More On TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan In The Way Of Leaked Art
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 30th of December 2015 - 06:00 PM ]
Mutants In Manhattan Some possible new art for TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan has shown up and if true it points in the direction that Mutants In Manhattan could go if it is indeed a game being made If you remember earlier in the month we heard about a possible TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan video game in the works. Speculation started to rise when the name was registered by Activision and said registration listed Platinum Games as the developer. Since then neither group has been forthcoming with any information as to what Mutants In Manhattan could be or if it is indeed another title in the works and the governments that enforce said registrations of IPs let the cat out of the bag a little early. Review — Amplitude
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 29th of December 2015 - 08:00 PM ]
Amplitude We sit down and review Amplitude. It's been 12 years in the re-making so there is a lot to live up to. Did they do it? Here's our review of Amplitude It is hard to believe that Amplitude originally came out back in 2003. It truly doesn't seem like that long ago but none the less Harmonix has come together again, with the help of a successful Kickstarter, to bring Amplitude off of the PS2 and onto the PS3 and PS4 for the new generation. This isn't just a port but a true remake of Amplitude. Of course fans of the game have a lot of expectations here and now is the time to dig in and see if they were met. Read More...

The Awakening Is Happening For Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 In February
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 21st of December 2015 - 08:00 PM ]
Black Ops 3 The first major Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 DLC, Awakening, will be dropping in February next year adding more maps to Black Ops 3's multiplayer and zombies mode The force has awakened and now it is time for the first batch of DLC for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3. Granted it doesn't look like that will be fully happening until February 2nd 2016 for those who have the game on the PS3 or PS4 but Treyarch wanted to make sure we all had a glimpse at what was in store for this DLC. Also a little stab at those waiting for it to hit the Xbox 360, Xbox One, and/or PC as they will most likely have to wait another month before this Black Ops 3 DLC lands for them. I guess this is what it is like when the shoe is on the other foot for the "exclusive first" bit for DLC right? Read More...

This also happens to be the point where Telltale Games is ending one of the major story lines in Minecraft: Story Mode with the Wither Storm. Here's Resident Evil 0's New Wesker Mode In Action
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 16th of December 2015 - 09:59 PM ]
Resident Evil New Resident Evil 0 HD footage has made its way online and lets us all see how Resident Evil 0's Wesker Mode will handle More gameplay for Resident Evil 0's HD remaster has surfaced out of the hiding holes of Umbrella for us to see. This time it all focuses on the new Wesker Mode that Capcom is giving us when the game launches on January 19th next year. This mode isn't anything new in terms of news but now we can see how Wesker will alter the gameplay of Resident Evil 0 in the new mode. Worth noting again though is that this isn't the Resident Evil 0 Wesker we know but the Resident Evil 5 super charged Wesker and the mode can only be unlocked after completing the game once. Review — Minecraft: Story Mode — The Last Place You Look
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of December 2015 - 08:00 PM ]
Minecraft We Sit Down And Review Minecraft: Story Mode — The Last Place You Look. This Is The Third Episode Of Telltale's Take On Mojang's Famed Franchise. Here's Our Review On How They Did We are now half way through the story of Minecraft: Story Mode with the third episode right on the tails of the prior one. This Telltale Games experience has been an odd one for me to be certain but we are pressing along. It could be my lack of knowledge of the Mojang proper title or the odd seeming story telling going on in Minecraft: Story Mode. Read More...

