Finally Some Game Play For The Walking Dead Video Game

We recently were given a look at The Walking Dead's game play via Telltale's debut trailer but it wasn't much more than a few seconds. A few seconds of very little compared to what the latest episode of Playing Dead has to show us. While the episode is about 15 minutes long, if you jump to the 7 minute mark you will get a glimpse at about 3 minutes of the game. Resident Evil 6 Officially Announced Now

So there were loads of rumors yesterday and today that Capcom was working up to the announcement of Resident Evil 6. I'm talking a lot. All of them pointing at some kind of announcement that was to be made today (1/19/12). For some reason no one could wait patiently 24 hours; not even some GameStop who thought they would ruin things. Do You Wonder What Ryder White Was Thinking In Dead Island?

If you are like me you might be curious on the motivations of antagonists in films and games. I mean not ever villain is like the Joker who just does messed up stuff for the sake of doing it. There is usually a motivation behind their actions. Well it looks like next month we all will get the chance to see what Ryder White had planned besides just trying to save his wife and self. According to the announcement the DLC, aptly titled Ryder White, will add several hours of game play where you will actually play as White. Dead Island The Movie... Do We Need It?

Do we need yet another zombie film? Or even better, another zombie film based on a video game? I mean are the Resident Evil films not enough for us? If you answered along the lines of "Yes, give me another zombie film based on a video game." then I have some good news for you. Lionsgate has just announced that they have optioned the film rights to Dead Island the movie. Yea… I think… I am being a little hasty here though. Dead Island Shows How Team Work Is Golden During Zompocalypse

When choosing one's zombie team, you generally want to have a good group whom you know will watch your back and not hesitate to kill a zombie. There is no room for cry baby whiners who will end up killing you and the group down the line. It is just good tactics for survival. It would seem very amateurish if you didn't know that rule when it comes to surviving the zombie plague be it urban or not. Dead Island Is Making Curb-Stomping A Good Thing

It should be well known by now that each of the four playable characters in Dead Island has a finishing move for the undead when they are brought to their knees. The undead, not the character. Most of these moves include a stomp to the head or some other way of putting the final nail in the coffin for the undead. House Of The Dead: Overkill Ext. Cut Moving To PS3

I knew holding out would pay off. I knew that one day House Of The Dead: Overkill would be hoping onto the PS3 so I could hear all 189 of those F-Bombs that are laced throughout the story. I'm sure they are all tastefully positioned for story purposes and not to crack some kind of record… Although seeing as this is the extended cut of the game coming to the PS3 I have a feeling that the record is going to be broken with a few hundred more tastefully placed F-Bombs. Dead Island Really Showing How Paradise Can Go Wrong

So the original trailer for the game made a huge splash and so did the exclusive behind closed doors showcasing, but for the most part it has been CGI or mostly words showing/describing how Dead Island will handle. While this is still a little bit of the case, we can glean a little more from the below screen shots and new trailer for the game. Let's Take The Dead Island Challenge

Yesterday when the trailer for Dead Island hit the internet it caused a huge sensation. It is quite a brilliant trailer to behold. I did happen to notice two things about it though. The main thing is that it caused so many emotional responses, most in the form of crying or tearing up. I'm not talking just women either before you go there guys.
