There was a whole lot going on this week and we are still right in the middle of the major review season. Final Fantasy XV More screenshots for Final Fantasy XV have been released and we get to see more summons and characters for Final Fantasy XV just before launch The days are counting down faster and faster until we will get to play Final Fantasy XV on our PS4 and/or Xbox One and it looks like we are still getting more and more for the game before launch. Some may say that Square Enix is showing off too much of the game before November 29th but I personally see it as a testament to how large the game will be in the end. Or just how little we've actually seen of Final Fantasy XV leading up to now and that we've been mostly seeing recycled footage and images up until now. Read More...

Space Hulk A new gameplay video for Space Hulk: Deathwing has released and it shows off about 17 minutes of unedited Space Hulk: Deathwing solo campaign gameplay Up to now we've seen a lot of gameplay for Space Hulk: Deathwing and given that the game is hitting the PC on December 9th it would make sense that we wouldn't see much more until after that date. We would all be wrong though as it looks like Streum On Studio and Focus Home Interactive have opted to give us a nice long bit of gameplay to look at. In fact, we have a nice long seventeen minute video of the solo campaign of Space Hulk: Deathwing that has been left in its raw form without all of the usual clean up to make the game look amazing. The Game Awards The official list of nominated games for The Game Awards 2016 has been released as well as which categories fans of The Game Awards can vote in As December 1st gets closer we also get a bit closer to The Game Awards showing off. This also means that now that we are even closer that we have a full list of the titles, developers, voice actors, and everything else up for an award during this event. That's right, we now have a list of the nominated for The Game Awards and not just the ones being selected by the super-secret panel of judges but also a few that we the gamers can have a say in. Marvel New documents point to that Marvel and Telltale collaboration to be bringing Marvel's Guardians Of The Galaxy to a system near you in 2017 If you put on your "way back" hat you may remember the announcement that Marvel and Telltale Games were going to be working together to bring us a new story set in the massive universe they have to play in. Nothing was set in stone or defined out at that time outside of the plan to bring whatever title the two were working on to market in 2017. That year is closely approaching and we still have not heard which Marvel IP this could be revolving around or any real update to it all. Read More...

Watch Dogs 2 We sit down and review Watch Dogs 2. It's a sequel that has a lot to hack up to on its own. Here's our review of Watch Dogs 2 The wait is almost over and the hype levels for Watch Dogs 2 have been hitting an all-time high as we get ever closer to November the 15th and we can see the game launch on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The first Watch Dogs, for me, was an amazing game and I was excited to see that Ubisoft was keeping to making this a whole new franchise. Drawn To Death The launch date for Drawn To Death is still out in the æther but we have a list of what will come to Drawn To Death at launch Hopefully by now you've had a chance to give Drawn To Death a play through the Limited Access that took place a little while back or at the many different conventions it has been on display at. It's been going through a great evolution since the F2P battle arena game first was shown on the PS4 back at the first PSX but it looks like Bartlet Jones took all the feedback as they promised too and have crafted the game more and more to what we all wanted to see. Final Fantasy XV A bunch of new screenshots for Final Fantasy XV have been released and we get to see Final Fantasy XV's version of Shiva in action amongst other things Just in case the bombardment of Final Fantasy XV pre-order videos wasn't enough for us all this week, it looks like we have a whole slew of new screenshots for the game that show off the summon of Shiva, another location, and some of the behind the scenes stuff we will be micromanaging when the game hits the PS4 and Xbox One on November 29th. One would think that Square Enix is showing us way too much of the game before launch but I have a feeling this is all linked into how large the final game will be. It has been touted to be quite massive and you'd expect that with Final Fantasy XV having a ten year cycle of sorts that we won't be left wanting for more for a long time in the game. Read More...

PlayStation The list of developers heading to the PlayStation Experience this year has been released and we can all speculate which PlayStation games they will be showing off there The PlayStation Experience is quickly coming up as December 3rd and 4th are only weeks away now. We've been given a few details on it all and now we get to add to that information a long list of developers who will be on the floor out there showing off what they have for the PS4, PS VR, and PS Vita in the coming years. Sadly we don't have a list of the actual games that will be shown off but given that some of the devs here will have games coming out days or weeks after I think we can rest assured we will see the PlayStation versions of all of those titles. Rock Band We sit down and review Rock Band Rivals. A huge expansion for the original title to build from. Here's our review of Rock Band Rivals When I saw that Rock Band 4 was going to be a thing I became overly excited and prepped to get back into the swing of things. I was glad to see Harmonix bringing back one of the franchises I loved to play; and back on the PS4 and Xbox One. Then things fell a bit flat for me. Like something was truly missing from the game. Assassin's Creed A new comparison video for Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection has popped up to show us just how much better the past Assassin's Creed titles will look now Next week we will see the Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection finally hit the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Outside of words and a small announcement for the bundle though Ubisoft has yet to really show us the work that has gone into the games that will be coming in the bundle. Sure, Assassin's Creed 2, Brotherhood, and Revelations looked great for their time and we would expect by November 15th that there would be vast improvements to the games; we have just yet to see them. Space Hulk Another look at Space Hulk: Deathwing has been placed out there to show off how much detail has been placed into each Space Hulk in the game Good news for those fans of Warhammer 40K as we have yet another video here for Space Hulk: Deathwing to show off and get you all hyped up for this game to hit the PC on December 9th; the PS4 and Xbox One will see it in 2017. None the less here though, we have yet another look at the game and how much detail that Streum On Studio has put into the game to make it feel "true" to the universe that the game is set in. I figured this would have been a given since the start of it all but who am I to say we shouldn't get more gameplay footage for Space Hulk: Deathwing as we wait the next few weeks to get the game. Resident Evil 7 The final two teasers for Resident Evil 7 have been released and we get a new enemy for Resident Evil 7 & a new family member The last two teasers for Resident Evil 7 have been released so we can wrap up this whole marketing campaign here for the game. Well at least this side of things as Capcom still has a few more things planned and ready for us in the coming months until January 24th. Hells, even out of these new teasers we see that a new trailer of gameplay for Resident Evil 7 will be coming next month to hopefully show off a lot of the things still in question for the game. Final Fantasy XV A plethora of Final Fantasy XV videos have been released to show off all of the new Final Fantasy XV pre-order bonuses that are out there We are almost to the point where we can count down the days on all of our digits until Final Fantasy XV releases and we've seen a bit of the pre-order bonuses out there to real us in early. We've also seen the Season Pass that Square Enix is going to give us over the course of the game's life-cycle as well. As it looks today, we have a massive dump of pre-order bonuses to add to the list of DLC for Final Fantasy XV across both the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game. Read More...
