TMNT
A new TMNT game has been spotted on the ratings board title Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants In Manhattan and it could mean a whole new TMNT video game is on the way
If rumors are true it looks like we may be getting another TMNT video game titled Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants In Manhattan. That is one hefty name for a video game but it is what has been run through the video game ratings boards of both Brazil and Australia for Platinum Games. Also if rumors are true it looks like Activision will be publishing this TMNT video game for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. Their usual MO when it comes to titles they are putting out there as of late. Why would the proposed Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants In Manhattan be any different?
Of course as this is just a rating for said TMNT video game there really isn't much to go on for it. Looking through some of the items covered in these rating it looks like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants In Manhattan could be a fighting game as that is the genre selected here. It also looks like it will have some violence (duh) and some minor language. Can't really have a good Raphael without some of his crudeness right? It just wouldn't hit the TMNT franchise all too well in my book and I am not even the most hardcore of hardcore fans.
Speculating on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants In Manhattan being a TMNT fighting game wouldn't it be cool to see it be a Street Fighter-like video game in their universe? Load up the whole roster from the entire original and expanded universe, comics to film to TV, and let us see who will walk out the ring victorious. I think the violence rating would be a bit higher if that were the true case but it is always fun to speculate based on the very limited information we have just yet. Maybe Platinum Games will have something for this TMNT title during the PSX or The Video Game Awards. We can hope…
What do you think about Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants In Manhattan and the very basics we can see from the ratings boards? Do you think it could be a true TMNT fighting game or will it be more of a fighting/adventure title where we control the characters along a set path? Could there just be something lost in translation here? Let us know and feel free to speculate more on this TMNT game in the comments below. Once we hear more from Activision on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants In Manhattan or whatever TMNT title this may be we will have the updates here for you. Be sure to stick around as you won't want to miss out on that.
