Additional PS3 Greatest Hits Titles Available Now Just like in music, when something has been around for a while and you want to remind fans of the awesomeness of the old stuff, you hit it up with a greatest hits treatment. It happens all the time. It also happens in the gaming world, and this time it has happened in time for players to get a rerun of a game before the sequel flies onto shelves. This morning on the PlayStation Blog, it was announced that Uncharted: Drake's Fortune and SOCOM Confrontation are the two latest titles to get this treatment. Finally some closure. After a very long and grueling process, Activision and Double Fine Studios have come to some even ground and we do not have to worry about Brütal Legend being delayed in all it's rocking glory. According to the Associated Press and the New York Times, the Lawyers for Activision told court officials that they had finally come to a settlement with Double Fine Studios on Wednesday. For a brief recap see my previous article Activision tells EA to Back off The Los Angeles Superior Court spokeswoman said that Activision settled with Double Fine and a hearing, that was supposed to occur this fine Thursday morning, was canceled. What was heard last week was that the Superior Court Judge Craig Karlan had told Activision's lawyers that the request was probably going to get denied and the game was going to get released on time anyways. September 16th of last year saw Lucasarts release the much anticipated Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. Right from the get-go, TFU was all about giving players a more thorough Force-wielding experience. Powers like Force Push and Force Lightning could be used in ways far beyond anything we’d ever seen before in a Star Wars game. Following the games release though, Lucasarts supported the title by creating several downloadable packages. Guitar Hero 5 Controllers And Tracks So it is now official. I will have to buy Guitar Hero 5. All because of one of the new tracks released to the public. The Debut Trailer For ModNation Racers Since E3, there hasn't been much talked about this new IP from United Front Games. It was a sneak hit during the Sony E3 Briefing and shown a little bit, in trailer form, around their booth. After that, it has fallen off the radar from all gaming sites, even here at Aggrogamer. But that is not to say that it has completely been scrapped and forgotten.
