Film Actors To Voice Thor Video Game

This just in! The guys who are playing Thor (Chris Hemsworth) and Loki (Tom Hilddleston) are going to be voicing the characters in the game too. For those of you who haven't experienced it, imagine having a Christmas celebration at your place, except you're expected to buy all the presents (even the ones other people are giving each other), do all the cleaning, cook the entire meal, provide entertainment, make drinks and at the end – serve pie.* During the last few weeks prior to my wedding, both my fiancée (now wife, obviously) and I were both working full time and trying to tie up last minute details – of which there were many. Ghostbusters Heading Into A Sanctum Of Slime

With Ghostbusters: The Videogame selling over a million copies, it looks like Atari decided to milk our childhoods for more money by having Wanako Studios, a studio owned by the makers of Naughty Bear, slop together another game in the franchise. From these preliminary views, Ghostbusters: Sanctum of Slime is going to play just like Alien Breed or Dead Nation with a coat of Ghostbusters paint on it. A 3/4 view running around an area aiming proton beams to wrangle up all the unsavory specters. Maybe they will include the purple slime from the second film in some way. Read More...
