Wal-Mart, one of the reigning kings of discount department stores, is entering the on-line space occupied by places like Amazon. Gamecenter is "a one-shop stop for all the greatest news and previews and exclusives." Currently, the deals I see on the site involve providing gift-eCards for certain purchases, a "buy 2, get 1 free" for XBox 360 Platinum Hits, and if you pre-order three games you'll get a $50 gift card. To celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Pac-Man, Google has done one of the coolest things with their logo in recent memory, transforming it into a playable stage of the classic game. Though I hesitate to think that this will be a trend and will lead to more video game related logos for Google, it's good to see that when they decide to introduce something gaming related they actually make it interactive and not static. You can start the game by "inserting a coin" or by waiting ten seconds before the game starts automatically. In case you were wondering the same thing the title is, let us answer that for you. It is the name of the time manipulation tool you get to use in the game. Well, that was an easy explanation. I guess I'll leave ya there. Or not. Below there is a better look at one of the functions of the device; A function that lets you place people or things into a "time bubble" to either kill or slow down. Blizzcon 2010 returns to the Anaheim Conventions center October 22nd and 23rd, and tickets are going on sale Wednesday, June 2nd at 7 pm PST and on Saturday June 5th at 10 am PST. Now correct me if I am wrong, but isn't this latest multiplayer mode for Kane and Lynch 2 look extremely close to the story of Die Hard With A Vengeance? Take a team down a section of a subway tunnel and through a hole you've made to steal money from a bank. Sounds pretty damn close, if you take out all the other mind games from the film.
