Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week The week has finally come to an end and we can hopefully jump into some of those fun video games out there to unwind. I know I need to do that a bit more after the week, and thankfully, we have the likes of KARMA: The Dark World and Dollhouse: Behind The Broken Mirror as part of the list we can jump into. That will also help to hold us all over as we wait even longer for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 and Indiana Jones And The Great Circle to finally come out for many more gamers out there. High On Life The release date for High On Life on the Switch is set with more gamers getting a chance to play High On Life Some of you out there might have known already or might not have known yet that High On Life was finally making its way on over to the Nintendo Switch. There was a small announcement for it a little while back, but there were so few details that it might have been a small blip on everyone's radar out there. Given that Squanch Games has been slowly getting this title out there on all of the platforms, it was always easy to understand it was coming. Universal The themed food out at Universal Studios during the Universal Fan Fest Nights has been shown off with a new Dining Pass Part of the fun of going to theme parks is always the various food and treats you can sample while in the mix, and it looks like we are getting some extra new options for those partaking in the Universal Fan Fest Nights in the coming month. Not only will many of the usual options be available out there in the park, but it looks as if they are doubling down on all of the fun to further immerse us all in the various IPs we can head out there to see. Bad Cheese A demo for Bad Cheese is out there for us all to see if it hits well or really is just some Bad Cheese Those who have heard of Bad Cheese before now and looking to see what else it has to offer up besides a grim look at a specific art style can do so now. A demo for the game is out there on the PC for those looking to see what Simon Lukasik and Feardemic games will be bringing down the line. Universal Universal Studios is now kicking off the Universal Fan Fest Nights this coming April with tickets available right now The teasing and waiting is mostly over for those who were interested in the upcoming Universal Fan Fest Nights out at the Hollywood parks this year. This would be something similar to the Halloween Horror Nights that we have seen and experienced in the past, only that this time Universal Studios will be gearing up for less horror-themed experiences for a month or so. It is still an after-hours event that is going on just with the likes of Back To The Future, Star Trek, One Piece, and Dungeons & Dragons getting the highlight over the traditional horror IPs that the other event has. The Reaper The Reaper is on the way to us all with a new asymmetrical horror title that has been revealed with Fear The Reaper A new thing to fear is on the way out there with Fear The Reaper getting announced and gearing up for us all to survive yet another bit of horror out there on the PC. This is a new title on the way from Pleasantly Friendly Games, where seven of our friends and we will need to head into a new horrorscape that will hit all of those little horror tropes out there. The Reaper is on the way to us all the time, and this one will let us all see new and different ways that can be. Dark Atlas Head deeper into the story for Dark Atlas: Infernum with the latest showcase we have for this Dark Atlas title that is on the way Those looking for a little more darkness in life can get excited about what is out there for Dark Atlas: Infernum now. A new little bit for the game has been offered up by Night Council Studio and SelectaPlay that will take us a little further into the darkness the game is going to give us. Right as we are about to head into the darker parts of the year for the northern hemisphere of the real world. Along with the fact that if this tickles the correct fancies out there, you can also give a new demo for Dark Atlas: Infernum a play and see if it will mirror what is going on in the real world or give you another fun escape into a fantasy away from all of the troubles out there. Deepest Fear New gameplay for Deepest Fear is out here for us to enjoy and shows off the various gear we will use to fight our Deepest Fear Get ready to go deep underwater now with our first look at the gameplay coming at us for Deepest Fear. A game that looked like it was going to be a massive mind trip when Variable State showed it off in a shorter form not too long ago, but now we have a good chunk of gameplay to take in. A good chunk that shows off the monsters of Deepest Fear a bit more while also highlighting the chaotic nature of things that will be happening in the various missions and tasks we will have to undergo in the game. Like, in this gameplay, not only will we need to defend ourselves from the water monsters out there, but we will also need to use various other bits of gear to stop the area from flooding and plug any other holes we might come across along the way. Deepest Fear A new title, Deepest Fear, is on the way that will take us deep underwater to head out and face our Deepest Fear We are heading back under the seas to face more of those fears out there with the announcement of Deepest Fear. A new title that Variable State is working on and announced during the recent PC Gaming Show to will give horror fans yet another title to add to their PC library out there. One that looks like it will be taking some heavy inspiration from works like The Thing and The Abyss. Life Is Strange The Switch release for Life Is Strange: Double Exposure is finally here to give more gamers the fun of Life Is Strange’s story Some of us had to hold out for Life Is Strange: Double Exposure to land on the Switch to get to experience it, and now the days is here with the game finally launching out there. At least in a digital form as we still have to wait to see how Deck Nine Games' title will be in a physical form. Dark Atlas New gameplay for Dark Atlas: Infernum has seeped out there to give us one more taste of the Dark Atlas that should be coming by the end of the year If you were hoping for some good light out there, then you might have looked in the wrong place as we have more of the darkness to come with new gameplay for Dark Atlas: Infernum. That can be seen as a bit of a light for those who have been waiting for Night Council Studio and SelectaPlay to get this one out there for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
