Diablo III Patch 1.0.2 Is Live

Alright ladies and gentlemen, it's been a week since the release of Diablo III and we have our first patch and another soon to follow. The patch fixes a few bugs in the Auction House as well as tweaks to the Monk and Witch Doctor class. I'll give you the gist of it, but it's in your best interest to read the official statement on the Diablo III website. Monks active skill rune "Tranquility" for Serenity has had its duration cut down to 1 second. The "Physical Damage" Preferred Stats option in the Auction House for rings has been renamed to "Bonus Minimum Physical Damage. Read More...

With all of the news flooding out of the Sony camp a lot of people have been curious to see if the Home service is going to receive any measure of attention. Well, they have heard your cries and have offered up a wealth of information courtesy of the official blog. The list of features are as follows: Universal Game Launching: "You can now launch into any PlayStation 3 game directly from Home. Titles that fully support game launching (like Street Fighter 4 and Far Cry 2) will be identified by separate icons that appear over an avatar's head and will have varying degrees of additional multiplayer functionality built in. Gears of War 2 Gets Some Updates

Our friend Six Okay over at GearsOfWar.com made an update yesterday afternoon telling everyone that there has been an update to Gears of War 2. Here is the breakdown of what's included in the fix: Exploit Fixes: Crabwalking, invisibility, weapon-slide, melee through walls, unlimited ammo. General Fixes: Shotgun and Boomshot updates, meatshield chainsawing updates, team communication, Insane gamer pic award. Balancing: Planted proximity grenade updates, increased quitting penalties, spawn protection, flamethrower stopping power. Improvements: Annex uses execution rules, achievement progression in the War Journal, added 7 DLC-based achievements worth 175 gamerscore. Read More...

More PSN Updates So this is more of just a long list for those out there who are interested. Got not too much to talk about here. There are a few things in the next paragraph, but like I said, this one is all about just getting the list out to ya today. The big things I want to talk about is the awesome new Full Album feature that the PS3 users will now be able to play with and get the Judas Priest album for Rock Band. VALVE, UPDATES and YOU!!

Over the weekend a handful of updates were released for all you STEAM users out there. If you've already restarted your Steam client since yesterday then it's already been installed. First off, Valve updated the Steam client last week, fixing some bugs and compatibility problems that some of you may or may not have been experiencing. And then again yesterday came two update bundles for those of you who have either FRONTLINES: Full of War and/or Garry's Mod on your Steam account. In the answers to our hopes and prayers, Valve has made a good impact an some common problems experienced during game and fixing bugs responsible for many crashes (God knows my Gmod crashes all the time).
