The Quiet Man Is Coming For You This November With Limited Editions
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 3rd of October 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
The Quiet Man The release date for The Quiet Man has been set down now and we have a look at the limited edition for The Quiet Man with some gameplay It looks like "coming soon" has now been changed for The Quiet Man as we can look to see the game on our PC and PS4 this November 1st. From announcement to launch in only a few months it does look like Human Head Studios in on the ball for everything. That or Square Enix was able to hold the secret for some time and we are all falsely praising this part of The Quiet Man. None of that changes the fact that we will be seeing this experience real soon and also seeing how the team is blending the live action scenes with the gameplay. Read More...

Try Not To Scream Or Laugh At The Conjuring House
by Chris Avila [ Monday, 1st of October 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Conjuring A new horror title, The Conjuring House, is here to help get you in the horror spirits while conjuring up some laughs too October is here and even though it came out just before, it is time to have a look at The Conjuring House on the PC. A new paranormal horror experience from RYM Games that is out to make you scream, curse, and then laugh about all of your fears afterwards. At least if that is how you cope with things like this as it does not look like there is any true humor on The Conjuring House. At least for the one experiencing it all. Read More...

It Is Time To Build A Whole New City With The Sinking City
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 28th of September 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
The Sinking City A new behind-the-scenes look at The Sinking City shows off the new tools that the team has crafted to actually build the world of The Sinking City There have been a whole lot of dark looks at The Sinking City so far, which is not too surprising given the material they are working with. That is why it is now time to take a step on the brighter side with the game and have a look at how Frogwares and Bigben Interactive have put everything together here. Specifically the city and town of The Sinking City and the new system that they have built to make the process a bit easier and streamlined to turn them out rather quickly. Read More...

Soon We Will Pay For Our Crimes In Sinner: Sacrifice For Redemption
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 27th of September 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Sinner The release date for Sinner: Sacrifice For Redemption is now set and we will soon be playing Sinner on our consoles with PCs soon to follow Talk about a title, Sinner: Sacrifice For Redemption, which slightly fell off the radar but is coming back strong. It has been some time since we last heard anything about the game and the release date for it was still vaguely "before the end of the year" from Another Indie. That would be the studio working on Sinner and not just a phrase thrown out there for those who may have completely fallen off with it all. Thankfully, we are back with some new information and it looks like we will be spinning the game up on our PS4, Xbox One, or Switch on October 18th. Read More...

Hear How Adaptive The Audio For Mutant Year Zero: Road To Eden Is Going To Be
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 25th of September 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Mutant Year Zero A new developer video for Mutant Year Zero: Road To Eden is here to demonstrate just how the music and audio for Mutant Year Zero will be When it comes to all of our games, it can be little things in the mix that we miss that can have a larger impact and that seems to be the way Mutant Year Zero: Road To Eden is going here. At least if you look at how the audio is being used in the game by The Bearded Ladies. Specifically, the music of the game as it looks like it will not just be the same set thing over and over but it will change and morph as the situations of Mutant Year Zero progress. Read More...

Bridges Are Going To Burn In The Next Episode Of The Council
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 18th of September 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
The Council New screenshots for the fourth episode of The Council are here and it looks like the story of The Council is taking a darker turn The next episode of The Council is almost upon us as September 25th is the date we will be able to continue this story of alternate history and intrigue. Not only the next episode, but the fourth (will not use that specific word) one from Big Bad Wolf as they expand on all of this to even greater heights. Some heights that have been placed way up there in terms of the episodic storytelling genre that The Council is in and many other needs to borrow from. At least in my own opinion as the RPG elements of it all definitely keep things going where other would have a massive lull. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 17th of September 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead We have a new trailer for The Walking Dead: The Final Season to get us all ready for the next addition to The Walking Dead video game story Next week we will see the continuation of the story for The Walking Dead: The Final Season and how Clementine will wrap it all up. In the usual manner for Telltale Games, we do not need to wait the full week until we get to see just where this story will be taking us and it could also bring more of another villain group to the forefront. That is if they want to keep bringing in more from the core story for The Walking Dead here. Just by looking at the basic key art here I am sure any true fan will see what is in the pipes. The Sinking City The latest developer diary for The Sinking City is here to walk us through some of their tricks to tell the story of The Sinking City using visuals Get ready for even more creepiness as we have a whole new look at The Sinking City from Frogwares here and they are diving into how they are telling some of story with just visuals. Well, more accentuating and setting a theme as well as telling a story as they will still be using the same designs and methods we all know and mostly love in video games. They are just going into a few of the more subtle things here to help accentuate the loss of sanity we are going to experience in The Sinking City. Read More...

Insomnia: The Ark Is Launching In September Now
by Julia Schoebel [ Thursday, 6th of September 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Insomnia The dieselpunk RPG, Insomnia: The Ark, has a set release date now and we can expect to be playing Insomnia: The Ark before then end of September We have a final release date for Insomnia: The Ark set down for us now and we can all expect to be able to play the game on September 27th now. That is not that far out for this new Dieselpunk, Sci-Fi RPG that Studio Mono has put together with HeroCraft. I am sure there are reasons for this, but this now places Insomnia: The Ark, a smaller title, well up against many larger titles that will be flowing out here over the course of the coming weeks. It’s Time For The Good, The Bad, And The Augmented In The Surge
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 6th of September 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
The Surge The next DLC for The Surge is here to look at and it looks like we are going to have a western in our Sci-Fi of a RPG in The Surge It looks like the DLC train for The Surge has not stopped as we have a new bit coming at us now with The Good, The Bad, And The Augmented. While Deck 13 is working on the next title in the franchise, it does look like there was some time to put us all in a Wild West themed version of the game here to add to the Sci-Fi fun we have been having so far. That seems like a weird sentence to write, but given some of our entertainment currently, this can fit into The Surge I guess. We will know for certain on October 2nd when it hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC though. Read More...
