Street Fighter V A new Street Fighter V teaser shows that Akuma will be joining the ranks during the Street Fighter V championships at PSX It looks like the wait is going to be over soon for a character I know a lot of people have wanted to see join the ranks of Street Fighter V. It looks like Akuma is well on the way to be the next DLC character to show up in the game. While there isn't much to go on for now, Capcom is revealing everything at this year's PSX, we do have a new teaser video for Street Fighter V that shows off the fact he is coming. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site And with that, we end another week in video games and it has been yet another one that has been all over the place. We had more updates on Resident Evil 7 and Final Fantasy XV as well as a plethora of new information for Watch Dogs 2 and Dishonored 2. And those were only the triple A video games that we had to cover here as we saw both Project Wight and Maize get some announcements into the mix. Tomb Raider We sit down and review Rise Of The Tomb Raider. It has finally made it over to the PS4 with all its DLC. Here's our review of Rise Of The Tomb Raider It's been a year and a bunch of DLC packs since Rise Of The Tomb Raider launched on the Xbox One and then the PC. Now we have the game here on the PS4 with all of its DLC and upgrades that have been applied over that year in the form of Crystal Dynamics' definitive edition as it were. It may not have that title but with everything packaged here it surely feels that way. The Game Awards The date for The Game Awards is final and it looks like we'll be able to watch The Game Awards in a new way this year; in VR The date is set for The Game Awards as we will be able to see this event fire off yet again and this time on December 1st. Hopefully by now you are aware of what this award show is all about and we'll give you a quick rundown just in case. This is the awards show set up by Geoff Keighly to do what the name suggests. Batman We sit down and review Batman: The Telltale Series — New World Order. This is the third episode of Telltale's take on the Batman franchise. Here's our review on how they did So far each episode of Batman: The Telltale Series has been something insane and exciting. At least the first two have been and now here we have the third episode in the mix. Usually at this point in a season we are in for something truly over the top from Telltale Games in terms of the story. Last Year A new update for Last Year has been put out there and it shows off some new gameplay for Last Year as well as one of the killer's abilities in the game If we hop back in the "Way Back Machine" again you might remember a title we found called Last Year. This was back in December of 2014 for those who don't remember and it seemed to have a lot of similarities between it and the official Friday The 13th game that we are looking forward to. In fact, back then it was a hot topic between all parties given the similarities but none the less Last Year was still in the works after all of the dust had settled. Resident Evil 7 The next two Resident Evil 7 teasers are here and they show us just some of the puzzles Resident Evil 7 will have in store for us The next two video clips for Resident Evil 7 are here and they are just as cryptic as the puzzles they are showing off. Well at least one of them is as it shows off what looks to be a puzzle Capcom has for us in the game to solve and the other more or less just shows us that things can be hidden almost anywhere in the game. They may not be the most intense videos for Resident Evil 7 to date but they do highlight one of the franchise's core mechanics to get around the game's world or to find some amazing items to help you live just a bit longer. Final Fantasy XV Even more details for Final Fantasy XV have been revealed and this time we get to see how Final Fantasy XV's magic will work as well as traveling It looks like in all of the excitement of last week's Final Fantasy XV gold announcement that a few things fell through the crack and are just now being picked up. Yes, Square Enix giving us the final date for the game was amazing and so was the new CG trailer for it all but it looks like there were other details on the magic system, nighttime monsters, and travel in the game that were also revealed. Final Fantasy XV It looks like Final Fantasy XV has gone gold and we get a new trailer for Final Fantasy XV as well as some intel on the upcoming DLC The news has finally come and Final Fantasy XV is now 100% set to release on November 29th for the PS4 and Xbox One. No more delays and Square Enix has given us the solid date now so the long wait is almost over. A few more weeks and we all will have Final Fantasy XV in our hands and see just how the game has truly evolved over the incredibly long development cycle that took it from Versus XIII to where we are now. Let the excitement start to flow in the streets…maybe that was a poor choice of words… To celebrate the announcement of the gold status, we have been given a few things to help ease the waiting period. Evolve We've seen Evolve become something amazing but it looks like Evolve will no longer be changing and evolving as future development ceases If you thought that Evolve going free-to-play was an amazing thing and was going to bolster the player base back up to launch day proportions then you were…apparently wrong. At least that seems to be the case here as 2K Games has taken ownership of the game and Turtle Rock Studios will no longer be updating or tweaking the game from now on. This may or may not change in the future but as of now Evolve is stuck at Stage 2 and most possibilities of updates and Stage 2 coming to the PS4 and Xbox One are all on the back burners now. Final Fantasy XV Details and gameplay for Final Fantasy XV's moogles have been released and now we can see how they will aid in Final Fantasy XV's battles If you've been following along with Final Fantasy XV's Moogle campaign you would know that there was a reveal coming for the cute little things in the game. It looks like whatever number Square Enix was trying to get to with the followers, RTs, and everything has been met and now we get to see just how Moogles will be affecting things in the game. Sadly it doesn't mean we are going to get a fully playable Moogle character in Final Fantasy XV but they do look to have some great bonuses mixed in even if they are nothing more than a stuffed animal here.
