Well we currently have no idea. I can tell you one thing it's not Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. Why is that you ask? Well the picture below which, was posted on numerous official BioWare Twitter accounts, gives me a more Mass Effect feel. Possibly Mass Effect 3? Read More...

Spawn More Overlord, Mass Effect Style
by Binh Nguyen [ Friday, 11th of June 2010 - 06:50 PM ]
A new DLC is "coming soon" for one of this year's major titles. Of course I am talking about Mass Effect 2. Today BioWare has announced the Overload DLC for XBox 360 and PC. When sent to investigate a Cerberus research base that's mysteriously gone silent, Shepard arrives to find Geth overrunning the base. The sole survivor Chief Scientist Archer, pains a dire picture: an experiment to fuse a human volunteer with a virtual intelligence created a hybrid “VI overlord”. The rampaging VI has already attacked three other Cerberus bases, controlling any technology it finds in an attempt to break free-and unleashing Geth across the planet. Read More...

by Binh Nguyen [ Tuesday, 25th of May 2010 - 03:23 PM ]
Well this news came sooner than I could ever realized. According to G4tv.com, Legendary Pictures just picked up the rights to make a feature film based on Mass Effect. As we speak they are in discussions with the screen writers from I Am Legend and Thor to produce the screenplay. Now you may be wondering who will be producing the film? You will be happy to know that BioWare's co-founder and VP, Ray Muzyka and Greg Zeschuk, along with Mass Effect executive producer, Casey Hudson, will serve as executive producers for the film. Joining in on the fun will be Thomas Tull, Jon Jashni and Ari Arad. Read More...

Mini Review: Dante's Inferno: Trials Of Lucida
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 14th of May 2010 - 02:32 PM ]
It was talked about way back in February when Dante's Inferno first launched and has since come to fruition. That being the DLC that adds multiplayer to a game that was originally sold as a single player experience. Also DLC that adds the ability for players to build their own challenge maps for other people who own Dante's Inferno to play. The DLC I am speaking of is The Trials Of Lucida. Is it worth the $10? Next Week Dante's Inferno Will Get Challenging
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 24th of April 2010 - 02:20 PM ]
Just when you thought that Dante's Inferno was over and done the next major DLC for the title is hitting digital shelves. You know, the one that adds co-op play and the ability to create your own challenges for other people who are still playing Dante's Inferno to give a play. If there are still people who have not forgotten Dante's Inferno for God of War III that is. You know, those few Christians out there that refuse to play a "Pagan" title for a just as violent "Christian" version of the game. Jokes and pokes aside, the Trials of St. Read More...

With E3 slowly getting closer and closer, a surprise announcement last week from Microsoft will kick E3 off early on a Sunday for Project Natal. Not to be left behind, today Sony has told everyone to Save The Date for June 15th in Los Angeles, CA as to when they will be revealing their latest stuff this year. With Microsoft and Sony all set with their conference date it is all up for Nintendo to inform us when they will be holding their conference so we all can see their latest handheld, the 3DS. Dante's Inferno Getting All Saintly
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 1st of April 2010 - 06:41 PM ]
In just under a month, the next batch of DLC for Dante's Inferno will be hitting XBox Live, and the PlayStation Network. It will be bringing two new modes with it, multiplayer and "build-your-own-challenge" mode. Also a few new enemies to add to the roster. Although I'm going to say that they are going to be slightly altered models from the main game with a new coat of paint. Look at the last DLC that came out. But this is of course information we all knew about from the start. Read More...

Mini Review: Dante's Inferno: Dark Forest
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 24th of March 2010 - 05:40 PM ]
Just under a month since Dante's Inferno brought hellfire and brimstone to homes around the world, comes the prequel for the overall story of the main game, Dark Forest. A nice, albeit short, addition to the story of Dante's Inferno. Not to mention a few more puzzles and a"new" demon for Dante to slay to try and save Beatrice before she is killed. Which we all know isn't going to happen. In any instance, let me break this down into the two main parts this DLC adds to the game. Read More...

by Binh Nguyen [ Tuesday, 23rd of March 2010 - 10:43 PM ]
Well it is all over now folks. Michael will finally have his wish as a new DLC will be coming for Mass Effect 2. In this DLC BioWare will be introducing Kasumi Goto, the galaxy's most enigmatic and cunning master chief, err I mean thief. Not only will players be able to recruit Kasumi in new missions, players will be able to to utilize her special abilities as a member of Commander Shepard's squad. Aaryn Flynn, Studio General Manager of BioWare Edmonton commented, “Mass Effect 2 is BioWare's highest Metacritic game to date, and we are excited to be able to expand that experience by introducing another engaging new character in Kasumi. Kasumi – Stolen Memory is a testament to our promise to continue to provide fans with new, compelling, high quality post-launch content. Read More...

The Cake Is Truly A Lie, But Portal 2 Is Not
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 6th of March 2010 - 11:18 PM ]
It's been a long time coming, but it is finally here. Portal 2 has been announced. Announced via the latest edition of Game Informer as a twelve page article and featured on two different covers for this edition. You can see the images below. Not too bad to look at, but you will have to get the magazine to get more details as of right now. Or you could pop on over to the GameStop site and scope out these details listed under the PC description for the pre-order. A description that states there is going to be a full new cast of characters, a load of new puzzles, much larger puzzles as well, and multiplayer/co-op modes in the game. Read More...
