Observer Another new trailer for Observer has dropped and this one makes it know that Observer's story & gameplay will be led by a Cyberpunk legend Cyberpunk seems to be making a huge resurgence lately and Observer looks to be one of the titles that is helping all of this along. At least if it is all done well and Bloober Team delivers again on their horror skills. That and the upcoming Blade Runner 2049 doesn't sour a lot of people. The Walking Dead During SDCC it was revealed that The Walking Dead from Telltale will be getting one more season to wrap up The Walking Dead story we've been waiting for There was a lot of good news to come out of SDCC this year but what we have here is a mix of good and bad as The Walking Dead: The Final Season has been announced to be in the works and heading to us sometime in 2018. Obviously we can see the good news here as we will get to see Clementine back in action and dig into some of the best storytelling that Telltale Games can offer, but it also means that all of this will be coming to an end here. I'm going to go on a limb and guess this is due to the fact that The Walking Dead is over saturating the market with all of the other titles they have coming out there, but it could just be that the team wants to move on to other things or maybe other aspects of the universe. The Wolf Among Us The second season for The Wolf Among Us has been confirmed and fans of The Wolf Among Us only had to wait four years for it Well it only took four years since the first season of The Wolf Among Us ended, but now we have a second season to look forward to. Before you try to do all of the math on that and tell me that Telltale Games brought the game out only three years ago, it sadly looks like this second season will not be out until the Summer of 2018 at the earliest. Injustice 2 The first gameplay look for Injustice 2's Starfire has landed and it looks like more Injustice 2 premiere skins are on the way too Just as we all assumed, during SDCC this year we had another character for Injustice 2 shown off. Not a completely new character in terms of announcement, but we did get to finally see NetherRealm Studios' version of Starfire for the game in action and assumed to be released during August as part of the first Fighter Pack. While it would have been awesome to get solid word on the other characters coming to Injustice 2 in the coming months while out there, it is nice to see that they are working hard on bringing us what has already been announced out there. Titanfall 2 A new trailer for Titanfall 2's next update has dropped to show off the new Titanfall 2 maps and modes that will be coming in just about a week We've all been waiting patiently for the next big update for Titanfall 2 and it is just about to land on our PS4, Xbox One, or PC on July 25th. Not only has the wait been long, or at least seemingly so, but it looks like Respawn is going to be bringing a whole lot more to the game to keep the Million and more players out there happy. Kingdom Hearts The next world for Kingdom Hearts III has been announced out at D23 and it looks like the Kingdom Hearts franchise is finally getting a Toy Story theme We were promised new footage for Kingdom Hearts III out of D23 over the weekend and that is just what we were given during the show. Not only given but also shown a whole lot of new game that Square Enix has been working as well as the story for the new world that we are not only getting in the game, but also for the first time in the franchise. Hearthstone To celebrate the upcoming Hearthstone: Knights Of The Frozen Throne expansion there will be a Hearthstone themed Ice Cream Parlor for fans of the game Yet another video game franchise is getting a nice showing out at SDCC and this one is not only for the new expansion Hearthstone: Knights Of The Frozen Throne, but it is also something much more than just a panel with a few little tidbits of gameplay and features. While I am sure that there will be some of this on site out there, it looks like Blizzard and The Lich King are teaming up to bring fans something they have wanted for a while; a new ice cream shop run by The Lich King. Paragon The next character to come to Paragon has been announced and it looks like Paragon will get more of the furry added into the mix Another three weeks down and another character is added into the mix for Paragon. It seems hard to believe given how many Epic Games has already thrown together for us that they are still bringing us all more, but they are. July 18th adds yet another to Paragon by the name of Zinx and if you were hoping for a more feline character to be added into the mix, then you'll be happy to see that too. Lone Echo A new trailer for Lone Echo has dropped to get us all ready for the release of Lone Echo and its multiplayer side of Echo Arena Hopefully you've taken advantage of the many great deals going on for the Oculus Rift as it looks like we have another great tittle to add into the mix with Lone Echo getting its exclusive release on the system on July 20th. This would be the latest title from Ready At Dawn that will place us all in the virtual space of…well…space as we take on the role of an astronaut's companion after some mishap takes place. Injustice 2 Gameplay for Injustice 2's Sub Zero has been revealed and now we can see what he will be bringing to Injustice 2 this week New DLC for Injustice 2 drops this week as we get to add Sub Zero into the fighting mix of this DC hero and villain fighting game. Of course, this is not a huge surprise as NetherRealm Studios has already announced him and we all figured it was coming given Scorpion and the first Injustice title. That and we had a small tease for the character last week as we had our first look at him in Injustice 2, but now we have a whole lot of gameplay to look at and figure him out. Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week That ends another week in video games out here and even with the slowdown due to the American holiday, it was still a pretty decent one out there. Not overflowing with news and updates, but still just enough out there to keep things flowing. I mean it was more about the updates for Horizon Zero Dawn and Shadow Of Mordor, but other video games like Assassin’s Creed Origins had quite a bit of highlight and we learned about the physical version of LawBreakers that hopefully you picked up on the PC or are waiting for the PS4 version to open up. Shadow Of War A new update for Shadow Of Mordor has released that will carry over Nemesis & Followers to Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War If you had planned on getting to start completely new for Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War, then you were right to think that as before now it didn't seem like there was going to be much of a bridge besides story for this title and Middle-Earth: Shadow Of Mordor. For most gamers this is still an option, but for those who had some great nemesis and followers from the first game it looks like Monolith Productions is going to give us the option to carry over the best of each when we spin up the new game on October 10th.
