February 2nd at least for all of those PS4 owners out there as the Xbox One and PC gamers need to wait another month, most likely, to get their taste of where Treyarch is taking the zombie story line. Homefront An online co-op mode for Homefront: The Revolution has been shown off and the first details of Homefront's new missions based co-op mode have also surfaced with it Our first look at Homefront: The Revolution's online co-op mode called "Resistance Mode" has finally come. It isn't a huge shock that Dambuster Studios was going to add a multiplayer mode into Homefront here but now we have a nice little look at how some of the 12 missions for the game will play out. That of course being 12 missions just for the online co-op as the full version of Homefront: The Revolution hitting the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on May 17th is slated to hold a massive 30 hours of solo gameplay to be enjoyed. Umbrella Corps New information for Umbrella Corps has been released and it details a solo mode for Umbrella Corps as well as a few RE4 and RE5 inspired locations to fight in So far Umbrella Corps has had the focus placed on the multiplayer aspect of the game. It has all been a lot of "What would Resident Evil have been like from the side of the trained military group from Umbrella and other corporation vying over the bio-weapons" kind of thing so far. Well it looks like Capcom isn't going to have only that kind of gameplay in Umbrella Corps when it lands in May for the PS4 and PC. Final Fantasy XV In preparation for Final Fantasy XV's next Active Time Report this Saturday we have a few new screenshots for Final Fantasy XV to show off what will be covered More teases for Final Fantasy XV have come out and in this case it is a tease for the upcoming Active Time Report this Saturday where Square Enix will have the developers talk about a few unknown things about the game. That happens at 8pm PST for those looking forward to that but the real tease here for Final Fantasy XV is a nice little look at the magic and stealth mechanics that we will get to fumble around with when the full game lands. Mighty No. 9 Another delay has hit for Mighty No. 9 due to matchmaking in the game so now Mighty No. 9 will be out sometime this Spring if all goes well Hopefully you were not holding your breath for Mighty No. 9 to hit on February 9th as it was originally planned. It looks like comcept needs to push the release date back yet again and this time there is nothing more than a hopeful Spring 2016 release window for Mighty No. 9. The Division A new live action series for The Division has been released and helps gives some insight on what is going on in the world of The Division outside of society falling and murder The Division has its big beta coming up here at the end of the month but for those unlucky enough to not get in on it they may be stuck waiting around until March 8th to experience the game's world on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Well that is if they so choose to skip the latest live action series that Ubisoft has put together for everyone to show off The Division's story and world that has been crafted. The Division The dates for The Division's beta test has been revealed and we all will soon be having a taste of what The Division has to offer us all We finally have a date for the beta test for The Division and it is only a little over a week away. Of course it is closer for those who pre-ordered the game on Xbox One but Ubisoft is only given them a slight head start in terms of a day. That day of course being January 28th for those users. Hitman The Hitman collector's edition has been shown off and now we can see all of those fun Hitman extras that will keep us between episodes Right on the heels of the announcement that Hitman is going to be an episodic title we have a look at the collector's edition of the game. If I didn't know better I'd guess that Io Interactive and/or Square Enix were trying to divert away from the episodic announcement for Hitman with something awesome to get on March 11th but that is how it seems. Hitman The announcement that Hitman has now become and episodic title has been made but the good news is that Hitman's release date is still set for the first 'episode' Let the groans begin as Hitman has now become a fully episodic title as the structure is changed yet again. At least Io Interactive didn't delay the game again right? It is still slated for a March 11th release date for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC but instead of getting the full Hitman game we will only be getting the Prologue mission and the Paris location to play around with and then each of the remain five areas as we progress further into the year. Homefront A new gameplay trailer for Homefront: The Revolution has been released to show off the world of Homefront more as well as confirms the release date that was rumored before It looks like the Homefront: The Revolution release date that was "leaked" last week has now been confirmed with the latest trailer for the game from Dambuster Studios. Oculus While at CES 2016 I was able to play with the Oculus Rift & Oculus Touch in a more intimate setting than just a video. Here's my take on the Oculus Rift & Oculus Touch Obviously one of the big items around CES 2016 was the Oculus Rift; especially since it went up for pre-order and all of the new details cropped up just at the beginning of the show. That of course led to a whole lot of debate on if the Oculus Rift was going to be worth the $600 price tag out the door or if it was going to be another overpriced gizmo with a lot of buyer's remorse. This led me to take over the job of checking out the hardware of the Oculus Rift and Oculus Touch controllers to see if the price point made sense for where the system is now or if, like I said, it was something that could be left behind. Rush Of Blood While At CES I Was Able To See Until Dawn: Rush Of Blood In A More Intimate Setting Than Just The Trailer. Here's My Take On Until Dawn: Rush Of Blood It was only announced a few months ago but Until Dawn: Rush Of Blood was one of the huge titles on display at CES 2016 in Sony's VR section of their booth. PlayStation didn't have a huge section this year but this Supermassive Games spin off from the main title was one of the bigger things for the PS4 and PlayStation VR here. Lines were up to an hour and a half long to play the ten minute demo of Until Dawn: Rush Of Blood and I braved it just for you so I could let you know how the game is shaping up for all of us. Garden Warfare 2 The open beta for Plants Vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 kicks off next week for the console players and it will give us all a nice look at Garden Warfare 2's new Heroes and much more If February 23rd is too far off for you to play Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 then you can try to get in on the ground floor of the game as PopCap Games is bringing us all a multiplayer beta next week. In fact it will be running from the 14th to the 18th of next week as long as you are looking to play Garden Warfare 2 on your PS4 and/or Xbox One. All of you PC players will have to wait it out longer but at least you won't have to experience all of the bugs that may still be in Garden Warfare 2 on the software side or the server side.
