by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 8th of April 2022 - 05:00 PM ]
Back 4 Blood The first expansion for Back 4 Blood is almost here and it looks like we are getting a whole lot added into Back 4 Blood Some of us have been waiting patiently and others not so much for the first big expansion for Back 4 Blood. We still have a little bit more to wait for it, but Turtle Rock is still bringing it all to the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on April 12th. Just a bit of a wait for it all, but it does look like it could be offering us all quite a bit of new content for Back 4 Blood. I mean, it will be taking us all to a new level of body horror and underground. Read More...

It Is Time To Take In The Dark Before The Dawn For Back 4 Blood
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 1st of September 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
Back 4 Blood We have a new level for Back 4 Blood to check out that was not featured in the beta for Back 4 Blood Obviously, up until now with all of the betas and showings for Back 4 Blood we have not been given everything that the game will hold. There needs to be something held off until launch and then a bit beyond from there. Turtle Rock has seemed to think that way up until gamescom and now just a bit more with a new and small look at another map in Back 4 Blood that has not been seen up to now. It is a bit of a spoiler for it all, but it shows off a bit more on how some of these missions will flow and what other features we will have to look out for in the game. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 7/19/21 — 7/23/21
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 23rd of July 2021 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week That is a wrap on another fun week with all kinds of video games out there. Some had some big news and others just slight updates for us all once more. It was also nice to see smaller titles like Faraday Protocol and Fracked get some fun additions in there and were able to hang with other video games like Dead Space and Deathloop that had some solid highlights. Yes, I did say Dead Space if you missed that before. We are getting a remake and was definitely one of the bigger tidbits of the week here. Read More...

Back 4 Blood Shows Off Its Style Coming To The PC
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 20th of July 2021 - 05:00 PM ]
Back 4 Blood A new look at Back 4 Blood shows us how Back 4 Blood will be looking on the PC if you have the hardware to run it Those looking to get down on Back 4 Blood over on the PC will be happy to see the latest update that we have for the game here. Technically, those that have the latest consoles could keep an eye on this too, as the update we have is a look at how the game is going to look on the PC if you have the hardware to run it all and get the amazing visuals listed here. I have faith that Turtle Rock will do what they can to get it to look the same on the PS5 and Xbox Series X, but this is going to be one of those for the specific gamers out there. Sadly, those looking at Back 4 Blood for the PS4 and Xbox One will just be getting a bit of jealousy here or the urge to try to upgrade just a bit more for this title. Read More...

Back 4 Blood Will Be Offering Up Some PvP In A Familiar Way
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 18th of June 2021 - 07:00 PM ]
Back 4 Blood Back 4 Blood will have a PvP mode mixed in for us all to take the horrors of Back 4 Blood on the attack Given the team working on Back 4 Blood, it was easy to assume that we could be seeing some form of PvP in the mix at some point. When it came to other titles from Turtle Rock, it took a bit and came post-launch. It looks like we are not going to have to wait further than October 12th for that to hit Back 4 Blood, though, as it was announced during E3 that we will be seeing a PvP mode in the mix of it all then. That would be the launch date for the game on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. Read More...

Meet Your Cleaners Coming To Clear The Ridden In Back 4 Blood
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 20th of May 2021 - 07:00 PM ]
Back 4 Blood The characters we will have in Back 4 Blood are highlighted in the latest trailer showing them do what they do best in Back 4 Blood It might sound a bit off, but the cleaners are lined up for our inspection for Back 4 Blood so we can start to work on our gameplay strategies. To clarify, this would be the description given to us for the character classes we will have as they are referred to in the game universe. Given the fact that they are out there trying to clean up the world from the "Ridden" in Back 4 Blood, it makes a bit of sense but not something we generally use when it comes to gameplay elements. The same goes for how Turtle Rock is bringing these infected to us too. Read More...

Back 4 Blood Is Keeping Things Dynamic With All Of Its Cards
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 5th of May 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
Back 4 Blood A new look at how the cards in Back 4 Blood will be able to modify the matches and keep Back 4 Blood feeling dynamic at all times There is still a wait for us to be able to fully experience what Back 4 Blood is going to bring us in the amazing zombie shooter camp. There had to be some good reasons for the delay and I think we might be getting a good look at what to expect will get some upgrades in the game. Not that Turtle Rock has not mentioned anything about the card system in Back 4 Blood before now, but it does look like there is a lot more going on in the latest video we have that dives right into the mix of all of that. Something that will most likely be fleshed completely out before October 12th when the game hits the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. Read More...

Back 4 Blood Is Now Pushed Out Just A Bit Longer
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 25th of March 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
Back 4 Blood A delay has hit Back 4 Blood shortly after the alpha test and now we will see Back 4 Blood launching in October of this year Here we go with another delay, but this one I am not too shocked by with the way that the team has been working with Back 4 Blood. Yes, this is the title that is now delayed a bit more and instead of hitting us in June, it looks like Turtle Rock is aiming for a new October release date for it all. With a nice little beta test to go down during this Summer before Back 4 Blood hits all the platforms out there. All so we can get one of the best games out there for us to experience and enjoy when it does finally come. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 12/14/20 — 12/18/20
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 19th of December 2020 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Things are starting to slow down and we can start to kick back and enjoy some of those video games we have out there. It is that time of year, and even though the awards of last week gave us some stuff to look at for The Callisto Protocol and a new Mass Effect, I have feeling things will be slowing down a lot more until the new year starts. It is how things have gone for a while here and I am sure it will carry on. All while giving us some alone time with our video games and to keep an eye on others like Hitman 3 and Wraith as we move into 2021. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of December 2020 - 10:00 PM ]
Back 4 Blood At The Game Awards, we had the reveal for Back 4 Blood and those lucky enough could be playing Back 4 Blood next week The zombie squad-based shooters might be making a comeback soon, as we have the reveal for Back 4 Blood fresh out of The Game Awards and possibly on your system very soon. For those wondering, this is the next title to be coming out of Turtle Rock Studios that you might remember brought us Evolve…or more on topic, Left 4 Dead. Something that looks to have heavily inspired Back 4 Blood from the looks of it. Read More...
