Back 4 Blood
A delay has hit Back 4 Blood shortly after the alpha test and now we will see Back 4 Blood launching in October of this year
Here we go with another delay, but this one I am not too shocked by with the way that the team has been working with Back 4 Blood. Yes, this is the title that is now delayed a bit more and instead of hitting us in June, it looks like Turtle Rock is aiming for a new October release date for it all. With a nice little beta test to go down during this Summer before Back 4 Blood hits all the platforms out there. All so we can get one of the best games out there for us to experience and enjoy when it does finally come. There is a whole lot to live up to with it being the spiritual successor for one of the greatest zombie shooting titles most have had the chance to love so far.
Given how early the team placed out the Alpha Test for Back 4 Blood, I had a feeling this was going to be the case. It felt like they were trying to do a true test and not just toss a demo out there and call it a test. I am certain that most of the feedback they received and witnessed had to lead to them looking to take more time to ensure it is the best version of itself right out of the gate. All of which being something I wish more studios would go about doing so we can point to games like Back 4 Blood as the way to do releases and not keep pointing to others to how not to do releases. I am sure you can guess which title I am talking about there…

Turtle Rock Studios is working hard to make Back 4 Blood the best game it can possibly be at launch and the team needs more time to do this. Therefore, we will release Back 4 Blood on October 12, 2021. We thank our community for its continued support and are excited to share that there will be an open Beta this summer.
Did you have a chance to play the Back 4 Blood alpha test and did you find anything truly wrong with the game to help push for a delay? Do you think that this will be enough time, with the planned beta, to ensure the best version possible? Is this a title you will gladly wait for to make sure it lives up to the past or will you be threatening the developers like all the other assholes out there that cry because a game is delayed? Let us all know down in the comments and then feel free to discuss it all as you wish. If we have more to share for Back 4 Blood, you best bet we will share it here. Please keep checking back for all of that and everything else we might have to offer up.