Minecraft The release date for Minecraft: Story Mode's fourth episode has been revealed as well as a hint at a mysterious fifth episode for Minecraft: Story Mode coming soon It definitely looks like Minecraft: Story Mode is going to be keeping to its short release gaps as the fourth episode is slated to hit on December 22nd this year. That would be only a few weeks away from now and just in time to give us all more Telltale Games to play in the mix of all the new ones we should be receiving for the Holidays. LEGO Marvel's Avengers' World Gets A Little More Open For Us All
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 9th of December 2015 - 09:59 PM ]
LEGO Marvel's Avengers A new LEGO Marvel Avengers trailer has been released and it shows off how open the worlds of LEGO Marvel Avengers will be when we join the fight If you were under the impression that LEGO Marvel's Avengers was going to follow just the simple path of the films that it will be depicting then we are all wrong. In the most recent trailer for the game it is shown that TT Games has built multiple open worlds for us to explore and save the day in. LEGO Marvel's Avengers is making a bit more sense now with showing up to the party a little late to capitalize off the films that inspired it all. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 9th of December 2015 - 08:00 PM ]
Resident Evil 0 The release date for Resident Evil 0's HD remaster has been released as well as some of the pre-order incentives for the truly hardcore Resident Evil 0 fans Looks like January is still the sweet date for Resident Evil 0's HD remaster as it is now locked into the 19th to release on the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. Capcom has locked in in for the digital release and now the long wait for the remaster to finally come so we can experience Resident Evil 0 all over again and with new modes and visuals. This is at least one thing that backwards compatibility can't bring to our old games like Resident Evil 0; new modes…but I digress. Read More...

Another Chance To Be Batman In The Most Recently Announced Game From Telltale
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 4th of December 2015 - 10:00 PM ]
Batman Another Batman title has been announced out of The Game Awards; the difference is that this Batman title will be an episodic adventure So many other developers have had their shot at the Batman franchise and now it looks like another one will get the same chance. In what was one of the more shocking announcements, to me, during The Game Awards it looks like Telltale Games is working on their own Batman game for our pleasure. Currently that is the only title and no subtitles so it may get a little weird as we move into 2016 but know that Batman is coming…again… Only this time in an episodic adventure for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC, and Mac. Details are about as sparse as they come for Batman here as it has been just announced but it looks like we will get to truly be the bat in this little story. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 3rd of December 2015 - 10:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead New update for The Walking Dead: Michonne lets us know that it will no longer just be a The Walking Dead spin-off but its own stand-alone title Looks like The Walking Dead: Michonne is going to be a bit different than what we all expect as it has been confirmed that it will now be its own stand-alone title. This news of course comes from Telltale Games' Head of Creative Communications, Job J Stauffer, along with the news that we will get our first look at The Walking Dead: Michonne during The Game Awards. Not only that but is also looks like it will not be releasing this month but if it has become its own beast then the extra time is completely welcomed. Read More...

Amplitude Has A Set List & A Release Date To Prepare For
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 2nd of December 2015 - 06:00 PM ]
Amplitude The release date for Amplitude has been revealed as well as the track list of the songs we will be destroying in Amplitude once said launch happens The wait for Amplitude is almost no more as it is official hitting the PS4 on January 5th for all to download and play. Harmonix has been working hard to bring this PS2 classic title back into the fold with a new version of the game and a lot of us are ready to get back in. Amplitude was one of those fun college dorm games I remember and fell in love with so there is no doubt that I am ready for it finally hit very early next year. Well next year for those who didn't help out with the Amplitude Kickstarter in a huge way… If you happened to be one of those backers for Amplitude that threw down at least $40 then your wait will be even less as you'll have access to the game on December 23rd. TMNT A new TMNT game has been spotted on the ratings board title Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants In Manhattan and it could mean a whole new TMNT video game is on the way If rumors are true it looks like we may be getting another TMNT video game titled Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants In Manhattan. That is one hefty name for a video game but it is what has been run through the video game ratings boards of both Brazil and Australia for Platinum Games. Also if rumors are true it looks like Activision will be publishing this TMNT video game for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 1st of December 2015 - 06:01 PM ]
King's Quest The second episode of King's Quest has been teased again only this time we have a date for when we will continue the King's Quest saga started so long ago After almost six months of waiting it looks like the second episode of King's Quest is on its way soon. It is crazy to think that the first episode was released by The Odd Gentlemen back in July and we have all been playing the waiting game since then. But now we can all rest assured that we will see King's Quest again with new content on December 15th for the PS3 and PS4 then the next day (December 16th) for the Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC versions of the game. I guess it is time to fire up the last episode of King's Quest to get back into the mindset we'll need in two weeks. Read More...
