Review: Saw II: Flesh And Blood
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 29th of November 2010 - 07:47 PM ]
Another year and another, and touted as the last, Saw film and a new Saw game to go along with it. Some would say that the whole franchise has been going downhill for a long while now, on the film side, and Saw: The Video Game was not all that well received by gamers. "So why even make a sequel?" is what you have to be thinking. Is it to cash in on the last legs of the franchise? Read More...

So Saw II: Flesh And Blood hits selves next week just in time to ride all the hype from the upcoming film. Not to miss a beat, obviously Konami is going to throw some more screens out there to entice those of us that are fans of the franchise and interested in the game. Yes I am one of those said people hence why I try to keep you all up to date on what is going on here. Well it looks like in this most recent push that Jigsaw was inspired by Star Wars a bit. Review: Dead Rising 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 11th of October 2010 - 09:05 PM ]
The zombie outbreak has now overtaken a good portion of the world now. Cites have been destroyed, human life is now precious even more so now yet everyone with a pulse has seemed to come to terms with zompoclypse. In fact, they have come to such great terms that game shows have popped up surrounding the total destruction of all of the infected. The most popular being Terror Is Reality, which has taken up shop in the new city of Fortune City just miles outside of a destroyed Las Vegas, NV. Speaking of Las Vegas, remember the Case Zero Review? Read More...

We Found The Best Zombie Plan
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 6th of October 2010 - 10:38 PM ]
We asked for your plans and we got a lot of submissions. Looks like all we have to do is place Contest, Prize and Zombies into an article and we get all you readers' creative juices flowing. Maybe it was just the first two, but I like to think positive when it comes to the seriousness of having a good zombie plan. In the end, the most creative and interesting was written by error_code (Rhai). I mean it was not only a "How To Survive The Initial Onslaught" type plan, but it also included the long term plan as well; including a "doomsday switch" in case the zombies somehow overrun the base of operations. Mini Review: Dead Rising 2: Case Zero
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 27th of September 2010 - 09:02 PM ]
On a leisurely escape from zombie-infested Las Vegas, Chuck and Katey Greene stop in the quiet town of Still Creek, just 46 miles outside of the metropolis. Katey is infected, but the constant supply of Zombrex is keeping that at bay. That is, until their car is stolen while stopping for a quick gas break. What kind of misadventures could that lead to? Not a bad set up for the prologue to Dead Rising 2, huh? Read More...

Not The Kind Of Blood Drive You'd Expect
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 14th of September 2010 - 07:56 PM ]
Hey zombie fans who also play video games! Activision has a brand new IP for all of our XBoxes and PS3s coming out this November. Yea, just in time to miss Halloween, but still another "new" IP for us to drop our hard earned cash on. Here's what Blood Drive is all about. In Blood Drive, contestants must use their motorized death steeds of steel in a televised game show where drivers battle each other and hordes of revolting flesh eaters in an all-out fight to the death. Face undead frat boys, cops, strippers and bachelorette partiers, each with their own special brand of death and devastation – and ways to die! While these rotting monsters wander the streets of a desert sin city craving sweet, succulent brains, your enemies have come equipped battle hardened armed vehicles, including heavily weaponized muscle cars, hot rods, and more. Learn Where The Plague Comes From in Dead Rising 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 8th of September 2010 - 08:38 PM ]
Dead Rising 2 is only a few weeks out from launch. Wouldn't it be nice to have a solid feel for what is going into the game? You already know the basics of the story, the characters you will encounter, the weapons you'll use as well as the multiplayer. Yea, it kind of would be nice to have it all in one nice little spot. Well at least in four different video spots, which are all shown below. I do wonder if they truly did build all the jury-rigged weapons in house to see if they would work or not as it is shown in the clip. Read More...

After posting about what I saw and got to play at E3 for Saw II: Flesh And Blood, I'm sure that most of you were still sitting on the side of the fence with all the non Saw film lovers. Hey, I was on top of the fence, slowly walking along it to see if I would fall before I got a bit of hands on. This is why I am bringing you something to help make up your minds a bit on Saw II. Here is the video clip they used to show off the game at E3. By the looks of it, the producers got a hold of the creative people behind the trailers for the films, as this trailer is clipped just like the old promotional videos for the movie franchise.
