Beyond Good & Evil A new bit of art has popped up from the mind behind Beyond Good & Evil and it looks like it could be a tease for Beyond Good & Evil 2… or not… You know it's a slow news week when something like a possible tease for Beyond Good & Evil 2 can stir the pot so much. I'm not saying that it isn't a huge thing or that I don't care about this franchise but with all of the other things going on at Ubisoft you would think that we could see more out there. None the less though it does look like Beyond Good & Evil 2 may be getting a solid tease out there from the creator of the original as a new bit of art has popped up and it is causing all kinds of speculation. Batman We sit down and review Batman: The Telltale Series — Children Of Arkham. This is the second episode of Telltale's take on the Batman franchise. Here's our review on how they did The time has come and the second episode of Batman: The Telltale Series is here and we get to see if the momentum from the first episode keeps going or not. Telltale Games did knock it out of the part with the first episode for me but with the chance that the story could change drastically or the gameplay could falter at any episode there is a chance. None the less this should be when all hell breaks loose in the story and builds toward the true climax in some way just as all Batman comics, games, and films usually do by this point. Read More...

Another solid week and not so many bad bits of news and delays. Of course that doesn't mean it was all happy and bouncy but in the world of video games that never seems the case. Resident Evil The new CG movie, Resident Evil: Vendetta, has a new trailer and it looks like it could be a great addition to the Resident Evil lore in general There were murmurs of a new film coming to the franchise and it looks like Resident Evil: Vendetta is it and now we have a trailer to look at for the film. Okay, to be honest it really wasn't murmurs but there was word out of Capcom that we should expect to see another CG film in the franchise. Now we have the first look at Resident Evil: Vendetta and then the hopes that it will be coming anywhere outside of Japan sometime in 2017 as it is still only listed for that region and with a Spring 2017 release date for theaters over there. Mafia 3 A new mobile game, Mafia 3: Rivals, has been announced and it looks to bring a little bit of Mafia 3 to our phones and tablets Good news for all of you mobile gamers out there who are apparently not gaming on the PS4, Xbox One, or PC as Mafia 3: Rivals has just been announced and coming to the iOS and Android systems. No, 2K Games isn't porting over the full other game but it looks like Cat Daddy Games has crafted a mobile tie-in game to keep us going when on the move. Metal Gear Survive New gameplay for Metal Gear Survive has been released out of TGS and it shows off two of the modes in Metal Gear Survive that we'll get to play Just about a month ago we were all treated with a look at Metal Gear Survive out of Gamescom. To the dismay of Konami, the game was received with a lot more jeers than cheers given all of the issues that surrounded to franchise founder and his team. None the less Metal Gear Survive is still going to be a thing that comes to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC sometime and now we have some real gameplay to look at for the game directly from TGS. Robinson A new developer diary for Robinson: The Journey has been released and this time we get to see how the team handcrafted Robinson: The Journey's world to give us a unique experience We've already seen some of the fun that Robinson: The Journey will be bringing us when it hits the PlayStation VR hardware but now it is time to shine some light on how some of this fun has been made. It looks like those guys over at Crytek have put together another fun little developer diary for us so we can see how the universe of this PS VR title was crafted. The Bunker We sit down and review The Bunker. It has a new and dark take on the point and click genre. Here's our review of The Bunker We caught wind of The Bunker not that long ago but it definitely piqued our interest over here with the creep factor as well as the fun twist on the point-and-click genre of game. While Splendy Games isn't breaking new ground on using live actors for the visuals and gameplay, it is something that we don't usually get. Not only that but Wales Interactive helped take The Bunker out to a real world bunker to capture all of the performances and interactions to make sure it felt authentic. Read More...

Final Fantasy A new story trailer for World Of Final Fantasy has been released and we get more classic Final Fantasy characters and beasts added into the mix It's time to get ready for some more story for World Of Final Fantasy here. Things have seemed a bit few and far between out of Square Enix on all of this but it looks like they were holding back the good stuff until TGS. Now we have more of the story for World Of Final Fantasy in a new trailer and a lot of old characters we will be seeing when we spin up the game on the PS4 or PS Vita on October the 25th. Call Of Duty A new story trailer for Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare has been released and it looks like it is taking Call Of Duty down some usual paths Up to now we've only had some fun and bits to speculate on for Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare's campaign story that we are going to get to play here in a few months. So far the game has looked a lot like a lot of other shooters out there and some have stated that it looks like Infinity Ward has just been copying off other franchises that Activision doesn't own. I can see the comparisons so far but we've been reassured that this will be a Call Of Duty game and not a rip-off of other IPS. Read More...

We haven't even been able to get through all the madness of TGS yet and already we've been all over the map. We had a lot of fun teases for Resident Evil 7 that turned into a lot of awesome things. Then we had delays for both The Last Guardian and South Park: The Fractured But Whole. Resident Evil 7 The Resident Evil 7 tease for the family is over with a new trailer as well as the Resident Evil 7 demo getting an update So far all week we've had some great teases and early looks at stuff coming to Resident Evil 7. Be it the pre-order bonuses that we could be getting to Capcom teasing us with new looks at the crazed family we were introduced to in the demo of the game. Well it looks like they were truly holding out to give us all of those fun updates for Resident Evil 7 until TGS as we have a new information dump on our hands here as well as a proper introduction to the Baker family. Thankfully there was no word on the gaming being delayed and it is still set to hit the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on January 24th. Read More...

Final Fantasy XV Another cinematic trailer for Final Fantasy XV has been released for TGS and it shows more of the Final Fantasy XV story than we've already had Not too surprising here but it looks like we have a new trailer for Final Fantasy XV fresh from TGS. As if Square Enix would miss out on showing the game off during the show out there and thankfully they didn't as we have a lot more gameplay and story to look at for the game before its launch on November 29th for the PS4 and Xbox One. Given that Final Fantasy XV is going to be one of the longest story titles to date in the franchise I am certain that we won't get much spoiled here and we'll just have some more badass scenes to see and wait to play in the full title. Resident Evil 7 Two more screenshots for Resident Evil 7 have been released and it looks like we get a good look at Resident Evil 7's main enemies so far Since the first announcement for Resident Evil 7 was made we've had a few good looks at what looks to be the main bad guys of the game. Well at least two of the three that we've heard or read about from Capcom or the demo directly and the videos out of Gamescom. Well as TGS is coming up and they are ready to show off more for Resident Evil 7 out there but just before all of that we have a nice little sneak peek to entice us all. Assassin's Creed It looks like there will be some Assassin's Creed this year as Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection has been officially announced for November Not too long ago we caught wind that Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection was in the works and most likely coming out this year for the PS4 and Xbox One. This would keep Ubisoft in line to have a release for the franchise every year even if it wasn't a whole new entry.
