Ashes Of Creation is in the works of an upgrade with Ashes Of Creation getting some development in the new Unreal 5 engine out there There is no doubt that since the Unreal Engine 5 was showcased that we were not going to start seeing some titles coming along for it in short order. Most of which have seemed to be tech demos or something along those lines, but it looks like Ashes Of Creation will be heading right down that path by getting the full upgrade down the line. When that will be is still anyone's guess, as Intrepid Studios just made the announcement that work has started. Read More...

A new LEGO set is officially announced with a LEGO Sonic The Hedgehog bringing the blue blur to homes at the start of the year The rumors and leaks seem to have been true as we have a LEGO Sonic The Hedgehog set on the way out to us at the start of the new year. That is not much in the way of a fun play on words either. We are talking that you will be able to purchase this one on January 1st of 2022 after all of the speculation and captured images of it being a thing out there. Even if this LEGO set was just built by a Sonic super fan and the company opted to actually build it into sets that others could easily buy instead of trying to duplicate on their own. Read More...

A new video for Stranger Of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin offers up another look at how it could all be linked to the original Final Fantasy I sure hope you enjoy being teased here, as we have yet one more little teaser for Stranger Of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin to hopefully get us ready for the March 18th release. Yes, I am talking about that kind of tease and not the kind that got most of us into the virtual worlds that Team NINJA and Square Enix have been making for us all over the years. One the will give us a little bit to look at for the game and see maybe how it all builds into the origins of Final Fantasy here in the weird Souls-like title that will be hitting the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. A new behind the scenes video for Dune: Spice Wars is here to help us better understand how this Dune is going to function Hot on the tails of the official announcement that Dune: Spice Wars is going to be a thing on PC in 2022, we have our first behind-the-scenes look at the game and how it is being made. Well, more of the how Shiro Games is making the game and a little less on the side of what is truly going on in the game. Not a terrible thing for all of those fans of Dune that are looking for a little something beyond the CGI trailer and few screenshots we had before. Read More...

Final Fantasy fans will have to wait a bit longer now to get their hands on the upcoming Final Fantasy XVI The end of the year news does not seem to be going out on a high note, as we sadly have a new delay for Final Fantasy XVI. Not that we had much for the game before now since Square Enix first announced it, but now we are going to have to wait another six months to add it to the list of PS5 games we have. I can already hear the collective Final Fantasy fanbase cry out in pain for it all. More so when you find out that it is all linked to the struggles everyone has been having due to the pandemic safety concerns. Read More...

Evil Dead: The Game now has the entire original cast from Evil Dead in the game in some major form Things seem to be shaping up well for Evil Dead: The Game, even if we still have to wait until February to be able to experience it. There is still no word on the specific date or form that we will be able to add this title to our collection and it feels like Saber Interactive is just waiting to jump scare us all with that. Just as they did with the announcement that the full cast from the original Evil Dead will not be in the game in some form or another. The voices of Linda (Betsy Baker) and Shelly (Theresa Tilly) are now confirmed to give us more of that authentic feel to the game on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC when it does drop. A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This was much more of an exciting week for all of our video games than it has been in the past. Usually, the weeks before and after Christmas here are insanely slow, which was not the case this time around. At least as of yet. We had some fun for Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands again and a new update for Horizon Forbidden West in the mix. Read More...

A new developer diary for Dying Light 2 is here to show how the UX options will be expanded for this Dying Light game It truly feels like there is always some new big push when it comes to Dying Light 2 and I am all for it every time. More so when you see that the next massive update we are getting for the game here from Techland is how it is going to be crafted in a way to make as many gamers happy as possible when it comes to the UX experience. That is what we have here for the next big video for Dying Light 2 as we wait just a bit longer to get to experience it all in real-time. On February 4th, though, we will get to see if things are going to flow as freely on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Switch, and PC as we are hearing right now. Read More...

Sifu will be getting a physical edition now to allow for more customer styles just as Sifu will offer for Kung Fu styles Those that were worried that they would not be able to score a physical edition for Sifu can now put those worries to bed. It looks like Sloclap has heard and seen you. There will now be a physical edition of Sifu out there this coming Spring for the PS4, PS5, and PC. All so you can add another disk to the growing counts out there and physically own your video games instead of hoping that the servers and content always stay online if you need to delete the game from your library for some reason. That is the only real reason I can see for the want of having the physical media anymore. Read More...

A new trailer for the Uncharted film is here to give us another showing on how it will deviate from the Uncharted games It is time for a little bit of an early Christmas present out there, as we have a new trailer for the upcoming Uncharted film to watch and get us ready for February 18th. Something that seemed to come out of the blue for us all, but it is still a nice new bit to take in as we settle down for the long break we normally have here. Not to mention something else to look at to see how the film will stick to the story that Naughty Dog made before and how it will deviate from the Uncharted source of it all. Read More...

Another showing of the various machines in Horizon Forbidden West is here to get us ready to head out for that Forbidden West We have had a chance to see many of the new and old threats that will be out there in Horizon Forbidden West when the game launches on February 18th. A good portion of them that look like they will give Aloy another run for the money as we expand out further into the world. Guerrilla Games did not want it to end there for now, though, and we have more to look at and try to figure out how we will survive all of these beasties as we head into the Forbidden West. Only a few more months until we can load this one up on the PS4 and PS5, so it makes sense to get a bit more of the hype rolling on out there. Read More...

Scarf is out there now and there is one more push to make sure you can enjoy the wonders of Scarf It is finally here and the wait clocks can be deactivated, as Scarf is launching out there on your PC right now. It may not be the big triple-A title that many might be looking for as a gift out there, but it is a gift that Uprising Studios is ready to drop out there for us. You cannot scoff at the fact that we have been a little light on the fun and uplifting platformers out there. It has been a thing and now we have Scarf here to help change things and give us some other style of fun in the mix. Read More...

Two more classes are here for Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands to show us a few more ways we will be able to save the world of the Wonderlands We are going to have a few more moods for us to select from in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, as we have two more to look at from the growing list. These are all of the character classes we will be able to add into the mix along with all of the other characters that Gearbox is crafting for us all. Thankfully, they are all more than just a variant of some of the shooters from the other titles that they have that have been reskinned for Wonderlands. Even if we will still be seeing some of the classic gameplay in here and all of the guns that we should normally not be seen in a fantasy setting out there. Read More...

New footage for Stargate: Timekeepers is finally here with things feeling a little less like your average Stargate fun It is time to spin up your own personal Stargate if you have one, as it is time for a little more gameplay to take in for the upcoming title from Creative Forge Games and Slitherine. This would be the real-time tactics title that we had announced for our PC a while back with little to look at beyond the name. Now we have a good chunk of gameplay here for Stargate: Timekeepers that will give us a little taste of things to come. Read More...
