by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 14th of June 2024 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Just as we assumed, this was a crazy-filled week for video games after all of the massive events that took place over the weekend. Massive events that really did not do much more than to sell us on some titles and not really show them off. Thankfully, we were able to dig up some good gameplay for Star Wars Outlaws and Assassin’s Creed Shadows in the mix. Also, a bit more for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 and a great look at DOOM: The Dark Ages too. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 5th of July 2022 - 07:00 PM ]
Lollipop Chainasaw Fans of Lollipop Chainsaw need to get ready to see more for the game with the announcement for a Lollipop Chainsaw Remake The murmurs and rumors around Lollipop Chainsaw getting a remake can finally be put to rest. Not in a terrible way but in a way that it looks like the original team and developers are coming back to give us all exactly that. It may have taken a decade or so to get there, but we can officially announce that a Lollipop Chainsaw Remake is in the works and we could be seeing it sometime in 2023. Most likely hitting the most recent and modern consoles out there so we can get back out there and cut down even more zombies with one of gaming's favorite zombie hunter out there. Read More...

Lollipop Chainsaw Has Some Crazy Threesome Action
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 25th of April 2012 - 10:04 PM ]
While I am sure all of your minds went straight to some crazy ass sex scene for Lollipop Chainsaw, I am talking about the threesome that is the Starling Sisters. Ok, well that also didn't come out sounding right either and you all probably went somewhere very twisted and pornographic again. For shame. But what I am talking about here is that a trailer for the game was just released and it showcases how the three sisters will interact in the game. Well kind of shows how they will interact in the story but not game play. Read More...

PAX East Hands-On: Lollipop Chainsaw
by Matt Waitt [ Monday, 9th of April 2012 - 04:36 PM ]
During PAX East I got to get some playtime with Lollipop Chainsaw and interviewed the legendary Suda 51. Lollipop Chainsaw had some very smooth and tight controls, chaining attacks between kicking and swinging the chainsaw was simple enough to button mash if you wish, but at the same time complex enough to satisfy those who frown upon the mashing of buttons. The demo started off in a farm-like area, where some good ol' zombies popped up and begged for me to slay them (not really, but I could tell they were asking for it). Every time zombies pop up there is a counter on-screen that tells you exactly how many are there and need to kill. Read More...

Trailer Park (11/1/11)
by Matt Waitt [ Tuesday, 1st of November 2011 - 10:39 PM ]
Alright it's time for the next installment to "Trailer Park". This time I have a few new trailers lined up for you guys. I hope you all enjoy. Our first trailer today is a new "grind house style" trailer for Grasshopper Manufacture's new game: Lollipop Chainsaw. The trailer features the cliché grind house voice over guy and a scantily clad cheerleader named "Juliet Starling" who just happens to be the main character. Lollipop Chainsaw follows Juliet and her family as they fight off hordes of mindless zombies in her high school. The horde of zombies are controlled by a group of "rock and roll" zombies. by Stephanie Naboshek [ Tuesday, 1st of April 2008 - 01:45 PM ]
So I normally don't write two articles in an hour, but I just checked my email, and this was featured in my Thinkgeek.com Newsletter... SUPER Pii Pii brothers is a crazy, imported Japanese game for the Wii that requires you to... well... wee!! Complete loads of mini games by attaching your Wii-mote into the support harness provided and AIM AWAY!! Score extra points by tinkling on cats and other fun creates who pop out of the urinals and lose points for getting too much on the floor. Verse your friends in the fun multi-player mode and if the humiliation wasn't enough, just the mere ability to say you own Super Pii Pii Brothers is worth the $34. Read More...

TramaPWN = Who Is With Me!
by Aaron BlueWolf72 Molloy [ Tuesday, 4th of March 2008 - 10:57 PM ]
Can you really trademark the term Pwned or Pwn As we all know, PWN or PWNED is a slang term (which belongs to gaming the community) that implies domination or humiliation of a rival, used primarily in the Internet gaming culture to taunt an opponent that has just been soundly defeated. Past tense is sometimes spelled pwnt (pronounced with a t sound) or pwned (with the standard d sound). Examples include "distributing the pwnage" or "you just got pwned". It can also be used, especially by non-gamers, in the context of getting "pwned" by The Man. Read More...
