by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 18th of March 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Borderlands You can spoil the starting bit of the next Borderlands 3 DLC right now but see which character from the past Borderlands will be back in the mix Next week on March 26th, we are going to get the next big addition to Borderlands 3 in the way of the Guns, Love, & Tentacles DLC. This is the one that will have us all seeing the wedding of Hammerlock and Wainwright in the universe there. Also, something to help pass all of the downtime we are going to have here in general and while we wait to see what else Gearbox is working on. If waiting the extra week is just too much for you, then you will be glad to see and hear that we have the first twelve minutes, or so, of this Borderlands 3 addition we will get on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. DOOM Eternal Gives Us A Taste Of Some Of Those In-Game Events
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 17th of March 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
DOOM A new developer diary for DOOM Eternal shows us a bit on how those in-game events will play out along with the idea behind those DOOM cosmetics In only a few days, many of us will be able to dive into what DOOM Eternal has for us in single-player and multiplayer. March 20th is going to be a day of saving many of us from boredom and take us into a virtual Hell instead of what we are still dealing with here. It is also nice to know that id Software put a whole lot of work into the online social aspect of the game before we were forced into keeping things in that arena. More so than just earning all of the cool little cosmetics for DOOM Eternal and streaming the high-paced action to all of those sitting around without it. Read More...

Final Fantasy VII Remake Is Almost Here & Here’s A Bit On How It Was Made
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 16th of March 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy The first of the behind the scenes videos for Final Fantasy VII Remake is here to take us into just how this Final Fantasy title came to be It has been a long and hard road, it seems, to get to the point where we are for the Final Fantasy VII Remake. Something that started out as a project Square Enix said would never happen and now we are just under a month out from the first part of it all hitting us. The first big Midgar part for those fans of the original version and a much larger event than newer fans have seen in the recent demo. Given that it takes a whole lot of work and thought to do what they are doing for Final Fantasy VII here, it is time to look back on just how it all came to be and what the team has reimagined for it all. LEGO Super Mario Looks To Bring The Fun To Life Outside Of The Video Games
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 12th of March 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
LEGO We are officially getting a LEGO Super Mario to play with but you might be surprised to find out it is a different kind of LEGO than expected We had a nice little tease and there was a whole lot of speculation that we were going to get a LEGO Super Mario game out there, and now… we kind of are getting that‽ So, before you get all excited, we are not getting a video game in the same vein as we have for many other IPs out there. It would be rather cool to get something like that, but in terms of LEGO Super Mario, we are looking more at a "Toys To Life" kind of deal. Without the video game aspect being there. Read More...

The Great Slayer Is About To Launch Into Motion For DOOM Eternal
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 12th of March 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
DOOM The last trailer for DOOM Eternal is here to offer up a final look at what is still to come in this DOOM title launching next week In just over a week from now we are going to be fingers deep into DOOM Eternal and all of the mayhem it is going to allow us to partake in. Excitement could not be higher to get that fun escape into Hell and shoot everything up. I am certain this is not the type of scenario that id Software was looking toward when setting the March 20th release date, but keeping us all inside with some high-intensity gameplay is going to be the distraction our community truly needs. It is definitely what we are about to get to if the latest trailer for DOOM Eternal is anything to go by as well. Read More...

Swords Of Gargantua Is Bringing Its Swordplay To The PSVR
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 11th of March 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Swords Of Gargantua The realistic swordplay title, Swords Of Gargantua, is making the leap over to the PSVR with a possible launch for Swords Of Gargantua this Spring Last year, PC gamers had a chance to dive into the world of Swords Of Gargantua to see what this rogue-lite action game was all about. This, obviously, left out a large chunk of gamers out there that have been looking for something along the lines of a realistic sword-swinging game. This most likely partly why Yomuneco has put the work in to make sure that those with a PSVR will not be left out. Read More...

DOOM Eternal Will Let You Customize Your Slayer In Some Fun Ways
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 10th of March 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
DOOM A new look at how DOOM Eternal will allow us to customize our DOOM Slayer in various ways with some awesome and some funny as Hell If you wanted it or not, DOOM Eternal is going to let us all alter the look of our slayer in the game through various means. Kind of an odd thing to think about for a first-person shooter where all we normally see in the hands, but it is something that id Software is adding in for us to unlock and have fun with. I mean, there is going to be a photo mode in DOOM Eternal, so that will allow us in single-player to see more of our alterations. Although, I am certain that this feature is going to be something that gets more highlights in the Battlemode where you will be able to see each other's slayers out there. Read More...

DOOM Eternal Is Giving Us One Heavy Soundtrack
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 5th of March 2020 - 08:00 PM ]
DOOM A new behind the scenes video for DOOM Eternal offers up a fun look at how some of the soundtrack and audio for DOOM Eternal was created To date, we have seen some fairly heavy and visceral visuals for DOOM Eternal with some heavy music going on in the background. What some of us may not have caught on to is that id Software is using one of those usually overlooked aspects of games to a much better degree. I am talking about the music and audio for the game in terms of much more than the gunshots and demonic grunts that DOOM has always been known for. Now we have a good look at how the teams have captured some of this audio we will be hearing out of our PS4, Switch, Xbox One, or PC on March 23rd here. Read More...

I am not talking about the one in development to follow up Fallen Order that is already in the works, but a completely new title. That is based on the basics of what is out there with this rumor as it could all be a working title. That does not change the fact that there is some speculation out there for a new Star Wars: Project Maverick that has popped up on the internet. Read More...
